Zur Alten Flöte in Hamburg

(Última visita el 6 de diciembre de 2023 . ) Pasando el rato en Hamburgo, Alemania por negocios y regresé aquí en enero con mi esposa junto con su madre. Realmente disfrutamos así que cuando volví 11 meses después prometí venir a explorar más de su menú! Por eso he vuelto... Atmósfera/Aspecto: El exterior es bastante tranquilo, ya que se mezcla con el paisaje a su alrededor, pero en el interior es muy brillante, amarillo, anticuado y ese es el punto de este restaurante de base portuguesa. Se sentía más como una casa / apartamento que se había convertido en un restaurante, pero todavía funcionaba bien. Era acogedor y no demasiado ruidoso por dentro. Servicio: Raúl es el hijo del dueño y él estaba dirigiendo cosas que las dos noches que cenamos aquí. Él me cuidó excelentemente y se aseguró de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba. Alimentos: Así que este es un restaurante estilo tapas que es mi estilo favorito de comer. Te permite probar y probar muchas cosas diferentes en lugar de tener que decidirte por una sola comida grande. Salió el pan de cortesía y lo ataqué. La mantequilla era tan suave, cremosa, ajosa y deliciosa. Estaba maldito - casi perfecto y tenía un toque de cebollino en él. Tu aliento será tras él, pero es lo que es. Lol. Empezamos con las empanadas de camarón, que eran crujientes, cremosas, sabrosas y simplemente deliciosas. ¡A continuación probé sus alas! Están un poco en el lado más pequeño, pero eran de sabor loco! Se sirven en una salsa de ajo en un plato de barro. Eran crujientes, sabrosos, jugosos, calientes y realmente me impresionaron. Era difícil encontrar buenas alas en Hamburgo, pero este lugar las clavó. Lo siguiente fue la bisquería de cangrejo que era tan barata que pensé que era una estafa. Lol. El cangrejo suele ser bastante caro, pero de todos modos me decanté por él, especialmente en comparación con la bisque de langosta. Era decentemente cremoso, tenía un montón de trozos de cangrejo en él, era la temperatura caliente y había TANTOS sabores brotando en este plato. Era un gran fan. El siguiente fue la codorniz. Soy un gran fan de la codorniz, que es bastante aleatorio en sí mismo. Lol. Este fue un plato visualmente atractivo también, pero se sirve con algunas verduras al vapor y se sirve con la misma salsa de ajo que las alitas. Naturalmente, me encantó este plato y la codorniz era mucho más tierna de lo que eran las alas. También pude probar una especie de helado en mi primera visita que en realidad se sirve en una concha de vieira y parecía una vieira, pero era dulce, decadente y solo una gran manera de cambiar a sabores dulces de lo salado y salado. Por último, pero no menos importante, pude probar su tiramisú portugués! Otro plato hermoso que consiste en crema dulce, cacao en polvo espolvoreado en la parte superior y era tan increíble. Las texturas lo eran todo. Denso, pero cremoso, sabroso y otra gran manera de concluir la cena. Valor: Muy buena relación calidad-precio aquí. Nada rompe el banco, ni siquiera las botellas de vino y todo es de precio como, la persona de clase media promedio para poder pasar un buen rato aquí explorando el menú. En conclusión, me divertí mucho aquí y puedes ver por qué llegué a este lugar dos veces en 2 años cuando vivo a miles de kilómetros de distancia. Lol. ¡Ven aquí a experimentar lo que hice y dile a Raúl que The Hungry Road te envió!

Für gute port. Küche muß man nicht ins Portugiesenviertel gehen. Eine tolle port. Küche findet man am Hauptbahnhof. Der Name vom Restaurant klingt überhaupt nicht portugiesisch. Dafür ist die Küche erstklassig. Das Carne de Porco à Alentejana hat uns total überzeugt. So gut haben wir es in Hamburg noch nirgends bekommen. Die Cataplana und das Rinderfilet mit Pfeffersoße schmeckten ebenso gut. Alles auf den Punkt und sensationell abgeschmeckt. Das Lokal ist klein und gemütlich. Die port. Familie hat und verwöhnt. Wir freuen uns, diese Location gefunden zu haben und können sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Bei unserem jetzigen Hamburg Wochenende waren wir, mit vorheriger Reservierung, zwei mal in der alten Flöte. Wir kannten das Restaurant schon seit einiger Zeit. Wir wurden wieder sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und bestens versorgt. Die Einrichtung ist recht rustikal was aber für uns passt. Das Essen und das ganze drumherum ist einfach klasse. Es gibt Gerichte, die man so sicher nicht an jeder Ecke bekommt. Heute haben wir auch einige Gäste erlebt, die mit dem Personal portugiesisch gesprochen haben. Das spricht sicher für das Restaurant wenn die "einheimischen" es auch besuchen. Wir waren vom Essen wieder einmal absolut begeistert. Einfach toll, was die Küche hier abliefert. Auch von den Nachbartischen kam nur positive Resonanz. Ich habe heute gesagt wenn wir wieder einmal Hamburg besuchen, dann reserviere ich vorher einen Tisch in der alten Flöte. Achja: Das Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis ist ebenfalls brillant. Insbesondere dann , wenn man sieht wie man hier an den Touri Spots mittlerweile abgezockt wird. Woanders zahlt man für ein einfaches Schnitzel mehr als hier für ein gutes Rumpsteak. Der nette Service tut ein übriges dazu. Fazit: 12 von 10 Punkten für die alte Flöte und sein super Personal. Danke für zwei perfekte Abende.

