Great pizzas. Just like before, when he still had the Pizzeria Kelter in Dettingen.

The pizza really wasn't my thing. No tomato sauce was used either, but something sweet and sticky. The dough was good, but the sauce ruined the entire pizza. It annoys me that I just spent money on this. Don't understand the reviews.

The rooms are tidy, nicely furnished and inexpensive. The food is excellent. Always great to dine here. The staff in the hotel and in the Redtaurant are always extremely friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. All around a great experience.

The food was OK, but the kebab bread was very dry. What was unacceptable was that the gentleman who prepared the kebab came back into the restaurant from outside and didn't wash his hands before touching our food.

We booked the Naturfreundehaus Waldheim and the seminar room for a weekend. The bedrooms were clean and already occupied upon arrival. The seminar room, which according to the homepage can accommodate up to 60 people, was only enough for 7 musicians. In the kitchen we had to fight with several mice that also nibbled on the food. Since the Naturfreundehaus continues to operate as a hiking hut, it is to be expected that you are not alone. During our stay there were strangers sitting in the lounge.

Dettingen is a small town, in Mexico it would be a magical town. The staff are very friendly, it is a nice place.
