I only give the two stars because of the food and the relatively nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the service is a disaster. The waitress or the owner is super cheeky and gets loud towards customers. She cannot apologize for obvious mistakes. We've noticed the harsh tone of the person in question several times before, but on our last visit we finally had enough. We ordered sushi and overall it was very tasty. Except for two nigiri because the tuna was still frozen here. When I go to a restaurant, I expect to get eatable food and not frozen food where I have to wait 20 minutes for it to defrost until it is ready to eat. When we asked the owner about it, she simply replied that we had to wait until it thawed and didn't apologize. At least we were offered two salmon nigiri. We waited 20 minutes for the two nigiri and had to go. When we wanted to pay, the nigiri were brought. No apology here either, just accusations and the impossible tone. Conclusion: we won't be coming back!! You can't treat customers or people in general like that! When I read what other customers write, it doesn't seem to be an isolated case. It's a shame that customers are being scared away by catastrophic service.

Behind the inconspicuous concrete facade there is a very appealing ambience with excellent food and service. Orders via tablet with images are processed quickly. The food and drinks are very tasty and the fair price rounds the whole thing off very well. 👍🏻

We are sometimes in the corner and used to go to the predecessor, the Reis Haus. So now the attempt at Osaka: The ambience is quite nice, all you can eat is extremely expensive and poorly priced (so ask nicely). According to the notice, card payment is not possible, the owner answers here in reviews. It would be possible with a credit card, but it is not actively offered when paying. The food itself (all you can eat) is okay, but definitely not the 31.90 p.p. /Worth in the evening. !Danger! Children aged 11 and over also pay the full adult price! Thank you, once the expensive fun was enough!

Every 15 minutes you can choose 4 dishes. The portions are very small and the selection at lunchtime is manageable. If I want to get full, it takes me over an hour and I pay over €22 with a drink. Real Japanese cuisine and the service is also different.

Price performance absolutely top. All you can eat sushi for around €35, cheaper during the week / lunchtime. The concept is that you can order 5 “items” per person every 15 minutes, which is absolutely enough! Service could sometimes be a little faster, and the table numbers were also mixed up every now and then. But I think that's because you're not quite used to it yet. The restaurant definitely deserves more guests and is relatively inconspicuous from the outside. It's worth a visit!

An absolute highlight, as always. Very accommodating, even though we were only there shortly before closing time, the kitchen was turned on again especially for us and we were able to enjoy our food in peace. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews as we have never had to leave the restaurant hungry 😅. Personal contact with the owner family is also highly recommended 👌🏼. Actually a 10 out of 10, but unfortunately only 5 points are possible here. Keep it up, we'll come earlier next time 😅

The former rice house, which looks unappealing from the outside, is surprised by the beautiful ambience inside. The food is of course not comparable to the high-priced Japanese restaurants in the city center, but it is certainly convincing and quite tasty. Went with 6 people for "all you can eat" - for a change, no ribbon, but individual preparation of the dishes previously selected by the guest. Respect - very good quality (sushi) and very good preparation. Friendly and quick service (family business). Every 15 minutes you can order 4-5 portions from the extensive menu. At first this regulation is a bit irritating. But without further ado, you realize that things are going pretty relaxed and you even have trouble being able to eat the delicious dishes at this rate. Everything fine. Stay tuned for a next visit. Calculate between €30-40 per person without drinks.

I must say that this restaurant was my favorite in 2022, but after a new owner in 2023, it really became very bad. I visited this restaurant again last month. I waited for an hour for the first round of shrimp and tintenfisch, but I didn’t get it. The first round of my favorite seared salmon was OK, but after ordering the second round, it was... There is no mayonnaise, the salmon is just messed up, and there are no signs of searing. What's even more ridiculous is that after waiting for two hours for the first round of Tintenfisch, I couldn't help but complain to the lady boss... She said: I'm very sorry, Tintenfisch is sold out! Ten seconds after she spoke, the person in the kitchen brought out a large plate of Tintenfisch. Was this a lie or something? It's really speechless. From the first to the fourth round, I don’t know why (the boss said it was a coincidence), as long as there were slightly expensive seafood ingredients, they didn’t come. Rice, miso soup (almost no tofu), and French fries came. The fried noodles had no taste either. And they don’t tip their employees, so the quality is incomparable to the first boss’s. Of course we won't be back. If you want to serve all you can eat, you have to let the guests order instead of waiting for more than an hour and the first round of items doesn’t come. It's a pity. The decoration in the store is very nice and the space is spacious. My friends and family and I used to eat here almost two to three times a month. Now I can only look at the photos and reminisce about those years 😂

