I would normally order from SIVAN FOOD. It's the same quality even better Kabab, and far cheaper and more quantity. The money you pay in this Resturant compared to what you receive is over exaggerated. However, I ordered from them because SIVAN FOOD is temporarily closed. With the money you pay for authentic syrain meal of Grill for one person in this Resturnant, you will get from Sivian half kilo mixed grill, garlic sauce, and extra bread. The garlic sauce big size in this restaurant costs almost 4 euros or 4.50 euros, in SIVAN FOOD same size costs 1.50 euros. I requested bread and they didn't bother to give it although it must come with the order without asking. It's Sunday and I had to eat it without bread. The delivery was on time. You must have diarrhea and stomach cramps after eating the vegetables, it’s always like that’s why I never eat their vegetables. However, I never had this with Sivian, I believe they wash the vegetables well. Read the other people review. You will notice that it's not only me that I had this problem. I would normally order from SIVAN FOOD. It's the same quality, even better kabab, and much cheaper and more quantity. The money you pay in this resturant is exorbitant compared to what you get. Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne vergeben Sind ins Restaurant und alles war gut hatten Gefragt was wir essen bis dahin war der Preis noch normal paar Minuten später kam er zu uns und sagte das es teuerer geworden ist das was wir wollen von jetzt auf gleich ohne Grund mussten warten und haben uns dann entschlossen zu gehen würde ich keinem empfehlen

Sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal! Der shawarma spieß wird selber gemacht. Der leckerste Kebab in Aachen ist hier zu finden. Man hat eine große Auswahl mit einem Qualitativen Ergebnis!

Das essen kam noch bisschen roh und roch nach fisch. Die Portionen der Beilagen sind wenig für die verhältnismäßig unverschämten Preise. Man findet auch nicht selten kleine Überraschungen im essen mit der Begründung „ja es kann passieren“. NICHT UND GARNICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Das Essen war kalt, der Service war schlecht, das Essen war unvollständig und entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung, und er wusste nicht, was Großzügigkeit beim Essen bedeutet.

Von dem Essen hatten mein Freund und ich extreme Magenschmerzen und er musste sich letztendlich übergeben.

Hier stimmt alles! Preis Leistung ist super! Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Portionen sind groß und machen satt!

Wir bestellen Regelmäßig dort. Die Lieferung ist meistens pünktlich, manchmal sogar etwas früher. Das Essen kommt immer warm an. Es wurde nur einmal vergessen die Knoblauchsauce dazu zu legen, aber da sonst immer alles gestimmt hat, ist das kein Thema. Auf bitte, wird auch immer extra Brot mit geliefert, was vorallem bei den Grillgerichten sehr zu empfehlen ist. Mittlerweile haben wir uns fast komplett durchprobiert und ich bin mit der Authentizität des syrischen Essens sehr sehr zufrieden. Es ist, als würde ich in Syrien selbst was essen. Die Muhammara ist ausbaufähig aber sonst alles sehr lecker. Werden weiter mit Freude dort bestellen und bestimmt auch mal persönlich dort essen gehen.

Meine Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant war unterschiedlich. Ich habe heute gegrilltes Hänchen bestellt, die Bestellung kam erst sehr spät, obwohl ich am Telefon vorbestellt habe. Ich bin ins Restaurant gegangen und habe sehr lange gewartet, bis ich das Essen bekommen habe. Die Portiongröße war leider sehr klein und enthielt überraschend wenige Pommes, obwohl ich darauf hingewiesen habe!!! Gefühlt haben die es mit Absicht gemacht!! Danach habe ich den Restaurantbesitzer angesprochen, gefühlt hatte er sich dafür nicht interessiert und hat angefangen, Witze zu sagen. Die Qualität des Essens schwankt sehr stark. Also bei jedem Besuch ist es anders.

Der absolut größte Müll. Der Besitzer wird wegen seinem Geiz seine gesamte Kundschaft verlieren!

