This was our second time eating there. The food is delicious. It's good value for money. It's important to remember that everything has become more expensive for the restaurants as well. The waitresses are cheerful, friendly, and always have a quick joke ready. We'll be back.

More suitable for young, sports-loving audiences. Smoking is tolerated 😳. More pub than restaurant.

Were there for dinner with 8 people near Santorini on May 2nd, 2025. The food is quite good and we would give it 4 stars. The service was first class, very accommodating, not intrusive, very friendly and nice. We give it a solid 5 stars for the service. The atmosphere is cozy and very inviting, there are a few little things that could be added. In our opinion, the prices are reasonable and not exorbitant. Our conclusion for Santorini is that a visit to Santorini in Gadenstedt is worth it, the price-performance ratio is reasonable, a good selection of dishes and drinks. The staff is absolutely first class. We would eat there again if we had the chance. We can therefore only warmly recommend a visit.

Sorry, that wasn't great today. Barely any sauce, meat in the middle, not even a handful. Last week I couldn't finish my kebab, but this week it was like that. 😠 You're actually the best kebab shop, please work on maintaining consistent quality and quantity.

What was served here was an absolute disgrace. The fries are out of the oven and not even cooked through. They are so salty that you need to drink at least a liter to avoid dehydration. When it comes to meat, it's hard to tell what kind of animal it is. It doesn't taste good either! I don't know which dubious sites the good reviews were bought from but they are definitely fake.

One of what feels like the last village pubs/inns. Filled with asparagus was excellent. Schierdings top-notch schnitzel too, of course. Keep it up.

The Odindhain is a lovely little inn with a cozy atmosphere. The prices are sometimes quite reasonable, even though the portions are quite modest. Unfortunately, the fried potato portion was quite small. To be fair, though, I have to say that the food was quite tasty. The atmosphere is very friendly and accommodating, not intrusive or unpleasant. In my opinion, a visit to the Odindhain is worthwhile. It is recommended to reserve a table.

You can definitely try it out. Very friendly, relatively expensive like almost everywhere else. We get more for the money here. But you get full. gladly again!

Great kebab, very nice and you can sit on the street

The ultimate secret tip. Go there more often despite being far away. The other day we were there shortly before closing time due to a traffic jam, but something to eat was still prepared for us. The taste is phenomenal, the prices are as if there were no inflation, and the portions are very large for the money. In Peine and Braunschweig you actually pay up to 4 euros more for comparative dishes and they are not as tasty as there. I'm happy to tip there, even if it's not expected. I would give more than 5 stars if that were possible because it is absolutely justified.