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to tell you about an unfortunate incident that I experienced in your restaurant today. I visited your restaurant with two friends and was surprised when the chef opened the curtain from the kitchen after we ordered and visibly insulted us. As a native speaker of Hungarian, I understood his insults clearly, which was extremely unpleasant. It is unacceptable for guests to be treated in this way and I was deeply disappointed by this behavior. Despite my request to speak to the manager or the chef in person, there was no appropriate response. All that was pointed out was the chef's supposed stress, but this in no way constitutes an excuse for such disrespectful behavior. It is essential that guests at your restaurant are treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of potentially stressful situations or other circumstances. Additionally, it was disappointing that there was no responsiveness from the restaurant following this incident. We left the last order completely on the table because we lost our appetite. I have already documented this photographically. Despite this, we were charged the full price. I therefore kindly ask you to investigate this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that such an event does not occur again. As a long-time customer, I expect a reasonable apology and the assurance that your employees are appropriately trained to ensure a respectful and hospitable environment.

The all you can eat is a scam!!! You need to order in rounds and wait 15minutes between them, which is okay, but out of the 4 rounds we ordered, 1of them was skipped by them. (plus some things they had missed each round) Also, the owner came to us and said that they will not start making the next round for us until we ate everything, because we definitely can not eat all of them??? WHY IS IT AN ALL YOU CAN EAT IF IT IS NOT ALLOWED??? At least it is also expensive, poor and only a few choices, and also they make everything really salty so that you have to pay 8 eur for a water. Please do not go here!!! Every other place is better than this!!!!

Addendum March 16, 2024 We wanted to give the restaurant another chance today. Unfortunately in vain. It was cold and I had to leave my jacket on near the window. The “cheap” products with lots of rice are brought quickly. Dishes with shrimp or prawns, for example, are often forgotten or only brought after repeated requests. Udon not seasoned at all. Hot dishes such as grilled salmon/grilled mushrooms are brought ice cold. By the way, the TIP is kept by the boss and NOT passed on to the employees. Just FYI: Do not under any circumstances tip this woman! My personal highlight from this visit: We asked the boss about the deficiencies. When I asked why we still hadn't received the squid we ordered 1.5 hours ago, the boss said: "Unfortunately they're sold out." The best thing was, while she told us that the squid was sold out, the chef came at the same time Squid and apologized for the wait. (Incidentally, the chef only came because we had given the waitress a generous tip under the table beforehand so that the boss wouldn't take the money. The waitress then stood up for us in the kitchen) Wow... So this is where the customers become obvious knowingly cheated by the owner. @Owner: Compare our first and last reviews. You're lucky we don't go to the police afterwards. Disgrace!!! We're never coming back! Addendum April 16, 2023 Unfortunately I have to revise my review. The quality has deteriorated significantly. Apparently, in addition to the new owner, there is also a new chef. The food is no longer presented as beautifully as it used to be, the portions have become smaller, people save where they can. The miso soup now only consists of water. (4 pieces of mini tofu and 2 mini seaweed leaves per bowl), cream cheese makis are either made only of peppers instead of cream cheese or are only filled with arugula. The once diverse menu has been reduced. You can only get delicious things for an additional charge. The flambéed salmon nigiris are only briefly “kissed” by the flame, so unlike before, the salmon is no longer cooked through, but cold and half-raw. The baked mushrooms are only briefly fried in the meantime and you have the feeling that you are eating raw mushrooms. The Tepanyaki shrimp have almost no marinade and taste like nothing. Last but not least, this time we even tried to tell the boss personally that the quality had deteriorated. Although the owner was sitting at the next table, he simply rejected our request about the waiter because he didn't feel like talking to customers. No problem, just 2 fewer loyal customers for years. We are really very disappointed. Since repeated feedback in the restaurant hasn't helped, we no longer see any reason to pay exorbitant prices for inferior quality and drive 20km to the restaurant. You can also see from the more recent reviews that other guests feel the same way as us. Old review: Very, very good restaurant of excellent quality. We came across this restaurant by chance and have had it on our permanent visit list ever since. The service is always very attentive and quick, and the food is of great quality. (Even with all you can eat!) Orders are placed via a tablet. However, this is self-explanatory. Not like other providers, where you would be lost without the help of the waitress. Every 15 minutes you can order 4 plates/side dishes/dishes per person, which is completely sufficient. Some dishes require a small additional charge, but this is completely justified. Even the dessert is deliciously prepared. The dishes even taste better than many a la carte restaurants. Nice, pleasant atmosphere, clean toilets, enough parking spaces,… Therefore, preferably 6 stars!