سلام عليكم للاسف انك توصل من طريق سفر تعبان انت وعيلتك على امل تستلم الاكل يلي طالبو على التلفون من اكتر من نصف ساعة ويلي لازم يكون جاهز وخالص للاستلام ويجي يقلك لسا الاكل مابلش فيه بكل برادت قلب فعلا صدمة مع العلم عم يجهز ويضب نفس الطلبية ادامك لغيرك فعلا بكون شيئ كتير مزعج ومستفز ومخجل. من جهتي انا بعتبر حالي من زبائن المحل وللاسف ماعاد فوتوا. هاي تجربتي بعيدا عن الطعام ومع كامل الاحترام لصاحب المحل.

طلبت وجبة بروستد مع علبة كريم توم صغيرة ب12€ بعد انتظار نصف ساعة وصلت من الخارج محروقة ومن الداخل غير مستوية بالإضافة انو نكهة التبلة مختلفة عن السابق وما طيبة

Service was bad, the meat was flat not tasty, ordered Mesabha got Hummus and the reason was that they don't have Mesabha, so they decided for me that both are the same.

Wir bestellten Hühnchen mit Reis. Der Reis wurde vor mehr als zwei Tagen zubereitet und klebte zusammen, das Huhn war halb roh und halb gekocht und es war kalt. Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Als wir darum baten, das Essen zu ändern, waren sie sehr wütend und ich hatte Angst, dass ich von einem von ihnen geschlagen werden würde. Laute Musik und schmutzige Tische Ich will nicht wiederkommen 😢

I ordered the broasted chicken and shish tawuk. Both of the dishes were too bad. The food came after 2 hours waiting time. The broasted chicken was burnt from outside and raw from inside. I immediately got stomach ache after taking few bites because of contaminated chicken. The chicken was totally raw. Please stay away. Ich bestellte das gebratene Hähnchen und Shish Tawuk. Beide Gerichte waren zu schlecht. Das Essen kam nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Das gebratene Hähnchen war von außen verbrannt und von innen roh. Wegen des kontaminierten Hühnchens bekam ich sofort Bauchschmerzen, nachdem ich ein paar Bissen gegessen hatte. Das Hähnchen war völlig roh. Bitte bleiben Sie weg.

Heerlijk Arabisch/Syrisch eten. Alles is goed bereid en erg vriendelijk personeel. Als wij in Aachen zijn, dan komen wij altijd hier eten. Zoooo lekker en betaalbaar!

رغم اني اتيت للمطعم اكثر من مرة لكن المرة هذه خدمه سيئة جدا الطعام كثير مالح و لما تكلمنا مع اكثر من شخص و لا كاننا موجودين قمت دفعت الحساب و غادرت تجربة اكثر من فاشلة

طعامهم لذيذ انصح بتجربة الدجاج على السيخ فهو لذيذ جدا + الرز، سوف تطلبه دائما

War mein Lieblings Ort zum Essen Das letzte Mal war das Essen aber nicht gut zubereitet.

Die vegane und vegetarische Gerichte (also quasi warme und kalte Vorspeisen) waren sowas von köstlich! Kommen gerne wieder! Die Bedienung ist auch sehr freundlich!

الأجواء لطيفة ، الخدمة ممتازة ، يوجد موقف سيارات مجاني أمام المطعم لكنه مزدحم بشكل دائم ، يوجد موقف سيارات كبير مأجور على بعد حوالي ٥٠ متر على جهة يمين المطعم.

Falafel Sandwich und crispy chicken Menü. Was soll ich dazu sagen? ich glaube die Bilder sagen alles echt ekelhaft ich bin selber araberin aber sowas unterstütze ich NULL !!!! Ich weiß nicht was mehr haram ( Sünde ) ist das ich das Essen wegwerfen muss oder das ich für sowas Geld ausgegeben habe echt ! Dann habe ich auch noch die Mitarbeiter darauf angewiesen mir wurde es eingepackt und das war’s also ich werde nieee mehr hin gehen eckelhaft sowas !

Sehr freundlich und tolle Ambiente. Wir waren mit unserem Kind da und es war sehr angenehm. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und eindeutig alles frisch gekocht und vorbereitet. Sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Essen wäre bestimmt richtig lecker gewesen, wenn es nicht nach fast einer Stunde eiskalt geliefert worden wäre! Das ist doch ausbaufähig?!
