Always happy to come back. Delicious food and super friendly service.

We were there on May 24, 2025, and the service was not very professional, for example, with comments like, "Are you still eating that or can it go in the trash?" or when ordering and paying, the waitress sat on the next table. Honestly, what's their bottom doing on the table since the guests eat at that table at some point? Very unhygienic. The homemade lemonade was also a joke. It had hardly any flavor and there was way too much ice in it, which made it taste more like water. There wasn't even a quantity indication for how many ml you get, which isn't even legal, because it has to be stated for drinks. We ordered a lemonade with a little less ice, and the waitress said that wasn't possible because it was calculated based on the amount of ice, but she could ask for more, but then it wasn't served with less ice. That's sad and a complete rip-off. As a guest, you always have the right to order your drink without ice. Drinks are calculated without ice. The waiters should be retrained on how to interact with guests, what to say, and how to behave with guests. As it is, they're just waiters, not waitresses or other service staff. This is very sad and a shame for the restaurant industry. You also get the impression that the waiters just want to finish work later and neglect the guests. The food was okay, but it didn't exactly blow you away.

We used to enjoy going there, about 5-6 times a year for spare ribs. But this new pricing of €5 more per portion is really steep... Last time we visited, we didn't like the change at all because they only asked if we wanted the fries, and we said yes, as always. In retrospect, we were just surprised by the bill; we thought the child's price was partly included or something... But okay. Today we were asked if we wanted side dishes with the spare ribs... then we were informed that you now have to buy the fries separately... We thought that was a really modest change. Plus, it was extremely cold today... and the music was too loud... and the salad with that creamy sauce from the salad bar was extremely sour. So, all in all, today was a very disappointing evening.

Great food and very friendly staff. We were even allowed to sit in an unoccupied area because our dog was howling.

We ate there last week evening: beef fillet tips and sweet potato fries, a slice of white bread with herb butter, mayo-garlic dip/barbecue dip, and a small side salad. Absolutely delicious! Above all, we congratulated the restaurant owner, Martin Eichhorn, on his business, and we're delighted that he can finally showcase his culinary skills...keep up the good work, Martin...we'd love to come back! Good day So when we were there in the evening we had a citizen and a schnitzel and the schnitzel was ok but the burger made me sick after 2 bites, the fries weren't homemade and the hollandaise sauce was ready-made The bruschetta was not fresh, the tomatoes were dry as was the rocket Won't go there anymore

Incredibly delicious food, a great atmosphere, and truly friendly service. We ordered the platter for two, and it was absolutely delicious and huge. We couldn't finish it all, but we were allowed to take the rest home with us. A highlight: cashless payment via smartphone worked seamlessly. We're looking forward to our next visit!

We spontaneously stopped by Vanero yesterday and were thrilled! Even though it was busy, we barely had to wait, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The burgers were particularly amazing, beautifully presented, and delicious. Card payments are easily accepted. Highly recommended!

Hello, I'm actually not a person who takes the time to write bad reviews. Went there to eat this evening after we had reserved a table for three with a view of the ice rink a good two weeks ago. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with these words They have to be ready in 1.5 hours! We didn't get the table we ordered with a view of the ice. Why do you order a table? Why can't you tell the customer when making the reservation that the customer's wishes will not be taken into account! I met up with a very dear friend who had been visiting the area for a long time! Hence the reservation, have a nice girls' evening, eat delicious food, drink cocktails and chat! The food was first class, the service was also nice… but to be honest… it wasn’t comfortable! Frantically choking down your food and then paying and getting out! What is that? Can't understand that!

The grill plate for two is really full to the brim. Strongly recommended.

Please plan for a long wait; we waited almost two hours for food and drinks. The food was good, but the organization could really be improved. The restaurant has a lot of potential!

Zuerst das Gute. Essen ( Ribs+Burger) wirklich sehr gut. Reservierung über Online Portal klappt auch super. Personal auch sehr nett. Leider gibt es auch was zu meckern.... Am Sonntag gibt es immer Ribs all you can Eat. Eigentlich kommt ja jemand und fragt wenn fast aufgegessen ob noch etwas nachgelegt werden soll. Wurde nichtgemacht. Als dann ohne Nachfrage abgeräumt wurde merkte ich das an. Keine Nachfrage ob jetzt noch was gebracht werden kann oder wie das irgendwie geregelt wird. Auch nicht mehr gefragt ob was zu trinken benötigt wird. Absolut schlecht wenn extra solch ein Angebot beworben wird. Hat leicht etwas von Abzocke.

