The opening hours aren't quite right; on days when they're open for lunch, they're usually open from 5 pm onwards as well. Great traditional German food, especially the fish and chips on Fridays.

We had the catering from Aufgetischt! for our wedding at Scherauer Hof and were absolutely thrilled❣️ Even the first conversation with Melli was incredibly pleasant. She catered to all our requests, put together a fantastic menu for us, and created a suitable offer. Everything was absolutely seamless and professional. We opted for a Mediterranean menu – everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and tasted simply delicious. Our guests were just as thrilled as we were! Nice traditional food. And the only one I found in and around Munich that serves goose meat (= the legs) during the advent (otherwise in Munich only around St. Martin's Day and then again around Christmas). Food very well done, from starters to desserts, service very friendly and attentive. My address for goose meat during the advent!

The Gasthaus Zur frische Quelle (Fresh Spring) is a quaint, very traditional inn with plenty of charm. The cozy outdoor area and the wonderful old dining room are particularly lovely, creating a truly comfortable atmosphere. Another highlight is the lovingly decorated cave room, which gives the establishment something truly special. The selection of specialties is varied: classic Franconian cuisine, complemented by delicious snacks – all fresh and of excellent quality. The value for money is absolutely perfect here. The hosts are super friendly, welcoming, and often take the time for pleasant small talk, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. In summary: top quality, great atmosphere – we would love to come back!

Super delicious bowls!! Freshly prepared and quickly, and very friendly service :) Upon request, I was able to easily and effortlessly modify the bowl. You can also choose your own dressing and always get a good recommendation for a good match. Overall, everything is highly recommended, and the price is absolutely fair :)
