Food was tasty, but service was extremely slow. We were the second people there and it took 30min to get our food. Unacceptable.

The advance praise was there because we only heard good things, but we were disappointed. Unfortunately. The gentleman in service and the boss were extremely friendly, but the rest left a lot to be desired. We were 4 people and almost the only guests, but the food didn't come at the same time; which in this case was doubly annoying because they were only lukewarm; The brown parts of my fried lettuce hearts were still removed, i.e. the stalk. The same thing happens with dessert. Only partial delivery possible. I can still put up with 2 burgers, 2 rump steaks, 4 drinks and 3 desserts for €170, but the rest should at least be okay.

Ich bin regelmäßig mit meiner Mannschaft zum Tenni-Training in der angrenzenden Tennishalle. Nach dem Training wäre ein Abschluss mit Essen und Trinken in Casa Papi eigentlich ganz nett. Es ist nur leider so, dass wir vermehrt vor geschlossener Türe stehen. Man kann sich leider nicht auf die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten verlassen. Wir hatten überlegt unser Weihnachts- essen dort zu machen, haben uns jetzt aber dagegen entschieden. Es fehlt am Interesse zu bewirten und das spürt man deutlich.

Tolles Restaurant Hatten Reserviert als große Gruppe Zum Glück hatten wir reserviert . Es war sehr voll . Personal freundlich und auch hilfesbeteit Das Essen war am Büffet. Es war sehr gut befüllt , auch für Vegetarier bzw. Vegetarierinnen. Das Essen war hervorragend für ein Bueffet Man konnte sich auch Fleisch braten lassen . Welches sehr gut schmeckte Nachtisch gab es eine große Auswahl welches natürlich getestet und für sehr gut befunden wurde Wir werden dort immer wieder gerne hingehen und auch unseren Freunden empfehlen Preis und Leistung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this store. I wanted to order a pizza and specifically asked for it to be made with thin dough. The employee's reaction was extremely rude. He said to me, "If you can do it better, do it yourself. Don't tell me how to do my job." I later found out that this employee is actually the owner. I don't understand how anyone can run a business this way. Customer friendliness should come first.

Went there this evening for a meal, all looked ok initially, but when the waitress kept wiping the sweat off her face with her hands, pulling down her mask, re-adjusting and then fetching food, we started to get concerned. When they started to move registration forms between tables and other diners were coughing and sneezing on them... Watching the waiters they were in/out to the bar without hand washing... We decided to leave...