Wir (2 Erw. + 1 Kind 11 Jahre) haben das Lokal zufällig entdeckt auf dem Weg zu unserem Hotel. Wie wir festgestellt haben, serviert man dort typisch portugiesische Gericht und Getränke. Wir hatten Glück und konnten noch einen Tisch ergattern, da wir sehr früh dran waren. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall eine Reservierung. Das Essen (verschiedene Tapas: Datteln im Speckmantel, gegrillte Peperoni, Manchego Käse, panierte kleine Sardellen (Boquerones), usw.) waren wirklich alle super lecker. Davor ein Glas Portwein und zum Essen einen guten Rose hat das ganze noch abgerundet. Die Preis sind ebenfalls sehr anständig und die Portionen gut. Der Service war super nett und aufmerksam. Wirklich ein tolles Restaurant und wir waren sehr froh, dass wir es gefunden haben.

Great food and very good value for money! We particularly liked the grilled fish platter. Salmon, zander, cod, shrimp and sardines, so plenty of variety in good quality and at a very fair price. Gladly again.

Havde forventninger ud fra tidligere anmeldelser, men blev skuffet. Maden manglede karakter og vi kunne på ingen måde mærke/smage Portugal. Desuden var vi omringet af svirrende banan fluer under middagen. Betjeningen var venlig og drikkevarerne standard ift. hvad vi bestilte.

It was our first time at a Portuguese restaurant and the service was fantastic! Our server was so kind and joyful. The food came quickly and it was lovely and warm. I highly recommend the turkey tapas dish and the desserts. The street was quiet and breezy.

Absolutely cozy little Portuguese restaurant. We ate a number of delicious tapas and had the house wine by the glass. Nice service, friendly advice, the only thing that doesn't fit is the name (which is not meant in a bad way). We were there for two evenings, highly recommended.

I had a spinach soup with bread and garlic dip as a starter, then a portion of spaghetti with shrimp which tasted fantastic. I then talked to two ladies at the table next door, who then confirmed the great quality of the food because they eat there often. All I can say is that it wasn't the last time I was there. See you next time. Promised.

Very good food and very friendly service. We were there without a reservation and after a short wait we were seated at a table and told that we would have to move again in a few minutes. In the end we were allowed to stay seated because another solution had been found. Questions about the dishes and their preparation could be answered directly by the service staff.

Best Portuguese lunch. Of course, the evening menu leaves nothing to be desired.

Wir fanden dieses Lokal eher zufällig bei einer Stadtbesichtigung. Etwas abgelegen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Essen war fantastisch. Besonders die Fischgerichte sind durch die Bank zu empfehlen. Man hat das Gefühl, hier kocht die avó selber. Wir waren während unseres Hamburg-Aufenthalts gleich mehrfach hier.

Stayed in a nearby hotel for one night and had an appetite for Portuguese cuisine in the evening. We chose the restaurant because it had many positive reviews. We can only confirm this. A great meal, cozy little restaurant and the service is first class. The prices are absolutely fine. We are certain that when we are in Hamburg again we cannot miss a visit to this restaurant.

Kedelig mad , ikke til at sammenligne med ægte portugisiske retter. Forret platte var kedelig og råvarerne var ikke gode. Eneste plus var de stegte sardiner. Hovedret Cataplana med en fisk der må have kogt tre gange for længe i gryden. Uambitiøst og skuffende.

We were there during the week and it was busy, but we didn't have to make a reservation in advance. Fast and good service. I recommend the crab soup first. If I was less hungry, I simply ordered scampi in garlic sauce and fries, as well as pork skewers. We also recommend the rump steak with fried egg. We'd love to come back.

We ended up there by chance the first time and since then we've been there two more times, even though we don't live in HH. The food is great! The products taste incredibly fresh and I believe that no matter what you choose, it tastes good! There is also something for vegetarians. The location and super friendly service round off the visit! SECRET TIP!!! Everything I expect from a restaurant really fits here. Our group of 6 was full of praise for the tapas and main courses. The selection of excellent food has been further expanded on a slate board. Ultimately, I can describe the prices as moderate for the quality delivered and the Hamburg location. Unfortunately, I'm not a Hamburg boy, otherwise the restaurant would be a candidate for a "regular restaurant" for me. (1 * deduction for the ambience, as the furniture is a bit rustic and outdated)

Excellent Portuguese restaurant located in an an old building from 1661. Close to Hamburg Central train station. We had the tapas and all were very tasty. Good wine selection and a friendly staff. Place very popular with locals, but you never feel out of place as a tourist.

