There were six adults and two children. Eight different dishes were served very well, and every dish tasted excellent. The restaurant was very busy, and the service was excellent. Thank you very much - we'll be back 😊

Ich hatte gestern das Vergnügen , im Restaurant „Zur Krone Split“ zu essen , und insgesamt war es eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Atmosphäre war gemütlich, es hatte einen traditionellen Charme, der gut zu einem entspannten Abendessen passte. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen, das einfach unglaublich lecker war – alles war frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl für ein entspanntes Abendessen, und ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

The food was delicious – the meat dishes in particular are to die for. Everything fresh and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, just the right place for a relaxing evening. The service was friendly and attentive, you just feel comfortable. If you like Croatian cuisine or want to try it, you should definitely stop by here. Clear recommendation!

Excellent food and great service! The food was incredibly tasty and we were completely impressed. For the first time in Germany I ate a really good steak - perfectly prepared, with very fresh meat of excellent quality. The vegetables were also particularly fresh and tasty, simply extra good! The staff were very friendly and had a great sense of humor which made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, so we felt completely comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Sehr lecker. Uns wurde Calamaris empfohlen (nicht die Ringe), die Gemüse Beilage, der Salat alles sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Leider ist das Ambiente nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit, aber das wird schon kommen. Zum Hintergrund, wir sind Vielreisende und haben schon Top Restaurants in vielen Ländern besucht.

Our seats were in a cold, drafty passageway between the restaurant and the hall. Complaints about this were unsuccessful. In my dish, the meat skewer and the cevapcici were cold We would have liked to stay in the restaurant for a while and spend the New Year there. Unfortunately that wasn't possible in this cold weather.

Das Essen war absolut lecker – von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert, alles perfekt zubereitet und von höchster Qualität. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Vielfalt der Gerichte, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert wurden. Aber nicht nur das Essen war ein Highlight: Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Atmosphäre war festlich und einladend, was die Feier noch besonderer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen werden. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team der Krone Split – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The food is very tasty and the price compared to the quality is essentially good. The service there has a good overview of everyone and always tries to take care of everyone at the same time. They do everything very well and put in a lot of effort every day. Cleanliness is a big word there and they pay a lot of attention to it and always have good basic hygiene. The boss/cook is very nice, the food he prepares is very tasty, you can have a nice chat with him as well as work well, his friendliness is clearly visible.

I was in Germany on business, and after every good job I go to a restaurant with my employees to eat and drink well. I came across Zur Krone Split. We were greeted by very friendly and pleasant staff, as well as the ambiance of the restaurant. recommends house specialties, and all our dishes are homemade, Zlahtina wine, the wine of my region, we felt like we were at home. The renowned chef and also the owner of the restaurant visited us, asked if we are satisfied, did we need anything and he treated us to homemade strudel and homemade liquorice. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of the restaurant and the owner that we ate, drank and enjoyed well and at very reasonable prices. We will visit them again. Good luck and keep it up.

The Zur Krone Split restaurant in Taunusstein Wehen is very well known in Taunusstein and, for me, is one of the best restaurants in the area. We were able to get to know the current owner Nicola and his team as extremely hospitable and highly professional! The food there is simply a pleasure! For this reason, we decided to celebrate our wedding there in the summer and to leave both the food and the decoration of the hall completely in his hands. Here too, with a wedding party of over 60 people, he more than exceeded our expectations. He also called in additional service staff, who worked extremely committed and politely. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our wedding buffet and we received nothing but positive feedback from our guests. The hall was decorated down to the smallest detail and prepared exactly according to our ideas. Since it was a very hot day on our wedding, the beer garden was quickly prepared so that we could enjoy the champagne reception outdoors. No matter what celebration or occasion, we can warmly recommend Krone Split. For us, Nicola and his team made our day even more beautiful than it already was! Thanks again for everything!

Everything just fits here :-). Excellent hospitality, super delicious food - a little different every time. Tip: Listen to the daily recommendation - whether goulash or fish, everything is very good.

