Really cool place, lots of space inside and really nice

After we had already been guests here several times and had felt very comfortable so far and really appreciated the terrace with the adjoining playground, we unfortunately had to experience a rather unpleasant situation today: after we arrived at around 11:15 a.m. and when we were greeted we were directed to the seats directly next to the playground with the explanation "you have children with you, it's better to sit at the playground," so we initially thought nothing of it. However, after we had just ordered the second round of drinks (approx. 45 minutes had passed), the owner practically threw us out of the restaurant as we ran past, saying: “Are you ready then?” When we asked what exactly we were ignored. Two minutes later he came past the table again with the question “So, are you going to eat schnitzel with fries or do you move on?” There were six of us and by this point we had ordered two portions of fries for the children and had eight drinks, which is nothing unusual at this time on May 1st. We fully understand that a host wants to make the most on such days and therefore already had the new guests waiting in the background on their radar. However, in our opinion, this is not the way to treat customers and we will no longer spend our money here in the future. There are enough alternative restaurants where families with children are still valued and receive completely different treatment.

Unfortunately we weren't noticed when we sat down outside; I grabbed the menus myself in the anteroom when I reported to the counter. The food was delicious and enough for us! Unfortunately the enclosures look very unkempt, they can't do anything about that, but the outside area isn't very inviting or nice, even though the tables are very nicely set up😔

Überdurchschnittlich freundlicher Kellner, ebenso der Inhaber. Sehr bemüht und präsent. Das Essen war sehr gut - und auch der Salat sehr frisch. Gerne wieder!

This food is fantastic! The people are super nice and you feel extremely comfortable. I can only recommend it :)
