Zur Goldgrube in Koblenz

Because of the outside impression, I've been hesitant in the 3 years I've been living in the Goldgrube, but we wanted to give the restaurant a chance because of the promising reviews and good pictures and we didn't promise too much. We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by the two operators and were allowed to choose a table. The atmosphere is more like a bar, i.e. simple and a bit old, but cozy. The radio is playing in the background, but very quietly and not at all disturbing. We ordered the onion soup as a starter, which was very, very tasty and even though I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility that some bouillon cubes were added, it was definitely freshly cooked. For the main course we had the grill plate which was also very, very good. The cevapcici were homemade, the meat was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy and there was also a bowl with a delicious tomato and onion sauce for dipping and a portion of Djuvec rice, as well as a rich side salad. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is very good. As far as we understand, card payment is possible, but like many small restaurants, it is rather unpopular. We were really surprised at how well the food is cooked here and I can only recommend everyone to give the restaurant a chance. We'll definitely be back!

We have been to this restaurant several times. The innkeepers are very friendly and happy to accommodate special requests. The prices are absolutely fair, and all the food we have eaten there so far is very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Very good food at reasonable prices. Had the grill plate and the house plate. Both excellent and with a lot of meat. Why don't other economies come close to achieving this? Service was really nice and confident. The restaurant was full to capacity. At the end there was a nightcap on the house. People like to work in an economy like this. Thumbs up.

Very friendly and accommodating owners. The food was very good and filling; The prices for food and drinks were cheap without compromising the quality in any way. Given the temperatures, my elderly mother, who is severely disabled and relies on a walker, and I were able to stay outside in the beer garden. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the restaurant, so from a subjective point of view, we unfortunately deducted one star. With this caveat, I can highly recommend the restaurant to anyone else who is interested.

Very good restaurant that, even after the change of ownership, always offers the great food and friendly service as it has all the years before. The food is delicious and inexpensive. I have known this restaurant for 49 years and I always enjoy going there. Cheers to the new owners!

I can unreservedly recommend the restaurant “Zur Goldgrube”. The hosts are pleasantly friendly, the food is freshly and deliciously prepared and the price of the restaurant is almost “too cheap” for today’s times. A large Jägerschnitzel with fries and salad costs 14.90 euros, for example. We always enjoy going there!

Super delicious and varied, everything fresh and lovingly prepared. The staff is super nice, we never had long waiting times, the prices are very fair, and the beer garden is great in summer and autumn. Gladly again and again 😊

We ate here with friends for the first time. In short, you get exactly what you expect here! Very clear and charming, like before. Meat plate that couldn't be more juicy and tender, simply good! If you feel like good home cooking, Balkan style...then on the other hand! Prices are right too! Friendly and quick service.

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Rustikales, aber gemütliches Restaurant. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Die Gerichte wurden warm und schnell serviert und waren sehr lecker. Alles lief Reibungslos und ohne Hektik ab. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Tolles Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis Auf jeden Fall: EMPFEHLENSWERT !! ... wir kommen wieder...

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, kleines aber nettes Restaurant, mit MEGAleckerem Essen. Obwohl ich kein Steakfan bin, war das gefüllte Steak sehr gut... ich würde dort immer vorab reservieren und jederzeit wieder dort essen

Das Restaurant wird sehr gerne von älteren Leuten aus der Gegend besucht. Das Essen ist gut und der Preis angemessen. Mit dem "klassischen" Beilagensalat kann man nicht punkten. Man kann gut draussen sitzen, aber für viele sind die Tische zu hoch oder die Stühle zu niedrig.

Wir haben im Biergarten gesessen und es war sehr gemütlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen super lecker. Wir würden wieder hingehen.

Wunderbare,sehr leckere Hausmannskost, gemischt mit jugoslawischen Spezialitäten. Der Innenhof ist bei schönem Wetter sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Wir, das Team vom Bücherbus genießen dort im Sommer gerne unsere Mittagspause.

Gemütlicher Biergarten, sehr freundlicher Service und sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Vorab gab es noch eine leckere Suppe als Überraschung. Vermisst haben wir nur vegetarische oder vegane Gerichte, da gibt es leider gar nichts
