Zur Linde in Aachen

My absolute favorite shop in Aachen since day 1 that I lived here :)

UPDATE: The shop now has a different name *DAMAS SNACK* (probably Damascus/Syria) and has changed operators. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0⭐s & this is how I got the result: On 01.05.22 in the evening - I had been waiting for about 10/15 minutes to be served (although there was only 1 customer left to serve in front of me). Then, suddenly a customer who spoke Arabic showed up & was promptly served before me (& the other customers)... It didn't seem to bother them & so we had a fun chat together in our native language - really adorable! After thinking about it for a moment, I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to become a customer here now or ever in the future & left this place - not possible...! P. S. This shop hasn't existed for a long time! In the meantime there have already been 2 new openings! Currently closed again!

Very nice home-style restaurant

Super tasty food! Friendly service. Beautiful view over the tennis court and in a beautiful location in the park. We were there for the second time and it was still just as good. We will definitely come back when we are in Aachen!!
