For us, this is some of the best food in all of Frankfurt. The steaks are fantastic. The schnitzel is incredibly tender. Everything is fresh and truly delicious. The restaurant's decor deserves more than just a second glance. Many lovingly crafted details adorn the dining room.

We visited "Zur Reifenburg" for the very first time today and we are simply overwhelmed. Mato and Zora welcomed us so warmly, as if we had always been part of their little restaurant family. You can immediately feel the love and passion that goes into their cooking and work. Mato and Zora are simply wonderful people. Their warmth, their genuine smiles, their loving manner – all of this touched us so deeply. You immediately notice that they don't just cook here, but that every plate is filled with love. The food was a dream. Fantastic – fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served with a touch of warmth that is rarely found these days. It wasn't just a restaurant visit, but an evening where we felt at home. Thank you, Mato and Zora, for your genuine hospitality, your friendliness, and your warmth. You are truly something special. We will definitely be back.

The Reifenburg plate was spot on. The rump steak was dark pink. The homemade cordon bleu was divine. The roasted potatoes were a beautiful golden yellow. A Bavarian wheat beer to go with it. 1*. Unreserved recommendation. I'd be happy to come back.

Good food! Always fresh and delicious... ...and Mato, the owner and metal artist, provides excellent service. He created some of the decor himself – including the salt and pepper shakers and the lighting.

Eight of us recently dined at the "Zur Reifenburg" restaurant in Frankfurt and were thrilled: The Balkan food was simply excellent – ​​from hearty cevapi to spicy ajvar dips to juicy pljeskavica, every bite was a little feast. The portions are generous and taste as authentic as if they came straight from the Balkans. The service left nothing to be desired: Our server was attentive, friendly, and always had a good tip ready – for a dessert selection. The decor is a real highlight: Artfully arranged cutlery creations sparkle and shine everywhere on the walls and ceilings – an unusual yet stylish eye-catcher that gives the restaurant a charming, individual touch. Since there were eight of us, we made a reservation, as the restaurant is geared more towards smaller groups. It's perfect for couples or families of up to six people – for larger groups, be sure to reserve a table in advance! We will definitely be back and can recommend “Zur Reifenburg” to anyone looking for authentic Balkan flair, excellent service, and a creative atmosphere.

I was in Frankfurt on business and stopped here for a quick meal. The service was first class! The young lady in service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Wir waren nach langer Zeit (wegen Umzug) mal wieder im Restaurant "Zur Reifenburg". Dort konnte man schon früher immer die besten Steaks in der Gegend essen und das bei einer sehr freundlichen Familie! Wir hatten Glück gleich zur Öffnungszeit noch einen Tisch für 4 ohne Reservierung zu bekommen. Alles läuft hier sehr organisiert und freundlich ab. Einfach eine Super Gaststätte in der man gerne einkehrt! Und nicht nur die Steaks sind lecker! Diesmal viel meine persönliche Wahl auf den "Mato Teller" mit extra Wunsch ohne Käse. War kein Problem und mega lecker! Zudem eine Ordentliche Portion (an dem Abend musste ich vor der Menge kapitulieren). Einen frischen Salat fürs gute Gewissen gab es natürlich auch dazu! Einfach Lecker. Vielen Dank für den tollen und leckeren Abend! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ich habe das Restaurant im Oktober 2022 besucht. Gegessen hatte ich Cordon Bleu und Palatschinken. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Belegschaft war sehr nett. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Waren seit Corona Mal wieder zum Essen da. Im Innenbereich wurde etwas renoviert, wodurch das Ambiente nun noch besser geworden ist. Die Qualität des Essens ist wie gewohnt auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zum Abschluss gab es wie immer eine Schnapsspezialität aufs Haus - sehr lecker.

Mato ist eine Institution in Rödelheim. In Laufnähe zu unserer Wohnung gehört die Reifenburg schon zu unserem Stammlokal, wie für viele andere Gäste auch. Liebe Leser, geht bitte nicht zu häufig hin, sonst ist für uns kein Platz mehr da. 😉 Wir hatten schon viele lustige Abende bei Mato, besonders dann, wenn er das Lokal nach 24 Uhr eigentlich schon schließen wollte. Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich und man weiß was man bekommt. Der Beilagensalat, die Rumpsteaks und auch die anderen Gerichte sind wirklich gut (ehrliche Küche). Wir freuen uns schon auf den Sommer, wenn man wieder draußen sitzen kann. Wir wünschen uns, dass Mato mit seiner Familie uns noch lange erhalten bleibt.

Nettes, kleines Lokal mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Die Speisen zeichnen sich durch eine ordentliche Fleischqualität und eine gute Zubereitungsweise aus, die über dem Niveau der durchschnittlichen Balkan-Küche liegt. Auch der Service ist zuvorkommend und lädt auch gerne Mal dazu ein, den ein oder anderen Schnaps mitzutrinken (aufs Haus natürlich). Hervorzuheben ist zudem das frisch gezapfte Schlappe-Seppel Bier vom Fass. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Durch Zufall haben wir dieses Lokal entdeckt. Zu unserem Glück. Das Essen war super, der Wirt total nett. Wir hatten als Beilage statt des üblichen Salates einen Gurkensalat bestellt. Da dies vergesse wurde und wir zum Schluss noch einen bestellt haben wurde er nicht berechnet. 👍. Bratkartoffeln wurden sehr gelobt. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