A cute little restaurant with Portuguese cuisine. The food is fresh and deliciously prepared: kudos to the chef. The two brothers serve their guests attentively, unobtrusively and calmly. It would be an insider tip if there weren't so many regulars there. Quality at fair prices prevails. It's a pity that we can't transport the restaurant to our place of residence.

After a walk through the historic district, feeling slightly hungry, we stopped into this small cellar restaurant and enjoyed excellent, friendly service. The food was great and the prices were absolutely ok. Unexpectedly, there was salad and soup as starters. Really a little insider tip for visitors to Hamburg. The atmosphere is rustic and old-fashioned but you come for the food and not the view. We'd love to come back on our next trip.

Wir haben bei unserem letzten Hamburg Wochenende 2020 schon zwei mal in der Alten Flöte gegessen und wir waren da schon begeistert. Also neuer Versuch. Natürlich hatten wir weit vorher reserviert und das war gut und richtig so. Denn einfach auf einen Tisch hoffen klappt in der Regel nicht. Kurzfassung: Es war wieder richtig, richtig gut. Länger: Freundliche Begrüßung und zügiger erster Service am reservierten Platz. Getränke und ein Brotkorb mit sehr leckerer Kräuterbutter vom Haus waren schnell am Tisch. Wir haben beide von den auf einer Schiefertafel stehenden Gerichten bestellt. Dorade und Rinderfilet in grüner Pfeffersauce. Die Gerichte waren wirklich super. Das Rinderfilet super zart mit einer sehr leckeren Pfeffersauce. Meine Frau war von der Dorade ebenfalls sehr angetan. Wir sind dann noch etwas geblieben und es folgte noch ein Espresso, ein Kekskuchen und noch diverse Getränke. Es war wirklich ein toller Abend. Die Mischung macht dieses Restaurant so besonders. Sehr gutes und kreatives Essen, ein tolles Team, immer locker und sehr freundlich und das alles zu wirklich moderaten Preisen. Ich gebe euch volle Punktzahl und danke für den tollen Abend. Es war ein Genuss in der Alten Flöte.

When you hear the name you probably don't think of a Portuguese, but we had really good food in this restaurant. The waiter came to us with the cards and also presented us with the current daily offerings on a large board. We were then quickly brought bread and a delicious butter with fresh garlic and herbs, followed by a small salad. The main courses were excellent. The meat was perfectly fried, with delicious sauces, fried potatoes and some vegetables. At the end we had coffee from the portafilter machine. The employees seemed like a warm family to us and there were several regular guests in the restaurant. It was definitely not my last time here. Thank you for the great food.

Genial gut. Wir wurden schon sehr nett empfangen und haben einen Tisch für 2 bekommen, obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten. Die Speisekarte ist klein und übersichtlich, was ich persönlich ganz toll finde. Wir haben das Schweinefleisch portugiesische Art und die Muscheln gewählt. Zum Fleischgericht gab es einen Salat und als Vorspeise leckeres Brot mit Knoblauchbutter. Die Gerichte hatten eine tolle Größe und waren überraschend preiswert. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr schnell und freundlich. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Der Name täuscht. Hier handelt es sich nicht um ein deutsches Restaurant sondern um ein portugiesisches. Es kommt sehr unscheinbar daher. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und nicht mehr ganz neu. Aber das Essen „ein Genuss“. Und die Karte, so wie man sie nicht erwartet. Nicht nur Fisch und Meeresfrüchte sondern auch Wildschwein, Fasan … Das alles zu einem günstigen Preis. Von Montags bis Freitags gibt es einen Mittagstisch. Auch der ist zu empfehlen und sicherlich besser als ein überteuerter Imbiss. Man sitzt zwischen Stammgästen und Touristen und wird sehr aufmerksam bewirtet. Das Restaurant ist bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Besuch ein Muss.

Authentische, sehr schmackhafte und vor allem frische Küche. Die Cataplana ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Brot ist auch lecker, vor allem um am Ende die übriggebliebene Soße wegzuschlabbern 😋. Der Service ist sympathisch und aufmerksam. Wenn Portugiesisch in Hamburg, dann hier!

Ein tolles kleines Restaurant mit erstaunlich moderaten Preisen und sehr guten, frischen Speisen. Reservieren sollte man vorher zur Sicherheit, das immer sehr gut besucht.

Eigentlich eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants ! Freundlich ,lecker und gemütlich ! Wir gehen regelmäßig in die Flöte und es ist eines der besten Restaurants! Am tollsten sind die Soßen ,mega lecker ! Reservieren lohnt sich. Sehr gut ist das Lamm und das Wildschwein.
