I only give the two stars because of the food and the relatively nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the service is a disaster. The waitress or the owner is super cheeky and gets loud towards customers. She cannot apologize for obvious mistakes. We've noticed the harsh tone of the person in question several times before, but on our last visit we finally had enough. We ordered sushi and overall it was very tasty. Except for two nigiri because the tuna was still frozen here. When I go to a restaurant, I expect to get eatable food and not frozen food where I have to wait 20 minutes for it to defrost until it is ready to eat. When we asked the owner about it, she simply replied that we had to wait until it thawed and didn't apologize. At least we were offered two salmon nigiri. We waited 20 minutes for the two nigiri and had to go. When we wanted to pay, the nigiri were brought. No apology here either, just accusations and the impossible tone. Conclusion: we won't be coming back!! You can't treat customers or people in general like that! When I read what other customers write, it doesn't seem to be an isolated case. It's a shame that customers are being scared away by catastrophic service.
