We've loved going to the outback for years... even at times when it was rated worse (lack of staff) But today we were also “served”! The quality has declined sharply, but prices have risen sharply. If you used to pay €14.90 + side dish for an Aussie XXL, today we were €21.90 + side dish!!! Sorry, but that's 32% more.!!! So today there were limp fries, smaller portions, rotten salad decorations and all at a really hefty price. Very unfortunate... We have always defended you, but now we too are convinced that it would be better to go somewhere else. How many, apparently, because the number of visitors was unusually low

The food wasn't good for a long time. At times it tastes bland and sometimes really like cardboard. Unfortunately, since Kemer was closed, we were forced to look for another kebab shop, but to be honest, I wouldn't even give it to my animals (even our cats, who always lusted after the kebab meat from Kemer, don't eat the kebab meat from Mex and that). should already show the quality) Then there is the unfriendly service. You go to the store and order something to eat for two (1x schnitzel and 2x citizen). The first reaction was that it would take about 30-45 minutes. I find it absolutely unreasonable if you go to a kebab shop where there is nothing going on and no other guests are waiting!!!!! waiting so long for his food. Since it was too long for me, I asked to cancel my order because my wife and I would rather look elsewhere. It had just been 5 minutes from the order to the cancellation but apparently it would not be possible to cancel the order because it was already being prepared. I didn't see any of the citizens or the schnitzel but it's OK. When I said that I didn't agree with the waiting time and that we were now going somewhere else, we were also yelled at and asked to pay immediately!!!! What kind of dealing with customers is this? We then simply left and I clearly told the employee that I would neither wait that long nor pay for something that hadn't even been handed to me yet. When I threatened to call the police, everything was suddenly ok and we could go through the accounts without any further stress. Where have we ended up when you can't even say no thanks, it takes too long for me and you are only let out of the store under threat of the police!!