We stopped by here by chance and were surprised by the restaurant Split, Chef Nikola Eterović and waiter Roko. They recommended us tartar steak for finger-licking appetizer, manistra with homemade truffles and homemade Brač cheese, main course for Torcida Radunica Split meat and fish platter, steak, rump steak, veal and lamb cutlets, sea bream, sea bass shrimp, we were accompanied through the food by Brački Pošip Stina top quality wine. Master chef par exelans...At the end we sang There were mountain tops, it was the shirt of Hajdučko's son. We were treated to homemade brandies with carob medica and plum... with chocolate mousse and Dalmatian rozad... We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the Restaurant zur Krone Split. The buffet was very tasty, good selection, plentiful and reasonably priced. It was no problem to bring the cake for later and “just” get the coffee from the restaurant. The service was very nice but could be a little more attentive. The table decoration was very nicely done. It was a bit too dark outside the hall, so the ambience was deducted. Recommended for a celebration and also worth a visit.

Today we had a baptism. Lunch was delicious, service was good. We'll be back!!

During my recent visit to Zur Krone Split, I had the pleasure of enjoying a unique culinary experience thanks to the talent of chef Nikola Eterovic. The restaurant offers not only a welcoming and rustic atmosphere, but also a menu that perfectly combines Mediterranean and European flavors, with particular attention to Croatian cuisine. Kitchen: The menu started with a delicious tuna tartare starter that was both fresh and delicately seasoned. A special mention deserves the divine bouillabaisse, which was rich, aromatic and expertly prepared. This classic Mediterranean fish soup brought an unparalleled depth of flavor and made for a true highlight of the evening. This course immediately set high expectations for the rest of the evening. Chef Nikola Eterovic then served stuffed squid with a beef tartare reduced in a high quality Croatian wine – a daring but perfectly executed combination. The main course, a beef bourguignon with Roman gnocchi, was a true masterpiece. The meat was tender and melt-in-your-mouth, and the gnocchi was cooked perfectly. The Croatian influences in these classic dishes resulted in a unique and unforgettable result. Finally there was a caramel cream Dalmatska Rozata, a Croatian specialty, which rounded off the meal with a gentle and aromatic note. On my way, I stopped by this restaurant for a short while, with a drink, I got a top-quality dish and very nice service, besides everything, the owner asked me if everything was okay and offered me a homemade aperitif. I accidentally came across a beer, the host was very kind, he offered all local products, even though we weren't hungry we took local brandy, the owner is very polite and the staff is very pleasant. Whatever you take, you will be very satisfied😀

The food is great, there's nothing wrong with it :) The price is also really good. The ambience is rustic and rustic, although the hall (for large celebrations) has a more modern appearance. When the weather is good, you can also eat outside in the quiet courtyard. Overall, a restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired and where we like to go again and again.

Had my brother-in-law's wedding reception there and was completely satisfied. The service and friendliness were outstanding. The quality and taste of the food is simply authentic and overwhelming. The portions were simply huge. The chef, who is also the owner of the restaurant, even showed us the kitchen and explained to us how the dishes are prepared. The kitchen was very clean and the employees attach great importance to hygiene and compliance with dietary laws. There are two different grills for pork and the other types. The toilets are stocked with good toilet paper and antiseptic soap. Thank you for the hospitality. Gladly again.

Good Croatian restaurant, the food was tasty. Prices average/normal. I wouldn't recommend ordering daily recommendations that aren't listed on the menu without asking about the price. At the end of the evening we went home with an unspectacular cabbage roulade for €27 and a small piece of cake for €11.90 (cheaper at Café Florian, St. Mark's Square, Venice). This turns what should have been a nice visit to a restaurant into a nuisance. Better to ask beforehand.

Particularly noteworthy was the in-depth and friendly advice from the owner in the run-up to the celebration. Our own wishes regarding the decoration, the process and the very good and rich buffet were comprehensively taken into account and implemented. It was also very nice that we were able to use the beer garden when the weather was great. The always friendly and attentive service to guests by the restaurant's service team was also excellent. We often eat at the Krone and are always very satisfied!!! The food is very tasty, well prepared and the price-performance ratio is great. The waiters, like the boss, are super nice, accommodating and polite. In May we celebrated our daughter's baptism here with around 80 guests and were totally thrilled and satisfied (like all of our guests). There was nothing to complain about. The Balkan platter was well filled and the fries in the basket were tasty. The chop tasted good and so did the beef, although it cooled down quickly. The pork tends to be tasteless and lukewarm or colder. The water ran out of the rice, even though it was hot for the longest time?? The Pils had lost its flower after a minute, as it arrived almost 1.5 minutes after ordering. There is room for improvement here