We had dinner there last night. The ambience was good. We had a great view of the ice hockey game. Unfortunately, because of this, the service was not good. When it came to the all-you-can-eat ribs, no one came to “ask” as usual. The bowl for bones and the cleaning cloth were also missing. When asked about rose wine, only the third person was able to provide information. It's a shame it's not on the menu. The food itself was delicious as always. The catering company probably pushed the staff to their limits with mulled wine etc. at the ice hockey game. Too bad.

Delicious food, especially if you are at the campsite and don't feel like cooking anymore. Tasty drinks and tasty dishes.

We ate citizens and rump steak. Everything TOP. Highly recommended. Portions are plentiful and the price is totally reasonable. Here you can eat your fill.

Orders outside the house are probably not welcome and on the plates, prawns are exchanged for something else and it is absolutely not possible, even after asking twice and asking why that was too difficult, the only answer was, No, we won't do that. I don't think that's customer-oriented. It's a shame, because being a little more flexible can't be that difficult.

It seems to me 🤢 that they served us these potatoes and we paid 6.30 euros for them, which then went straight into the trash because that's how they are 🤢, not only because they were burnt, but also, because they were full of hair and other things 🤢. Es kommt mir so vor 🤢, dass sie uns diese Kartoffeln serviert haben und wir 6,30 Euro dafür bezahlt haben, die dann direkt in den Müll gewandert sind, weil sie so sind 🤢, nicht nur, weil sie verbrannt waren, sondern auch, weil sie voller Haare und anderem waren Dinge 🤢. Es kommt mir ungewöhnlich vor, dass sie das servieren und dafür 6,30 € verlangen können.

Had very good service again today!!! The food tasted good!

In itself a nice little pub restaurant. Unfortunately the staff is unprofessional, just handing out plates. As a vegetarian you consciously decide not to eat any animal. My order was swapped with a friend at the table, but he didn't notice it himself. When my plate came, it was named Vegi Schnitzel. Then they asked if it was okay that there was bacon on it. HELLO?!?!? Vegetarian!!!!! I said NO!!! that's not okay. The plate went back into the kitchen. After a few seconds the plate came back, without bacon. When I asked if the bacon was just cooked down. This was denied and it was said very freshly. When the statement was made, people would quickly turn around and leave. I ate a piece and then realized that it was a normal pork schnitzel, NOT VEGETARIAN!!! As I was told. I complained straight away. Then swapped it with my friend. Unfortunately, a little later I was labeled a difficult customer. It's not possible, that was an absolute disgrace. There was a schnapps as compensation for everyone, but that doesn't make it any better. You won't see me there anymore, nor my circle of friends. Good luck with employees like that.

It's not exactly cheap, but overall the price-performance ratio is good.

Unfortunately this time very disappointed. The fries with gravy were extremely hard and almost inedible. They simply made the burger the way they wanted it. I only ordered a chickpea patty, and the staff then simply decided that I wouldn't get any bacon or anything else containing meat. Even so, a few things went wrong with the order. Burgers that were supposed to be well done were medium. And so on... But the staff was super nice. Despite everything, I won't be back there anytime soon.....

The service team was nice and attentive. Unfortunately, a lukewarm tea was brought in a cup that was only half full, the food was otherwise without complaint. However, something else is comfortable, very dark, too cold and the music is too loud. We were happy to find a restaurant that was open on Mondays... ...but we won't be coming back that quickly

The food was very good, the service was excellent, very attentive and always asked if we wanted anything else. The desired place in the reservation also worked out. Everything is really great!!!!

After today's visit to Vanero, I once again realized that the food exceeded my expectations. Despite stressful operations, the staff was not lacking in friendliness or professionalism. Great, I always enjoy eating at Vanero. I will always recommend it.

It was a super delicious meal, I would recommend it 100 percent :) the service was very attentive and very friendly.

One of the best burger shops between Hamburg, Bremen and Cuxhaven. The burgers were very filling and tasty. Regional providers are also given preference and the staff was also very nice. Last but not least, cashless payments with the smartphone also worked perfectly here. Definitely not our last visit. PS: a reservation would be an advantage. Addendum 01/23/24 The good rating remains, but why can't you leave a tip when paying by card? Have a guilty conscience every time. I'll have to get into the habit of taking a 10 in cash with me.

