When we arrived and saw the restaurant from the outside, we feared the worst in the middle of an industrial area, but the food was delicious and the service was super nice and friendly. We'll definitely come back to try the Kaiserschmarrn because unfortunately we didn't make it.

We often go on vacation to Austria. As we walked through the door I felt like I had been teleported straight to Austria. Facility, service and map fit together 100%! Cordial service and absolute class in the food! Thank you for a great evening that makes you forget that you are in Hamburg.

I went there based on a recommendation from a friend. The food tasted really great and was beautifully presented. But I have to admit that it was a bit small compared to the price. However, what bothered me most about my visit there was that the drinks were more expensive than anywhere else I've been before (0.4 soft drink = €5). And that, with a few exceptions, all dishes are listed at the beginning of the memory card WITHOUT side dishes and at really high prices. The menu gives the impression that you can choose a side dish to go with your dish, and the waiter deliberately gives you this impression. In the end there is a nasty surprise with the bill. (at least €5 for the side dish) just for 2 potatoes as fried potatoes. The sauce is also not included in the dessert. I ended up spending €85 for 2 people on the visit. (for each: main course, side dish, 1 drink, dessert with sauce) A NOTICE: When you visit, make sure that the side dish costs extra. Please to the restaurant: Revise your map. The symbols on the dishes telling you to choose your side dish are misleading! And please don't tell the customer that the side dishes are included when you place the order.

I had the Art Schnitzel with potato salad and was delicious, very tasty food😋! Very good portion that almost couldn't finish. Kudos to the man who provided the service to us, very attentive and vigilant to what we or others could need. I regretted not giving the tip he deserved. Appreciated that he made our experience quite pleasant there. The whole experience and ambiance of the place were very good! We managed to make a reservation on time since it's quite frequented. Oktoberfest in the Zwutschkerl Alm: crispy knuckle and Kaiserschmarrn. Delicious as always. However, I would have liked sauerkraut better with it. The coleslaw was underseasoned for my taste. Therefore only 4 stars for the food

Everything about the service, the ambience inside, the beer garden is also very nice, delicious food, great drinks, they really love dogs there... Of course you can't expect a real alpine pasture from the outside, as it's in the middle of an industrial area, but from the inside you feel very Austrian welcome, it's pretty darn close to the alpine pastures and parlors in Austria. If you want to experience Austrian vibes in the north, this is the right place for you. The ambience of the business takes you straight to Austria and your wanderlust subsides. The staff is really friendly and their manner creates a real feel-good atmosphere. The food is a dream, whether meat, vegetarian or dessert - the kitchen knows its craft. And the original drinks leave nothing to be desired. Absolutely recommended!

As soon as you walk through the door you forget you are in the north. I really liked the atmosphere and made a nice impression. The staff and service were also very friendly and offered us the daily special straight away. The food was really tasty, almost like in the south. If you want to get a taste of the south, you should definitely stop by here. Payment is possible with debit card or cash. Unfortunately, credit card is not possible.

Simply great restaurant, like in Austria! Were there for our wedding anniversary, lovingly decorated, completely satisfied! The waitresses were also great, great service despite the full house! Reserved for the next round!

Half a brad chicken was ordered on the recommendation of the service staff. All the bradhun was served... it gave a visually older impression due to various wrinkles etc. Unfortunately this has been confirmed. I have the impression that it was left over from the day before (larger event). In terms of taste and appearance, it is far below any grilled chicken stand in front of various supermarkets. Ugh ugh! You also make something like this, a Henl-Gröstel, and no longer serve it to a guest! That too for money! The interior was designed to look like an SCI hut in the Alps. All wood... And the interior design corresponds to the motto. Not unpleasant, though, I have to say. So far, quite nice. Still... I didn't come for the facility but to get good food. A single star. Shame on you.

From the food to the ambience to the service - it's perfect! The quality is consistently very good. A reservation is strongly recommended, there are not very many tables inside, but this also creates a very cozy (alpine) atmosphere.

Something authentic, delicious, special and simply a great gastronomic experience. Anyone who has ever been to an alpine pasture in Austria or South Tyrol will notice that this is really very close to the original. Sooo delicious food. We have been here several times. Last time we had Black Angus roast beef and of course Kaiserschmarren for dessert. The service is always friendly, always quick, always professional. We will come back often. Very tasty food and dogs are very welcome there

Unfortunately we weren't completely satisfied. The Wiener Schnitzel has little to do with the original. It's not stuffed, so there's no nice wavy breading. Nothing special in taste. The service staff is friendly and attentive. You can do it, but you don't have to.

We were there for the first time today, we immediately took the full program, starters Käsekrainer and Camembert, just a dream. Main course, schnitzel, what else? Dessert, Kaiserschmarren, everything was simply delicious. Staff, simply awesome and the ambience, beautifully decorated. You must have gained new regulars today 👌🏽 see you next time

So, hello, hello and hello. What starts out as a high-flyer unfortunately ends up as a bed rug. Let's start with booking. Complicated, because you're hip, in great demand and fully booked for the next 100 years anyway. Ok, so it won't be the economy next door, just like in the industrial wasteland of Norderstedt. So made an appointment. Finally, it's time. Nice atmosphere, nice staff (although some of them use the slang of Aale Dieter from Fischmarkrt) but illusion is everything. Service is quick and attentive, the menu is very attractive and promising. First course a gratinated Camenbert from the bag. Oh no. Did it come directly from Sellgros at the end of the street? But not edible anymore. At least the salad around it was fresh. Main course cheese spaetzle. Visually nice, well presented but then... . Nope, anyone who has ever had this on their mountain pasture in Austria will use this as a joint kit for their winter home. No melting, ready-made pasta with no flavor and some cheese mush on top. At least the onions were good. But the good price is of no use for this dish. The cucumber salad (extra) was quite ok. Different plate, same disillusionment. A breaded chicken breast fillet (probably ready from Mama Sellgros' galley) draped with sour potato salad (guaranteed ready). Not really good either and more of a rest area on the A7. Off for it. Coffee and snaps are ok, the service is still smart despite the criticism. But that was it. Would I like to go there again? No. Everything can be done much better and with more cooking skill. The ambience is so beautiful, you could really think you were on an alpine pasture. That's the only place where it tastes really good.

