A fun evening, nice service and great food, phenomenal

We were there at the weekend and loved the food. The 4 of us all ordered something different and tried everything. We were served very friendly and attentive and at the end we ordered an Indian tea, which I would drink again and again. I think you can still work on the ambience, it still looks the same as it did many years ago. However, that is my personal opinion 😉 Otherwise highly recommended!

The service was quick and friendly even at lunchtime. The food (onion schnitzel) was very tasty and the portion was more than sufficient. Always my pleasure.

Always good food at a fair price

Came across Gasthof Grofe by chance on a motorcycle tour! Nice hotel, good location right near Möhnesee. Had a quiet single room. Well eaten and drunk...What more could you want?!! The breakfast was also very good! Service very attentive in the evenings and mornings despite the shooting club 🤗 So... I'd love to come back!

We love that the boss and his wife always prepare everything themselves. The pizza dough is crispy and has just the right mix of salt. Delicious wines are served and everything is very personal. It tastes delicious whether you eat it outside of the house or in the quite large restaurant. The style is simple, the prices are right! The boss is also happy to accept and implement extras 😀

The food was great, I had a kebab plate, there was so much, I couldn't finish it all.
