It's disgusting how you are treated here. The service is constantly on the cell phone, if you demand something louder to operate it you will be loudly attacked.

Unfortunately, the boss himself doesn't want to talk to us about the recent events, but sends his unfriendly wife ahead! Avoid the store! Because here you are deprived, treated unfriendly, bullied and discriminated against by the staff! Bouncer sells coke, no entry ban! Drinks, alcohol are forced on you, tips and you don't have any change left to change! Disrespect from the staff! Guests come and go, the usual suspects! The drinks I paid for were thrown away and were full! As in previous comments, we are afraid of the staff bouncers and avoid the Zwick Pöseldorf! We also don't think it's nice to have to drink and be disturbed every few minutes! As well as being pushed and defamed! That you are threatened with a ban from the house!!! No action is taken when reporting, always defending the young, inexperienced staff who drink during working hours and are completely overwhelmed. There was a horrible conversation with the boss's wife, who is neither registered as the owner nor as the managing director, who pretended that her husband wasn't in the mood on it; to talk about it or at all! Understood! The authorities know, the press does too and the drinks that were forced on them but were thrown away (by the way, they were also cheated on the bill) could have been refunded and that happens often, with proof that you are billed twice by the bank! This has also been reported, we feel ripped off! And our dignity was attacked, we should keep our mouths shut, not go into other stores and if we do, we won't be able to get in, what was implemented exactly like that isn't fair to the neighbors (Slides) either, because it's empty there, whatever you want you there etc pp! I was also constantly disturbed and coerced in important conversations, by the waiters and the waitress who were snobby, always in a bad mood, drank on the cell phone, typed privately all the time and insulted you as a rival looked and listened! There is a banquet with staff and guests in the presence of the guests tortured and bullied. It would be cool to reimburse the damage to drinks! An apology! Personal interview, someone mature on site! Bouncers with all professional certificates who come from companies are real bouncers and don't deal, consume women, tease women, push them, insult them and chill with barmen, you pay the staff sometimes for free! Unfortunately we are out of both locations, no clarification, collect signatures, complain and want people to give us the names of the people for the ad, statg to cover these! We are several victims and have several witnesses! Stop discriminating and bullying! Waiters and Bouncer! Ulo finally take care of yourself, don't send your wife ahead! Nobody will be able to avoid the authorities, and we would like to have too much pays was forced spilled was reimbursed by the waiter, which is just 50€

A really disappointing experience. I was ignored three times when I ordered, even though I was there as a guest. However, other guests next door continued to be served. The message was clear: “You are not welcome here as a dark-skinned man.” It is sad and shameful that you still have to experience something like that in a city like Hamburg. Unfortunately, one star is the minimum I can give. Shame on you!

Dear owner of Zwick. I find it terrible that your bar staff are controlled by a computer. Your staff will never cheat you. Be proud that a legend like Hashi works for you.

After being here for 5 minutes, I remember why the smoking ban was introduced in Belgium 17 years ago! The stench while you're inside is unbelievable, is there even any legislation around extraction or ventilation here? And I'm not even talking about the stench in your clothes that you can 'enjoy' afterwards. Good if you really want to smoke in a café, but for this reason I absolutely do not recommend it. I think you can only order at the counter. But when I was here, it was very busy in the first part (where the bar is also) and it was unclear where to order. I was back outside quickly...

Extremely unfriendly staff that deliberately ignores you even though you politely ask for a drink at the bar. I have actually never been “served” so unfriendly anywhere in the world. Not worth a visit.

Went there for the first time tonight. What stands out: The audience is diverse, which is really great. You can easily start a conversation there. Also because unfortunately you have to wait forever for drinks. Yes, the shop is full, but then you should put a little more staff behind the counter, then there will be less frustration among the guests and the waitresses. The shop is really quaint and there is plenty to look at. As others have written, it is extremely crowded late at night and therefore sometimes oppressively narrow. There is smoking, which I find no longer appropriate these days. The toilets are one floor below. It's easy to reach the Zwick with public transport. I can't say anything about the food. Would I come back again? I think so.

The staff were actually nice, except for the female waitress with the long black hair and the piercing in her face! A little less arrogance and more professionalism would be nice! Otherwise, I can highly recommend the food and the ambience! The price-performance ratio is also very good!

