The visit to Ms. Möller was reserved for us as a group for a birthday visit. At first my call was answered very hectically and unfriendly and in the end they simply hung up, even though I was told to wait a moment... Reservation was then made and confirmed online. That day a group showed up and was assigned a small table (there were 5 people).. Although everything was very tight, we enjoyed the food. It was absolutely nothing special, but reasonably tasty for the price/performance ratio. The waitress who was responsible for us always put us under pressure and constantly asked us with a fake face and tone whether we wanted to order something else or whether she could clear it away... it seemed like we were on the run or trying to cash in quickly for other potential customers.. We didn't enjoy the visit and will take this into account in the future. P.S. Unfortunately the schnitzel was still partially raw..

This restaurant was recommended to us as a guest in Hamburg and we were not disappointed. The service was very friendly and arrived quickly, even though it was very busy. I had a schnitzel which was wonderfully thin and crispy. The taste is excellent and plentiful. Can recommend it unreservedly.

It is a very good place with local and typical German food. We ordered some Holsten beers, highly recommended. For lunch we ordered the Schnitzel and Currywurst with potatoes and onion. Both dishes are very good and at a reasonable price. Additionally, the kitchen is open all day, until 3 am. To say something “negative” about the place, you can only pay in cash (cash) and we had to go to withdraw money from a nearby ATM, on the same street, inside a Kiosk. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Very strong recommendation! Large selection of breakfast offerings from Oriental, English or Nordic to a simple croissant. All kinds of delicious coffee or tea - until 3 p.m. Friendly service that is very friendly and humorous despite being busy (sometimes please be patient). Delicious food, good wine and beer selection. And all of this at more than reasonable prices! Absolutely great!

Solid gastro pub, attentive service

We have been in Hamburg for a week now, the breakfast in our hotel is not good and extremely expensive. By chance we were at Ms. Möller's on the first evening, spontaneously got a table, had a delicious meal and then saw the breakfast menu on the menu. We tried it the next morning and were thrilled. The service is great, the food is great and the restaurant has a very special atmosphere. So, I had a great breakfast every day for a week and had a great meal after going to the concert at 10:30 p.m. Thank you for the great week, we will come back next time we visit Hamburg. Another thing worth mentioning is the price-performance ratio, which is more than fair and unbeatable.

It's strange that there is no option to pay with credit beyond that it was excellent I ordered a Viennese schnitzel and it was great

I have lived in Hamburg for decades. Always knew someone who worked for Ms. Müller. Never made it - until today! And it was great. Great service, fried potatoes from God's pan and a schnitzel that could win prizes as Milanese elephant ear in the best ristorante in Lombardy. We were a sometimes demanding "quasi" cis-male group, and the young service crew served us confidently. When we later unraveled our absurdly complicated calculation, it became clear to us that we were dealing with absolute professionals here. Nobody came out with a profit, but the feared chaos did not occur. You don't need to say a word about the premises. They are old, but essential functions are there. Thanks alot! And next time WE will try harder - as guests who appreciate you and will recommend you! <3

Excellent traditional German food. But be careful, they only accept cash, which is absurd to me nowadays. Luckily my friend brought cash, otherwise I would have had to wash dishes.😁

I had schnitzel with potatoes, onions and bacon. It was ok, the schnitzel was slightly dry and lacked flavor. Staff was nice and the food came somewhat quickly.

Have to Queue. Went with expectation seeing the Q. Order the tartare and schnitzel but not impress. Overall average. Only goulash soup and Tiramisu was good. Only accept Cash.

Simple, tasty food. Lots of choice. Large portions for a very good price. Service was fine. It was quite busy when we were there and therefore quite noisy (small disadvantage). Also inconvenient: you can only pay in cash.

It is very worth going to eat there. Although it is a little far from the center and the most tourist area. As excellent with unbeatable treatment. Very good quality/price ratio. They serve typical Hamburg and German dishes at a very good price. For 4 people we ordered Schnitzel, Labskaus and herring, the dishes are very generous.

Without a reservation you may be lucky to get a table. But it didn't take long for us. A good, blonde fairy is responsible for this service. It's a little loud, but that doesn't matter at all The staff rushes around the restaurant. Stress. So, if possible, create an alley. Ambience very nice, staff and service exemplary. It's a shame the location got on the screen too late. Therefore, unfortunately only one visit. The portion was plenty, nothing intended for weight loss. Fresh meat, not pressed meat. Go and have a good time.

