Very cozy shop, the food is excellent from pizza to pasta and the staff is super friendly. Always my pleasure.

We ordered pizza from Puzzles again after a long time and were disappointed...the pizzas were always really tasty but now the pizza dough has apparently been changed...creepy and just dry.

You can eat great, lunch is always great too. Friendly staff, the furnishings are very tasteful and made with great attention to detail. Can also be booked very well for large parties/events. Always worth a visit.

I ordered three different burgers and a fries there for the first time on New Year's Eve. 😬 First of all, I think it's really great that something like this is delivered in the evening and of course I expected a waiting time. This was actually completely normal, or as imagined. Then during delivery, instead of a friendly hello, there was more of a complaint that my apartment was now the last stop because they had checked all the other 11 first, even though I had specified the floor when ordering. And somehow it felt like I was the stupid one because I made sales as a customer that evening. At least I didn't really find the conversation, which isn't really long even with a handover like this, to be friendly. The tip was also more of a compensation than a form of gratitude. But ok, that's just my feeling. Contrary to my expectations, because I read a lot of good things about the food here, I was unfortunately rather disappointed with the burgers. It's almost clear to me that the patties and buns aren't all homemade, but they weren't really tasty. The fries were OK. I can really eat a lot and three burgers are no problem for me. I really don't like throwing food away, but unfortunately the third one ended up flying away. There are delivery services that do better when it comes to burgers. It's a shame, but I won't order again. There are too many good other options in Harsefeld for that.

I've been buying my sushi there for a long time and have always been satisfied. A few days ago another rescue bag. Unfortunately you can't look into the bags and see what the sushi is like, but so far there have never been any problems. Only this time the tuna in the Maki packaging (salmon/tuna) already shimmered green. I went to Rewe today to file a complaint. The Russian-speaking saleswoman tried to tell me using various translation apps that the small maki packaging was just a goody for that price anyway. There would be no money or replacement. That really disappointed me because I don't put the things together myself when it comes to a rescue bag and don't want to just write off the packaging just because I didn't pay for it anyway. When I wanted to leave disappointed, she didn't even call me back and made me a new Maki packaging (salmon/avocado). I have to say I would have been really disappointed if there hadn't been any relent.

Zuerst das Gute. Essen ( Ribs+Burger) wirklich sehr gut. Reservierung über Online Portal klappt auch super. Personal auch sehr nett. Leider gibt es auch was zu meckern.... Am Sonntag gibt es immer Ribs all you can Eat. Eigentlich kommt ja jemand und fragt wenn fast aufgegessen ob noch etwas nachgelegt werden soll. Wurde nichtgemacht. Als dann ohne Nachfrage abgeräumt wurde merkte ich das an. Keine Nachfrage ob jetzt noch was gebracht werden kann oder wie das irgendwie geregelt wird. Auch nicht mehr gefragt ob was zu trinken benötigt wird. Absolut schlecht wenn extra solch ein Angebot beworben wird. Hat leicht etwas von Abzocke.

Unfortunately I can only give one star. Two weeks after a confirmed online reservation for November 15th, the reservation was canceled by email on November 2nd without giving a reason. From my point of view, service looks different.
