Super delicious food and great service. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

You order regularly from work now. However, the service became increasingly substandard. Calls were accepted but not understood, so we had to call several times, and orders were apparently completely forgotten. After waiting almost 2 hours for the delivery service, you are still being hit on strangely. The food is good but otherwise a clear recommendation from me, give it a wide berth.

Small menu, super delicious food, very friendly service, old inn with modern furnishings: everything fits here and we would love to come back

Super nice location by the pond with a large, shady beer garden. The chicken and schnitzel are always great. You can rent a boat and sail on the pond. However, at larger events the restaurant is always completely overwhelmed

The ham in the calzone had probably had its best days. The salad had some brown spots behind it and the tomatoes no longer tasted fresh

Very nice location but unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. The cheese spaetzle were really not good, the lentils and spaetzle were OK. But just way too expensive for OK. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the Torfwerk restaurant is only open Friday to Sunday, but it is definitely worth a visit. The menu is different than the typical ones here in the region. We had wild garlic dumplings with salad (without cream sauce) and zander with asparagus. The pike perch was nicely fried on the skin.