A mega restaurant that is cozy and inviting. Classic dishes are offered and at great prices! One of the best schnitzels in the area! Hotspot would also fit well as a description ;)

Really quaint pub/restaurant. Our food (potato casserole and Korean burger) was super tasty and great value for money. I can only recommend it. The next time we visit Hamburg, Ms. Möller will be on our “to do” list again. But something like that.

I was there for breakfast for the first time today, but I've always just enjoyed the home cooking and the beer. Choosing breakfast for two (wasn't there alone). Various rolls, croissants and bread, plus a huge platter of sausage and cheese, jams, honey and Nutella. Plus coffee and fresh orange juice. The selection is really sufficient, enough to feed three people. Quality was very fresh and good. All the employees there are super friendly. So if you want a good and leisurely breakfast, Ms. Möller is in the best hands 👍

A lively place with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed the schnitzel with fried potatoes and mushroom sauce. We visited again a few days later for breakfast at a sunny window table which was excellent.

Guinness Cider Mix was very nice! We would also have great entertainment. In front of us on the other side of the street a woman was urinating and insulting passers-by.

We were there for the first time in December 2023. Now they were there again (April 5, 2025). It will always be a point of contact for us when we are in Hamburg. The staff is always nice and kind, the food is always very tasty and portions are always large for a small price. Whether it's busy or not busy, you'll always be looked after properly.

When I visited Hamburg, I naturally wanted to try the famous Labskaus. After researching on the Internet, I came across Ms. Möller. And I don't regret that. A really cozy, rustic pub, nice, warm service and such delicious food. The combination on the plate looks special at first (if you don't know it) but it was well prepared and tasted excellent. It's definitely worth going here again. In addition, there is an excellent price/performance ratio. Keep it up!!!

I would actually give it 5 stars for food and service. But with this review I would like to point out that I find it impossible that card payment is not possible in this store. There isn't an ATM right around the corner, so you should only go to this store with cash. I think it's a total shame and outdated that in some restaurants in Germany you can only pay in cash. At least Pay-pal as an alternative would be appropriate. I think this is particularly annoying for international people, but I and my friends, who just want to go out to eat spontaneously without having to get a wad of bills from the machine first, also find it extremely unfriendly. Just really annoying.

Yanında gelen salata da patates kızartması da lezzetliydi. Buna ilave 2 küçük bira ve 1 Fanta için toplamda 48 EUR hesap geldi. Türkiye standartlarına göre yüksek ama Avrupa için makul bir fiyat. Hafta içi saat 15'e kadar bazı yiyecekler indirimli. Yalnız kredi kartı geçmiyor (nedense Hamburg'da çok böyle yer var bu arada), yanınızda nakitle gitmeniz lazım.

The first stop in Hamburg is always Frau Möller! Located near the main train station, in the wonderful St. Georg district, Frau Möller has been my first port of call for years. The value for money is, in my opinion, unbeatable. The service is always warm and friendly. It simply feels like "coming home," even though I'm not from the wonderful city of Hamburg. Highly recommended!

Nothing works without a table reservation. The store was full. All the time. And loud. Our group of 8 was lucky enough to get a table in the back corner. Conversation would absolutely not have been possible otherwise. The food was delicious in all respects. Also the drinks. Price-performance ratio ok. However, only cash payment. There is a minus point for this.

Cult. Top location on Steindamm. Good, solid food and lots of fun in the scene district. There aren't many places in Hamburg anymore where the main course + beer stays under 20 euros. Price and performance are right here. Thank you very much!

We were just at Frau Möller's on March 7, 2025. Great food. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Anyone who wants to eat out in Hamburg should try Frau Möller's. The price/performance ratio is really great, plus two large beers. Would go back anytime. We'll be there again tomorrow, March 8. The staff is friendly and polite, but not intrusive. Von einem morgendlichem Labskaus Gelüst getrieben, fand ich dieses kleine Restaurant in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Verzehrt wurde einmal das große Labskaus. (also mit Fisch) Geschmacklich war dieses Gericht wirklich gut! Der Preis war auch absolut in Ordnung. Ich kann diese Lokalität empfehlen.

Our go-to-place for Schnitzel! We always get the Bratkartoffeln for the side and mushroom sauce. The schnitzel is thin and crispy but also tender. If you’re the sensitive to meat smell type of person, this place is for you! It still has faint smell but not at all overwhelming. Squeeze some lemon on top and dip it in the mushroom sauce…. yumminess! The portion is also big so you’ll leave the place fully fed and feeling happy. Services are always good and friendly and the buzzing yet homey atmosphere will make you stay. Definitely will come again!

The lunch menu is highly recommended in terms of price and portion size. The somewhat old-fashioned charm also invites you to linger.