Unfortunately, even after paying a premium (32 euro + 7 euro for a drink per person) for the all-you-can-eat the restaurant always seemed like it was penny pinching. You can only order 4 items from the menu every 15 minutes. The menu was lackluster with very limited options. Many items you can only be ordered if you pay a surcharge over what you’re already paying. Most of the desserts come with a surcharge except for vanilla and mango ice cream. The sushi was dry and felt like it was not made fresh to order. I feel like the restaurant actually doesn’t want to do all-you-can-eat but still does it anyway. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The quality has fluctuated greatly in recent years, but is somewhat acceptable. On Saturday March 1st we were there again with family - and were very disappointed. The quality and presentation of the food left a lot to be desired, and you were forced to put on a coat and jacket, otherwise you would have more than just a cold to deal with. The rooms were ice cold and the heating had been omitted. Very unpleasant - there will be no more visits to Osaka.

Once and never again! There were four of us there, 2 adults, 2 children. My husband ordered soup because he wasn't hungry. I wanted to eat all you can eat with my older son. In the meantime we ordered drinks and soup and when we wanted to order all you can eat, the waitress told me either we all eat a la carte or we all eat buffet. But we were not told this when we placed the order. I hadn't eaten anything all day and was extremely hungry, but my husband only wanted soup. I wasn't allowed to order the all you can eat! It wasn't allowed, the manager wasn't there. I was hungry, but I paid for the untouched drinks and we left. They preferred to have unhappy customers who didn't order food at all! Customer friendly = 0. Never again!

The food itself is okay, but the waiting times between the dishes were far too long. After 1 1/2 hours we had 5 dishes out of 24 orders, many dishes didn't come at all, the noodles were burnt and the food looked rather slapped down, which is how it should be significantly improve prices.

UPDATE: Today was a disaster: My boys wanted to introduce their cousin to their favorite restaurant: All you can eat!... Call to make a reservation for dinner: "Come on, no problem, lots of space there...". We said: "Have you made a reservation? No? Then please sit outside." The weather is OK, the temperature too. Then the boys sit outside... Later a call: "Dad, we ordered a few hours ago, but only received the first round..."... After 90 minutes we just received another small portion, which was actually just intended for one person was for 3 people... They had already placed the fourth order... I went there and picked up the boys - payment was refused... A waiter said that we had to speak to the boss, otherwise he would have to Pay everything out of your own pocket (it was hardly anything) Me: OK, let's go to the boss. In the restaurant, the colleague who served the boys explained it to him (spoken in her language) and I noticed that she didn't necessarily want the boss to know about it. So I got to the car and drove home. I was about to call the police because that was already cheating: they charged all you can eat, but hardly anything was served - I later found out that the boys had complained several times, but the neighboring tables were still given priority and they hardly got anything. .. NEVER AGAIN!!!! And the owner doesn't even care...

We have visited this restaurant several times - we really enjoy coming. It's beautifully dim and appropriately furnished. "Buffet" is ordered via tablet, always 4 small dishes and after 15 minutes you can order more. Only drinks and a few meals cost extra. We like it - even if it's a little less compared to a year ago... because unfortunately the fried sushi, for example, was ice cold, which you don't expect when you always order fresh... and the sweet potato fries were simply mixed with normal ones brought.. since we have been there several times before, we know how it is actually delivered.. we were a bit irritated that nothing was even said.. The waitress, who has only been working there for a short time, was really helpful and friendly and passed our questions and requests on to the chef. We would be happy if we could experience the great experience from before again next time!

Ich war hier heute Abend und auch in den letzten zwei Jahren sehr oft und wurde nie enttäuscht. Lasst euch von den schlechten Rezensionen hier und da nicht beeinflussen, dieser Japaner ist seinen Preis wert und meine ganze Familie ist jedes Mal wieder begeistert. Sushi ist der Hammer, die warmen Gerichte sind ebenfalls sehr lecker und frisch und über das schwarze Sesameis zum Nachtisch freue ich mich auch jedes Mal wieder aufs Neue. Mittags sowohl als auch Abends sehr empfehlenswert! ごちそうさまでした😋

Essen zum Mitnehmen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ente Süßsauer ist eine aufgeschnittene, trockene Entenbrust auf ein paar Salatblättern. Dazu in 2 kleinen extra Plastikbehältern die Soße (danke Umwelt). Auf meine Frage, ob es keinen Reis dazu gibt, hieß es, das muss extra bestellt werden, sie sind ja kein Chinese.... aha. Also bisher gab es in jedem asiatischen Restaurant Reis zu den Gerichten, auch bei Abholung und egal, ob Japaner, Chinese, Thai, oder Vietnamese. Fazit: nie wieder.