The staff was totally overwhelmed even though the shop was only half full, ribs were full and we had to constantly beg for more. One meal (cheese steak) was not on the menu as a sandwich and the meat was tough and inedible. The waitress wanted to make up for this problem with a quick bite. There were 5 of us and we can't make a recommendation

Ambiente gut, wir hatten einen direkten Blick in die Eishalle! Wir haben dieses Mal Schnitzel , Bruchetta und Pommes bestellt. Die Bruchetta waren von unten schwarz! verkohlt und wurden auf einem 10cm breit viel zu schmalen , rechteckigen Teller serviert, sodass der komplette Rucola im Endeffekt auf dem Tisch lag. Die Pommes waren scheinbar nochmal aufgewärmt… hart , fettig und trocken. Auch die Kellnerin hatte sich verrechnet und hat uns 30 Min keine Beachtung geschenkt sowie einen falschen Cocktail gebracht. Normalerweise hätte ich dafür nichts gezahlt.Schade! Das kennen wir anders !

Selten so gut gegessen....die Spare Ribs waren Butter zart und schön saftig!!!Ambiente stimmt natürlich auch......die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich! WIr kommen gerne wieder! Gruss vom Harley Rider

Essen war schnell am Tisch. Hat uns richtig gut gefallen

Mit einem Essen im Vanero macht man nichts falsch. Es schmeckt sehr gut, die Portionen sind groß und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen. Cocktails sind auch sehr gut! Über den Service kann ich nur Gutes berichten: stets freundlich!

Beim Besuch im Vanero haben wir uns für Burger entschieden – sowohl in der vegetarischen als auch in der fleischhaltigen Variante. Sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich waren die Burger einwandfrei, begleitet von aufmerksamem und freundlichem Service. Dennoch waren zwei Punkte überraschend: der Preis und erneut der Preis. Ein herkömmlicher Burger mit simplen Pommes schlägt mit 19,– € zu Buche, was ich als recht hoch empfinde. Interessanterweise kostet die vegetarische Variante zusätzlich 2,– €. Eine überraschende Preisdifferenz, wenn man bedenkt, dass hochwertiges Rindfleisch oft teurer ist. Die Entscheidung für Süßkartoffel-Pommes bedeutet weitere 1,80 € Aufpreis im Vergleich zu den ohnehin nicht günstigen normalen Pommes für 4,50 €. Somit beläuft sich der Gesamtpreis dieses Burgers mit Pommes auf 22,80 €. Zusammenfassend: Qualität gut, aber der Preis erscheint hoch.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Essen war lecker ( Vaneroschnitzel) Service war nicht so gut, Hauptgang und zweites Getränk wurde serviert aber leere Flaschen-Teller nicht mit abgeräumt

Enttäuscht vom Service, die Reste duften nicht mitgekommen werden und ein Burger zum mitnehmen durften wir auch nicht bestellen.

Den Tisch den wir hatten stand leider an einer unpassenden Stelle (Klamottenharken). Es war zwar sehr voll jedoch hatte man den Eindruck das jeder Gast muss mit genommen werden. Ich hatte den Tisch online bestellt. Und ich hatte verstanden, wenn uns abgesagt werden würde. weil es zu voll war. Aber in die letzte Ecke zu platzieren geht in meinen Augen nicht. Aber sonnst essen gut leute gut alles gut

Kühl und Zugig im Ausgangsbereich

War gestern das 1. Mal im Vanero und bin voll zufrieden gewesen... Obwohl der Land echt voll war, waren die Bedingungen recht schnell und stets freundlich gewesen, quasi super gut drauf ! Das Essen war gut, einzig bei meinem Burger, hätte die Menge mehr seien können ! Aber das Dessert, hat dann wieder alles rausgeholt ! Das nächste mal, wenn wir zu 2. Kommen, bestelle ich dann die Platte für 2, die sah mega groß und lecker aus ! Resümee: Komme also aufjeden wieder und kann das Lokal auch empfehlen...

Perfekt wie immer. Die spareribs ein Traum. Die vanero Pfanne perfekt. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und super kompetent. Eine top Kraft. Nur der Bereich am Ausgang war nicht so schön. Im vorderen Bereich wäre es besser gewesen.

