Zum Weißbräu in Deggendorf

Wir waren gestern im Weißbräu Deggendorf und waren absolut begeistert! Die Schweinshaxe war einfach sensationell – außen herrlich knusprig, innen wunderbar zart und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. So eine gute Haxe bekommt man nicht alle Tage. Auch der Wirt verdient ein großes Lob: super freundlich, aufmerksam und mit einer herzlichen Art, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Genau so stellt man sich bayerische Gastfreundschaft vor. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Weißbräu Deggendorf uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gutes, traditionsreiches Lokal! Die Speisen sind gut, der Service überragend. Leider schaut man im Biergarten auf einen großen Parkplatz. Ansonsten aber eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Essen war super, tolle Bedinung, Ambiente typisch niederbayerisch. Der Eingang ist nicht einladend und lässt anderes erwarten. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr gemütlicher windgeschützter Biergarten, freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen, große Portionen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Geheimtipp ist der Zwiebelrostbraten.

Die Portion der Pfannkuchensuppe war ein Witz. Die Schüssel war so flach, dass sie eher wie ein Teller aussah - Ich hab kurz überlegt ob ich die Suppe mit Messer und Gabel essen soll.

Urig beschreibt es sehr gut. Aber bitte bei den Preisen nicht noch teurer werden.

Tolles urbayerisches Wirthaus, mit superschönem Biergarten im Sommer! Die bayerischen Spezialitäten sind super lecker und authentisch – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders das Weißbier ist hervorragend und passt perfekt zum Essen. Der Service ist aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und schnell, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein großes Plus sind auch die sympathischen Wirtsleute, die dem Lokal eine persönliche und herzliche Note geben. Wir sind Stammgäste. 🥨🍺

Super Stimmung, nettes Personal und fantastische lokale Küche...

Typisch bayerisches Wirtshaus mit leckerem Essen und hervorragendem Weißbier. Der Gastraum könnte mal wine Renovierung vertragen, das Ambiente ist eher rustikal und der Geräuschpegel extrem hoch. Aber das Weizenbier und das Essen (Weissbräuschnitzel), noch dazu zu einem sehr günstigen Preis, lassen all das vergessen. Dazu eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Abendessen.

A simple, cozy beer garden in the heart of Deggendorf. A quiet spot in town with delicious food and drink.

Rustic describes it quite well. The food (lumberjack steak) was excellent, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The noise level in the inn does get a bit louder when it gets crowded, but that doesn't bother me personally. We're lucky to still have inns like this that are still suitable as meeting places for regulars. I'd love to come back!

There's still a real pub feel here. It's run entirely by women. The dishes are always top-notch. A clear recommendation: the Lüngerl! Update since the change of ownership: The flair has been lost. Unfortunately, it's now interchangeable with any pub.

A genuine Bavarian restaurant in the heart of Deggendorf with a lovely beer garden, excellent food at reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I always enjoy coming here.

There's no Helles beer. I find it a bit odd, but it must be for a reason (tradition). I had aspic with fried potatoes and a wheat beer. The aspic was definitely too sour, but the beer was good. Even if you're in a traditional pub where the service tends to be a bit crisp, a "please," "thank you," and "I enjoyed it" is the least you can expect. Unfortunately, none of that came.

The weissbräu is an institution in Deggendorf. In summer, people meet in the beer garden with aspic, white sausages, freshly tapped white beer or one of the other house specialties, or in the rustic local restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired.

Deggendorf is dying. No hot food at 4:30 p.m. on Father's Day. Simply weak. Deggendorf's last beer garden is drying up. Simply sad.

The food was good, but when I wanted to pay with my card, the card machine automatically charged a different amount: a 10% tip. I told the waitress that the amount was wrong, and she said it included a tip. I then said I definitely didn't want to pay, and she had to change it. If I tip, it's because I do it voluntarily, but I don't like it being automatically included like that. I find it pretty cheeky!!! I normally give more, but definitely not like this! They won't see us again!

Quaint and historic Bavarian restaurant in Deggendorf. Located on a side street about 100m away from the center or the main shopping street. Very friendly service, came half an hour before the kitchen closed and it was no problem at all. Delicious wheat beer and a roast pork with two different types of meat and dumplings. What do you want, what do you expect? Exactly that. Fantastic.

This restaurant must never be fundamentally changed or renewed! In my opinion, any change would cost customers. The atmosphere is like 1900 and that's a good thing. The food is very good and the waitresses are always nice. 👍

You can’t order dessert after 9 p.m. – okay. Is there still something sweet? - No. But there are entire boxes of black caramel pastries. Can I buy a few pieces? – No, just one. Why? I can still pay. – That’s the rule, talk to the boss. Thanks, but I won't come back with this kind of service. All the best, but no recommendation.

If you're in Deggendorf, go to Weißbräu. This is a pure experience We recommend the surbraten and the schnitzel. Beer garden a dream.

The food is quite tasty without a lot of frills. Classic cuisine. The beer garden also invites you to socialize. The interior is very rustic. Some people may like this and certainly exude a certain charm, but for me personally it seems too “oppressive”. There is a star deduction for the service and the price-performance ratio, which doesn't quite fit here. The staff is friendly, but reacts very slowly to signals or sometimes ignores them, for example when re-ordering drinks or the like. This needs to be improved. 3 out of 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟

Weißbräu as we know it since 30+ years. Tasty German food, efficient service, just never enough space but lately a better parking situation right at the back.
