I'm from the Black Forest and have eaten there a few times. Nice little cozy place, great decor, very friendly staff and the best burgers 🍔 within a 100km radius, highly recommended

We ordered five pizzas here and were completely disappointed. One of the pizzas was so soaked in oil that it ruined the packaging and spilled the oil all over the back seat of our car - unbelievable! The taste was just as disastrous. The cheese was cheap, completely overloaded and completely ruined the pizza. Everything was far too greasy and inedible. Even the pizzas that weren't completely soaked in oil simply tasted bad. In the end we were able to throw away almost everything. When we asked the pizzeria about it, we were treated unkindly. We were told we “didn’t know anything about pizza” instead of our criticism being taken seriously. Zero customer service and no apologies - we have never experienced anything like this. Conclusion: Bad taste, bad service and an impossible way to deal with customers. We will never order here again and can only advise everyone to do the same!

Very nice atmosphere. Very good quality, price is fair. Nice and helpful staff.

We were there with a group and had difficulty getting something to drink at the beginning. Sometimes we waited 20 minutes. My food was okay, the burgers were cold. The girls who served us were overwhelmed. Even when it came to change, they had to be told what they had to give out. Maybe good as a pub, but not for eating in a group.

A nice, small, clean and very cozy restaurant. The service was very nice and the food was really delicious. The pizza was really great, it's been a long time since I last had such a delicious pizza on my plate. So..... if you come to Altena and want to eat well, you should pay a visit to the oasis, I can only warmly recommend it.
