Food was generally good, but the owner was not customer friendly and very, very inflexible when it came to paying with a voucher… I recommend take-out to avoid it!

Delicious stone oven pizza and also reasonably priced for the size and taste.

Tasty vegan meal. They have a whole page dedicated to vegan dishes. I really enjoyed the choices. The food was excellent, and the coffee was amazing. The vibe was great, and everything was spotless. The service was super friendly, quick, and attentive. Definitely a place to visit in Ansbach!

Ich kann hier nur meinen ersten Eindruck bewerten und nicht das Essen! Wir kamen an um halb sechs, das Lokal war noch leer und sahen durch die Scheibe wahrscheinlich den Chef auf einem Stuhl sitzend, ins Handy schauen und mit Fuß (samt Schuh!) auf dem Tisch! War wohl ein Nebenraum. Wir wurden nicht mal bemerkt. So ein Verhalten geht in einem Restaurant meiner Meinung gar nicht und macht keinen guten Eindruck und Lust einzutreten. Wir sind dann woanders hingegangen.

The service was terrible. Although it was dinner time, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and the female server intentionally ignored us. Even when we called her, she just told us to wait and never came. After the appetizer, we waited nearly 10 minutes without chopsticks or forks and couldn't eat. Even then, she just told us to wait again. How long are we supposed to wait? An hour just to get cutlery? It was a completely absurd experience. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Even when ordering, the employee had absolutely no desire - the expression on his face spoke volumes. He wanted to cut the meat off the spit even though it wasn't fully cooked yet. Only when I pointed it out to him did he finish grilling it. The kebab was then completely carelessly filled - normally you know that you can hardly bite into it because it is so full. Here you literally had to search for the content. When asked if it was a spicy chili sauce, the answer was “yes” - but I got a sweet sweet chili sauce, like the one you know from spring rolls. When I asked to remake the kebab, the employee didn't understand why at all. He was only convinced by the intervention of a lady who obviously knew him. Definitely not a store I'll visit again.