Es sieht wirklich sehr schön hier aus und es waren auch alle sehr nett und alles ging ziemlich schnell. Das Essen selbst fand ich leider nicht so gut. Die Auswahl ziemlich wenig, viele Gerichte ohne Sauce z.B. Pilze und es schmeckte alles eher mittelmäßig. Das einzige was gut war, ist das sushi und der Spezi. Fände es auch besser wenn man klassisch immer 10 sachen (mit mehreren Personen) pro runde nehmen könnte und nur 10 min warten muss für die neue runde. Außerdem ist es mit 31 Euro (ohne Getränke) einfach zu teuer für die Qualität und die geringe Auswahl an Gerichten.

Wir waren zu viert All you can eat essen und es war wirklich ausgesprochen hochwertiges, leckeres, schön für das Auge angerichtete Speisen. Mittels eines Tablets konnten wir alle 15 Minuten 4 kleine Gerichte pro Person von der Karte bestellen. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde alles von sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Servicepersonal serviert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr authentisch und gemütlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

+++Update 3+++: Einen Stern dazu bekommen. War Mal wieder dort und das Essen ist von der Qualität besser geworden. Hähnchenspieße sind wieder da. +++Update 3 Ende+++ +++Update 2+++: Leider noch ein Stern verloren. Die Gründe: -Leider sind die Preise für das Abendessen in den letzten Monaten stark angestiegen. Schneller erhöht als in anderen Lokalen. Durch die schlechte Erreichbarkeit von München aus, lohnt es sich für mich nicht mehr extra dahin zu fahren. Für das selbe Geld gehe ich eher ins Kawaru. - Immer mehr Gerichte sind nicht mehr inklusive (z.B. keine Hähnchenspieße mehr) und die Qualität der einzelnen Speisen schwankt nach wie vor. Zusätzlich kommen die Gerichte extrem verspätet, so das man nicht mehr weiß ob es noch kommt oder vergisst es selbst schon und bestellt vielleicht versehentlich doppelt. Das bei großen Andrang es zu Verzögerungen kommen kann ist verständlich aber in letzter Zeit stärker als sonst. - Schon seit ein paar Jahren geht "vorübergehend" keine Kartenzahlung. In der heutigen Zeit ein Unding. Anfangs dachte ich noch, das wäre temporär aber ich war jetzt bestimmt über 25 Mal dort und es geht seit Jahren nicht. Scheint wohl eine bewusste Entscheidung zu sein keine Kartenzahlung anzunehmen. Man wird zwar immer darauf hingewiesen beim Reservieren aber es ist trotzdem merkwürdig. +++Update 2 Ende+++: +++Update 1+++ Ich muss leider meine Bewertung von 5 Sterne auf 4 reduzieren. Die Gründe: - Leider schwankt die Qualität vom Essen nach jeden Besuch stärker als sonst. Das Essen ist von der Art der Zubereitung nicht immer gleich. So bekommt man an einem Besuch sehr leckere knusprig gebratene Pilze und beim nächsten Besuch sind diese sehr weich und lapprig. Oder die Lachs Nigiri sind manchmal schön kühl und ein anderes Mal total warm. - Viele beliebte Speisen wie Sashimi oder das Roastbeef haben jetzt einen Aufpreis von 1€ Das ist nicht viel und vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider schwankt auch hier die Qualität, so dass es auch Tage gibt wo der Fisch nicht so frisch schmeckt oder Roastbeef zu stark nach Pfeffer schmeckt und man dadurch etwas enttäuscht wird. Fazit: 1 Stern Abzug weil die Qualität zu oft schwankt +++Update 1 Ende+++ Wer Sushi 🍣 liebt sollte auf jeden Fall Mal ins Osaka. Äußerlich ist das Restaurant in einem Bürokomplex in welchem ich normal mit dem Auto einfach vorbei fahren würde. Aber innen ist das Lokal geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und total aufmerksam. Das Konzept vom Lokal, ist es ein All you can Eat a la card anzubieten bzw.a la Tablet. Für den Preis von knapp 30€ darf man sich mittels eines Tablets durch verschiedenste Köstlichkeiten durchklicken. Pro Person können jede 15 Min. vier Gerichte bestellt werden. Gerichte mit Aufpreis und Getränke können jederzeit über das Tablet bestellt werden. Die Qualität vom Essen ist für ein All you can Eat einfach phänomenal. Besonders der Lachs ist frisch und sehr lecker. Sashimi im All you can eat ist ein Highlight und einer der Gründe öfters herzukommen. In jedem anderen Restaurant müsste man ein Aufpreis zahlen. Die Lammkoteletten haben leider schon ein Aufpreis bekommen, weil die Leute oft zu gierig sind und zu viel auf einmal bestellt haben, laut der Kellnerin. Um das Küchenpersonal zu entlasten wurde ein Aufpreis von 1€ gesetzt. Einzig die gebratenen Pilze schwanken stark von der Qualität. Es gab Tage, da waren die schön kross und knusprig und gut durchgebraten und nach ein paar Bestellungen später etwas weich und nicht mehr so kross gebraten. Es gab wohl ein Schichtwechsel in der Küche. Insgesamt ist die Bedienung sehr schnell, freundlich und geduldig. Das Lokal bietet sowohl warme als auch kalte Speisen an und ist für besonders neugierige Leute die etwas neues ausprobieren wollen Klasse. Endlich kann man durch das Konzept, dass Essen bestellen was man auch essen mag und muss nicht wie bei der Konkurrenz neben einem Fließband auf seine Speisen hoffen. Fazit: Tolles Restaurant, sehr gute Qualität immer wieder gerne bzw. einen Besuch wert. Weiter so und wir kommen immer wieder.

