Always super nice. Great beer garden atmosphere, comparable to a typical Bavarian beer garden. The self-service for drinks is of course a little slower when things are busy. If you don't understand this, you should stay at home. The food is of good quality, although the Obatzda, for example, has its own twist that may not be for everyone.

I ordered pizza, total value €36 something. I specified cash purchase when purchasing via the app. Wanted to pay with a €50 note. The driver said he couldn't change because he didn't have any change with him. The driver's suggestion was that I should pay with the €50 and then get the remaining money from the store. This is absolutely unacceptable. Either you offer cash payment or not. Why do I have it delivered if I have to get the change myself? The food is good, but the service has been declining for years. I don't know if I'll order again. Addendum. In the middle of the year my order was canceled because they apparently couldn't find my address. After asking over the phone, I was told this. My address was correct and has already been delivered several times. There was no call from the driver. Why is there a mandatory telephone number field when placing an order? After long discussions on the phone, we were given a discount and delivered again. The driver who came didn't know anything about this discount...