I'm an old fart, but anyone who knows the store from the past will notice straight away! - the current presentation is so poor. Bottom line, if you still have memories of the "awesome party cave" from back then, that's completely gone. There's still the sticker wall behind the counter, where cool guests and the DJ/wool immortalized themselves, but that's it!!! Well, unfortunately - there are no great party shops anymore.

This store is an institution. Small, cramped and there is also smoking. A diverse mix of people and a great atmosphere. The Zwick is cult. Zwick, Zwack, practical joke!

It would definitely be a good place if it weren't for that incredibly terrible bartender. Ignores people on purpose, spreads bad moods, mixes bad drinks and is just overall incompetent. I won't come back until he/she (?) is no longer there. Best regards :)

The drinks cost 19.60 euros and I wanted to pay with a credit card. Then the bartender took 20 euros without asking my permission. This bar lost a customer for just 40 cents

The bar is heavily smoky and run by a aggressive girl who doesn't like foreigners. The owner should get his young daughter under control. She made a big drama about nothing, snapped in mine and my friends face and made clear that people are not supposed to speak other languages besides german there.

The food and service were very good, the crowd was very young!

Mandatory visit to Pöseldorf! Music is a matter of taste, but always a good atmosphere. Mixed audience.

Cult pubs are often something different. But this one is really dirty. Floor already sticky at 8 p.m. Men's toilet broken in half of the possibilities. Later completely overcrowded. No access control to avoid overcrowding. Buying drinks is almost impossible. There is some need for optimization here.

Small, tranquil corner bar with a mixed crowd. Great music. Clear recommendation for potential visitors.

Smoke shops are supposed to go bankrupt

Unfortunately a smoking bar. It gets very loud and crowded after 10 p.m., impossible to order drinks then. Very unfriendly people in this bar, you are pushed from all sides and not even let through if you want to leave. It's a shame because the bar otherwise looks cozy and also has good music...

Das Zwick ist eine Rockkneipe in Hamburg-Pöseldorf. Wer auf Rockmusik und eine gemütliche Kneipenatmosphäre steht, ist im Zwick genau richtig. Zu Stoßzeiten kann es allerdings sehr voll werden.

Immer wieder gut für ein bis zwölf Biere mit Freunden ;)

Einfach ein prima Treffpunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Menschen in authentischer Atmosphäre. Man könnte auch sagen: sone Gemütlichkeit in diesem Stadtteil hatten wir nicht erwartet.

Wenn man dann "bummeln" geht, kehrt man hier ein. 😉

21.09.23 dort gewesen: Essen & Ambiente waren gut. Der Service war absolut spitze. Sehr aufmerksam. Alle Essen der Gruppe (12 Personen) gleichzeitig gebracht. Gefragt, wann wir nach dem Salat den Hauptgang möchten. So etwas erlebt man selten in dieser Kategorie Restaurant. Weiter so!

Sehr "spezielle" Kneipe. Raucher willkommen. Danke für einen sehr interessanten Abend.

Ist natürlich Kult, gute Musik,nette Bedienung, Preise sind in Ordnung, einzig Parkplätze sind Mangelware.

Auf jeden Fall komme ich wieder!

super entspannte Atmosphäre mit großem Spaßfaktor

Solid place! The air inside was a bit too bad at times but overall a nice experience.

Endlich eine Raucherkneipe mit guter Musik. Service gut Getränke vernünftig geschenkt. Wer Rockmusik mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

HAMMER, holt die Luftgitarre raus, die an der Wand sind Tabu! ;) Mit den Krawalltanten nen tollen abend verbracht! Raucherkneipe, Rock, wie man es kennt und liebt! Nettes Team, tolle Gesellschaft.

Wer mitten in der Woche rauchend ein Bier trinken will und auf Rock steht.... da ist er richtig! Aber.... Hamburger Preise!

Coole Location und gutes Bier. Das wars leider auch. Unhöfliches Personal, mittelmäßiges Essen und die Musik passt absolut nicht zur Location. „Home of Rock‘n’Roll“ und hier wird HipHop gespielt. Auf den Hinweis dass das Fleisch komisch schmeckt wurde mit „tja das ist unser Fleisch“ geantwortet. Empfehle ich leider ungern weiter. Schade man könnte echt was aus dem Schuppen machen.