Überteuert für 31 € pro Person kann man woanders deutlich besser ist als hier. Der Service erinner doch eher an eine Kantine als ein Restaurant. Selbst für Kinder mit 11 ist ein Erwachsenen Menü zu bestellen. Absolut lächerlich. Zu dritt mit drei Getränken über 100 € geht gar nicht.

War bereits öfters da. Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, besonders beim Sushi wird Wert auf ein gutes Verhältnis von Fisch zu Reis geachtet. Einige Gerichte kosten einen Aufpreis, vielleicht wäre eine Premium-Pauschale eine Alternative, so dass man als Gast die Kosten besser abschätzen kann. Ich komme gerne wieder.

All you can eat in schlechter Umsetzung. Wenn man am Freitagabend den Gästen ein All-you-can-eat-Menü für 32 € gewissermaßen aufnötigt und gleichzeitig die Bestellmengen auf 4 Gerichte alle 15 min per Tablet-Bestellung begrenzt, dann sollte man erwarten, dass alles super funktioniert. Kurz gefasst, die erste Bestellrunde war erst nach etwa einer Stunde komplett, die meisten warmen Gerichte waren kalt und der Service war sichtlich überfordert. Von unseren Bestellungen über zweieinhalb Stunden haben wir nur etwa zwei Drittel erhalten. Selbst beim Dessert mit zwei Kugeln Eis und einer gebackener Banane warteten wir auf eine Kugel Eis vergeblich. Insgesamt kamen wir (2 Erwachsene 1 Kind) dabei auf eine Rechnung von 100 €, waren entnervt und nicht wirklich satt. Das war für uns das erste und letzte Mal!

Von innen Hui von außen pfui. Wir sind sehr regelmäßig da, wenn wenig los ist kann man eigene Varianten besonders als Vegetarier anfragen, aber auch so gibt es eine gute Auswahl. Man sitzt Recht separiert, kann sich also in Ruhe unterhalten, das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und kommt zügig. Die Bestellung ist bei all you can eat alle 15 Minuten 4 Gerichte pro Person möglich. Achtung nur Barzahlung! Hunde sind erlaubt.

Wir haben zu sechst dort gegessen und es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Qualität und Auswahl sind sehr gut und die Bestellungen kamen meist auch ziemlich schnell. Es kam zwar auch mal eine falsche Bestellrunde extra aber bei All You can eat ist das ja nicht schlimm. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass Kartenzahlung leider nicht möglich ist.

War mein erster Besuch im Osaka, ich persönlich kann aber nicht klagen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch die "Anlieferung" der über das Tablett ausgesuchten Speisen und Getränke war flott. Dass Essen hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt und satt wird man beim "All can you eat" sowieso. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Preislich gesehen ist das Ganze kein Schnäppchen. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich natürlich wieder hingehen, weil` s auch mal was anders ist.

It's at a tennis club. You don't have to make a reservation. Conditions are very attentive, I was given an ashtray, it was taken away when eating but a new one was immediately brought after eating. Food was very tasty but for the price I would have expected more as a Nuremberg native. But it's just the Munich area so it's always a little more expensive. Conclusion: you can always go there, maybe not to eat, but the beer garden is great and quiet and you can watch one or two tennis games.
