No greeting or seating assignment after a pre-ordered appointment. All three meals were delicious, but Cattlemen in Halver is even better in terms of taste and service. The entrance door is constantly open and there's a draft. The ambiance looked really nice, even though the place is quite small. There are no parking spaces directly in front of the shop. Unfortunately, we spilled some tea, but even though we asked for a cloth, there was no response, and the place was only full of us at that time. It was better to quickly look away.

Your burger meat is a disaster, please start making it yourself and the kebab meat has so much gristle and I'm disappointed

Pizza super appetizing and rich toppings, fresh ingredients. Price may be a bit high for the size, but definitely good value. Unrestricted recommendation.

Naar aanleiding van de foto's besloten om hier te gaan eten. Helaas waren we op zondagavond de enige gasten. De ruime eetzaal is sfeervol ingericht en gaf bij binnenkomst al direct een prettig gevoel. De verwelkoming was zeer hartelijk. De menukaart liet typisch Duitse gerechten zien en ik als Hollandse gast kan hier bijvoorbeeld al heel blij van worden. Allen, 3 personen, hebben heerlijk gegeten. De smaak van de Schnitzel was heerlijk, het 'pannetje' was ook om je vingers bij af te likken en de 'Leberstreifen' in mijn leverschotel waren precies goed gebakken. Ook de saus was super van smaak. Met de bediening nog even een woordje gewisseld over de aantrekking van tourisme door gemeenten en de invloed hiervan op de middenstand. Zeker een restaurant waar we naar terugkomen als we weer eens de burcht gaan bezoeken.

We were there with a group and had difficulty getting something to drink at the beginning. Sometimes we waited 20 minutes. My food was okay, the burgers were cold. The girls who served us were overwhelmed. Even when it came to change, they had to be told what they had to give out. Maybe good as a pub, but not for eating in a group.

The young owner, who can be seen on the logo, is aware of his field. A real, young master when it comes to kebab pockets. Fantastic sauces and super tasty meat, this shop has been in the same location for more than 30 years and has never disappointed us. On the contrary, if you want to try an umami kebab, you definitely have to go here! Eat once, never forget it again. Really very clean atmosphere and delicious dishes, I can only recommend it to everyone!

A nice, small, clean and very cozy restaurant. The service was very nice and the food was really delicious. The pizza was really great, it's been a long time since I last had such a delicious pizza on my plate. So..... if you come to Altena and want to eat well, you should pay a visit to the oasis, I can only warmly recommend it.
