We ordered several dishes for pickup today. The restaurant was busy, but the kitchen was understaffed. The food arrived 35 minutes after the originally agreed-upon time. When I got home, I discovered that the dishes were lukewarm, the duck was dry, the rice was burnt, and the sushi was missing... UGH!!!

The seating is very close, and you can hear everything from the next table, which is rather unpleasant. The staff, however, are wonderfully friendly and very accommodating.