Super nettes Personal, Top Essen

Essen war gut, allerdings der Service war eher mäßig, selbst nach mehrmaligem auffordern das schmutzige Geschirr abzuräumen passierte nichts. Wir haben dann die Teller auf einen anderen Tisch gestellt. Fanden wir eher schade....

Wer bei Vanero noch nicht essen war hat definitiv was verpasst. Das Essen ist ein Genuss.

Essen super, jedoch war der Service sehr langsam

Wie immer ein gelungener Besuch. Das Essen war toll. Leider hat es ziemlich lange gedauert, bis die Getränke kamen, dies wurde jedoch von der netten Servicekraft schon angekündigt.

Immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Leider ist es wie überall, das Personal fehlt.

Ich muss sagen, dass das eine von meiner Lieblingslokalen geworden ist. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl.

War n super Abend wir kommen wieder

Sehr leckeres Essen, was aber leider durch den Service ein wenig in den Schatten gestellt wurde. Kein Nachfragen und um Getränke zu bestellen, mussten wir aktiv an die Bar gehen. Da das Essen wirklich klasse ist, kommen wir gerne wieder. Der Blick direkt auf die Eisfläche ist wirklich klasse.

Es war sehr sehr lecker und sehr sehr viel.

Tolle Atmosphäre, sympathische Mitarbeiter, leckere Cocktails und super Essen. Es ist einen Besuch wert.😊

Die Burger sind super, Pommes knusprig und alles mega lecker angerichtet. Besonders lobend finde ich die tolle Auswahl an alkoholfreien Getränken.

Wir sind immer wieder gerne hier. Super freundlicher Service und sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Musik etwas zu laut... Aber egal! Einfach hingehen und entdecken! 😀

Super lecker, einfach zu empfehlen

Essen war sehr lecker und ich komme gerne wieder ❗

Wirklich ein sehr leckeres Essen, dass ich so seit längerem in einem Restaurant nicht mehr gegessen habe. Besonders Rumpsteak und Rippchen waren unglaublich gut. Dies große Portionen und das Top Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis runden den Besuch ab. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen, obwohl wir erst knapp eine Stunde vor der Schließung angekommen sind. Würden gerne öfter wiederkommen, waren aber im Urlaub hier.

Die Qualität des Essens ist eigentlich ganz gut. Schade das das Personal es schafft, alles zu verderben. Junge Angestellte sind mit ca. 15 Gästen überfordert. 2 lästern dann noch lautstark über eine ältere Kollegin ab, so das es die Gäste mitbekommen. Dabei war die ältere Kollegin die Einzige, welche mit Freundlichkeit und tollem Service zu überzeugen wusste.... Der ganze Abend war versaut. Wir gehen hier nicht wieder hin.....

Ich war schon öfters dort und habe das Gefühl, das es immer auf die Anzahl der Gäste ankommt, wie gut es ist. Immer wenn wir mit mehr als 5 Leuten da waren, hat einer ein falsches Essen bekommen oder es wurde etwas vergessen oder der Cocktail den man sich 3 mal bestellt, sieht auch 3 mal anders aus. Ich finde das sehr schade, weil das Essen nicht schlecht ist.

Wir waren Ende 2017 im Vanero und konnten ohne Reservierung dort essen. Neben den Burgern gab es einen wirklich leckeren Cocktail. Um aber noch einmal auf die Burger zurückzukommen: Eine absolute Empfehlung, einer der besten Burger, die ich bisher gegessen habe, Soße und geschmolzener Käse, toll! Leider konnte die Beilage nicht mehr mithalten. Ich hatte Süßkartoffelpommes bestellt, die leider nicht knusprig, sondern labberig waren. Von der Menge her hat mir der Burger auch vollkommen gereicht.

Das Vanero ist ein amerikanisches Restaurant, das hautsächlich Burger und Cocktails anbietet. Unsere Burger und Sandwiches waren sehr lecker - aber auch recht fettig. Meine Süßkartoffelpommes waren auch sehr knackig und super lecker. Die Burger werden auch in einem Menü angeboten: Ein Burger mit Beilage und Cocktail für 14,90€. Es gibt für Männer und Frauen auch jeweils Themenabende und z.B. Spare Ribs Abende. Sehr leckeres Essen und insgesamt eine schöne Atmosphäre mit Blick auf die Eishalle. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da sich die Bedienung trotz geringem Betrieb nur wenig blicken lassen hat.
