Bad food, unfriendly and extremely long waiting times

Really good food and great service. I have often ordered something there - for delivery and for collection. Family pizza was ready within 20-30 minutes and it was always delicious. Deliveries are also quite quick and reliable. I really can't understand all the bad reviews and I'm very sorry for the operators. As I recently asked, the store has been around for several decades and that has to say something. So, don't be put off by the negative reviews, the satisfied customers should also write something!