Absolutely everything is right here. I would never have expected to find such top-class cuisine with the right ambience in the commercial area. Anyone who is a fan of Austrian cuisine must stop here. But reserve in advance if possible. It looks like the store is always busy. Rightly so.

A snack bar in the middle of the Gutenbergring commercial area. The shop doesn't look much from the outside, but the inside is very nicely decorated and the two outdoor areas are rustic. Unfortunately there is only a limited menu selection during lunchtime. The taste of my Wiener-style schnitzel was okay and the fries were very crispy. It's a shame at the Austrian restaurant, I would have liked a real Viennese schnitzel. The female service was very friendly, the male service was sometimes very abrupt and almost seemed unfriendly.

We really enjoy coming here - Austrian flair in the north and right in the middle of the commercial area. A real pearl that you wouldn't expect here! A really great, harmonious atmosphere and a great beer garden in the backyard. The food is great (there is also a small selection for vegetarians, although the typical dishes are, as expected, meat-heavy) and the staff is always friendly, no matter how busy the place is (and that is actually always the case, so make a reservation if you're inside want to sit - in the beer garden it often works spontaneously)!

Repeat offenders...that's what you'll definitely get here. Not only is the food super delicious. The service is super nice and attentive, all in a casual way. And Kaiserschmarrn as dessert is a must. Nicely roasted in the pan, preferably with plums and vanilla sauce. Just great!!! The dog was greeted first and was served a dog meal...a bowl of water and a small portion of allergy-friendly dry food with lamb as a protein source. Oh yes…and a dog blanket. Despite the noise, the dog lay down under the bench in a relatively relaxed manner. Well, when you're greeted like that, you're definitely welcome.

The service was very attentive, very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. It feels like a big family. And the food: wow, it was delicious. When I moved from Munich to Langenhorn in 2016, the Zwutschkerl Alm saved me from “starving”. Due to delivery delays, I had no kitchen and had to rely on restaurants. In the Zwutschkerl Alm I found very good service, nice people and very good food. Even though I now live in the south again, I like to drive the 600km to eat at the Zwutschkerl Alm and visit Hamburg at the same time ;-)

Auf Empfehlung aus der Familie waren wir am 12. April zum ersten Mal hier. Was sollen wir sagen?! - Es war von A-Z einfach perfekt. Angefangen von der Flexibilität bei der Reservierung bis hin zum eigentlichen Besuch. Total herzlicher Empfang, authentisches Ambiente. Sehr, sehr cool. Für unsere Tochter direkt Malbuch und Stifte an den Tisch gebracht. Das Personal - ein Traum! Immer aufmerksam, immer präsent und durchweg freundlich. Das Essen - MEGA!!! Rinderkraftbrühe mit Kaspressknödeln - ein Traum! Das Cordon Bleu (Wochenkarte) mit Bratkartoffeln - MEGA!!! Kaiserschmarrn - Der beste, den wir je hatten!! Das Highlight für unsere nur-Nudeln-liebende-Tochter waren die selbst gemachten Butter-Spätzle. Diese wurden mit „Poah!! Besser als im Kindergarten!!“ bewertet und auch dem Team mitgeteilt. The male staff does not respond to guests' requests. He also eats behind the counter in front of the guests and is generally not service-oriented. The meal was okay.

It makes sense to make a reservation, especially if you want to eat with more than 2 people. The ambience is really spot on. You feel like you are in an alpine hut. The service is very courteous, attentive and friendly. The dishes are very generous in quantity. The map is exactly the right size. We really enjoyed it! We can highly recommend a visit and would be happy to come back.

Been there last Saturday! Comfortably furnished! Food very tasty! Had an original Viennese veal schnitzel! However, side dishes must be ordered separately! The schnitzel is currently €20.50 and fried potatoes, for example, for €5.50. So all together for €26. Also various beers on tap or bottles! 0.50 liters so 5.50€ staff very nice! Located in the commercial area in Norderstedt! Open on weekends from 12:00 p.m.! To recommend! If there are several people in the evening, it might be better to reserve a table!

There were eight of us there and everyone was thrilled. Only the Kaiserschmarrn was a small minus compared to the original.

It was an excellent experience! What made this nice was that the waiter was helpful and attentive, rather than the food. I chose this place because it was close to my hotel. I looked at the images before arriving because I wasn't sure if my internet would work. First of all, I ordered a different dish, the name of which I don't know, which I see a lot in the images here and which they praise a lot, but it is not a pasta pattern, it is not a dough pattern, it is topped with cheese and mushrooms, but it did not appeal to me very much. The pine flavored (?) tonic cocktail I ordered was quite different and nice. When I didn't like this dish, I ordered Viennese schnitzel. It came in a pretty big portion. However, since I was a little full with the other meal, I could only eat one piece. Next time I come, my choice will be schnitzel again. BUT the best thing of all was the potato salad I mentioned with it! It was so beautiful that I can't describe it. I need to learn how to make potato salad this way! I still think about it from time to time and miss it 😅 I think you can come here just for the potato salad. If I come across the open hours on my next trip, I will make salad and beer 😄 Many greetings to the waiter, he was a very cheerful child and he always came and went to Turkey.
