I placed an order for delivery. After asking about delivery time, I was told 1 hour. After asking over the phone, the delivery came after 1 hour 50 minutes. Conclusion: out of 4 Ordered 3 meals only delivered, the calzone was cold. It's a shame... Two stars only because it still tasted good.

Paid the price for a large pizza and got a small pizza. For garlic and a little extra hot spice, €1.50 more.

Was in the Globus Maintal canteen today. Ordered a pollack menu with remoulade sauce and instead of potato salad I ordered fried potatoes. The scooper denied my wish. Fried potatoes are only available for schnitzel. Service is no longer available at Globus. Please train your employees quickly! Service and flexibility should be given priority, even in difficult times.
