First of all, the food is absolutely delicious. The service is excellent as well. They take great care of you, even asking if you'd like anything else to drink or if everything was enjoyable. The ambiance is lovely, and the tables are all in their own little nooks, offering a bit of privacy. The only downside I have is the price compared to the portion size. The main course and dessert aren't quite enough to fill you up completely.

Since we're from Düsseldorf, we celebrated our 140th anniversary here on a recommendation and were absolutely thrilled. A nice restaurant, somewhat hidden away in a residential area. The service was very attentive, and drinks were served quickly and chilled. Our meals, Königsberger Klopse (meatballs) and roulade, were tasty, however, the portion sizes were rather small. The pumpkin soup as a starter was just enough to fill us up. Prices are a bit higher than the average restaurant, so considering the portion sizes, unfortunately, only 4 stars.

The ambiance could certainly benefit from a minor renovation to further enhance the charm of the establishment. The clientele is predominantly older, which is why the restaurant is often empty by 10 p.m. Nevertheless, the Imhorst-Hof is a cozy place that invites you to linger.

I happened to be here today, and it was truly lovely. It was one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The service was also fantastic, incredibly warm and attentive. We all enjoyed the food, even the pickiest of us – without complaint. I absolutely recommend this lovely restaurant!

Really good food! Super delicious roast beef with onions, and the food arrived relatively quickly, considering there was a big birthday party going on at the same time. It's especially nice to sit in the conservatory, although it's not always available. It's definitely a good idea to reserve a table, as we've seen someone turned away for not having a reservation. This restaurant is truly one of the best I've ever been to, but the price is quite high, but it's worth it.

We received a very warm welcome without a reservation and immediately felt welcome. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We particularly appreciated the delicious accompaniment from the kitchen – even our child got her own small, child-friendly version, which was truly thoughtful and loving. The starters and main courses were perfectly prepared and a culinary delight. An all-round successful visit that we highly recommend!

For my grandma's birthday, we had a three-course meal followed by coffee and cake. The venison was fantastic! A variety of side dishes were also provided. The ambiance and service staff were excellent and took excellent care of us the entire time. My son (2 years old) was also very well looked after, and his special requests were fulfilled without hesitation! 👌🏻 My only suggestion for improvement would be a cow's milk alternative. Then my sister would have given it 5 out of 5 🌟 🤭

While passing through, we were looking for a restaurant near Norderstedt. This one has a great atmosphere. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent value for money. And the friendly staff were super dog-friendly! We had mentioned two dogs when making our reservation and were given a special seat near the edge – we really appreciated that! Highly recommended!!!

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe, das Management lieferte uns deshalb nur eine auf drei Gerichte reduzierte Karte, da wir ja alle gleichzeitig essen wollten - also ein Küchenproblem.Der angebotene Spargel mit Schinken war OK, das Lachsgericht sehr übersichtlich (also winzig). Von den Steinpilzen in der völlig ausgetrockneten Poulardenbrust war nichts zu schmecken. Alle Gerichte deutlich über 30 EUR - einfach eine Frechheit. Nie wieder.

After experiencing some unfortunate behavior here during the coronavirus pandemic, I'd like to say: it was probably due to the adverse circumstances. I was there for a special birthday. We sat at a longer table for ourselves, even though it was in the middle of the restaurant. The service was attentive, courteous, and very friendly. The bartender, who also came to our tables from time to time, was even happy to have a joke. The food was 10 out of 10, and the staff underlined the whole experience! Children were allowed to move around freely, and all requests were dealt with promptly and discreetly. Intolerances were taken seriously, and replacements were found with great flexibility. It was absolutely fantastic!

A large parking lot right in front of the restaurant saved us the hassle of searching for a table. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our table. After making a reservation by phone, we were given a table by the window. The staff proved to be very attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The menu is just right, long enough for everyone to find something and short enough to feature fresh ingredients. The dishes we ordered were also of high quality, and the welcome from the kitchen was warm and delicious. I took photos of the starters. Later, I had Wiener Schnitzel, and my companions had entrecote. We were very satisfied.

The owner always greets us personally with a smile - and even when we say goodbye, she always takes a moment to say a kind word. I've known Hof Immenhorst for many years and the food is still just as delicious as it used to be. Mr. and Mrs. Berg enjoy running the restaurant and it shows. The whole team is super nice, attentive and always ensures a good atmosphere. The prices are okay and the ambience may be a bit old, but that's exactly what makes it so charming. A real classic that you'll love to visit again and again! The only thing I really miss is the sour cream on the pre-bread with olive oil - it just went perfectly with it. Bring it back!

Relatively high-priced German cuisine but with large portions

I can highly recommend this. My onion roast was great. One of the best dishes I've ever eaten. The service had somewhat unusual practices in my opinion. For example, everyone was offered to take the cards back with them, even though not everyone had ordered yet. In addition, there were not individual side dishes for each person, but rather some served together. A bit annoying, but complaining on a high level.

Yesterday after my father's funeral service in Immenhorst I had lunch with family and friends. Both food and service were perfect!! Without exception, the dishes offered were very tasty and well selected. From the Creole fish stew to Holstein duck pan to Nuremberg sausages with sauerkraut, everything was a 110% hit. The service was extremely friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere right from the start. Also for dessert, among other things The Kaiserschmarrn served was incredibly tasty. We went to Hof Immenhorst for our birthday and I can't emphasize enough how much everyone enjoyed it. In and around Norderstedt you will hardly find a better restaurant for fine dining. There is a small menu so you can tell that everything is freshly made. The menu also changes regularly to reflect the seasonality and variety. You always find something. The quality of the food is excellent. A small recommendation is the appetizer platter for two. Here you will find the full range of starters that the restaurant has to offer. The service is attentive, not uptight or over the top. Waiters also allow each other to have a joke and in general you seem to have the feeling that the team works really well together. I would describe the atmosphere as upscale but again not too much. Simply appropriate. The places in the winter garden are particularly beautiful. I also received very positive feedback from my guests and we will definitely be coming back.

Partner had scampi’s genomen. Gerecht was goed. Ook vriendelijke bediening in deze zaak. Als amuse brood, dip v tomaat. Zelf schnitzel genomen met gebakken aardappelen. Beide zeer vettig. Schnitzel mogelijk in frietvet. Aardappeltjes ook vettig. Mogelijk dierlijk vet gebakken.

Personally, I always like the original Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and carrots in cream sauce. The portions are huge. Although the restaurant is more expensive, it is absolutely reasonable for what you get.

The toilets were very clean and well maintained. All in all very recommendable.
