We‘ve been to this place twice, it is not located in front of the right road if you want to walk a little, it is located near the river and the bridge, the atmosphere there is quite noisy because the place is not too big so people talking can be heard very well but it is quite comfortable and the food is very delicious and the service is good👍.

Always friendly and calm, even when it should be stressful! Food great, now also veal and more sauces to choose from!

Food just average. Calamari tough as leather, side salad bland. Relatively long waiting time despite reservation. The service was friendly but slightly overwhelmed. Ambiance hackneyed and loveless. I wouldn't recommend it, because you can expect more, especially given the prices quoted. I won't come anymore. 2 stars out of mercy and only because of the friendly service.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. I had excellent meals in the restaurant several times. But the best thing was that there weren't too many guests in the house, so I was spared from the complainers and chronic complainers!

We celebrated our wedding at Burggaillenreuth in mid-September. We always discussed the planning with Daniel in advance, every one of our questions was answered in detail and we felt we received wonderful advice. On the day of the celebration, Claudia and her team were in charge and really played a big part in making it such a wonderful day for us. The process went exactly as desired (apart from a small delay due to the activities of our guests). Rescheduling coffee drinking at short notice due to the weather was also no problem. The service was very good and all the employees were friendly. The food tasted very good and was highly praised by both our guests and the service providers. Burggaillenreuth is an old but atmospheric location; some of our guests also spent the night before the wedding and the night after it here. We are very happy that we made this decision and would plan it this way again at any time. At this point, many thanks again to this great team!
