Unfortunately, it describes mixed feelings quite well. First of all: The service is nice and courteous. Unfortunately the service staff doesn't listen! I'll get to why later. The first small mistake came when the menus were handed out. Unfortunately, unlike everyone else, I didn't have one. Since these were handed out to people individually, this should have been noticed immediately. So share the card and you're good. Then to the food: Unfortunately, the beef broth with marrow quenching is made entirely from finished products. Only a few vegetable strips are freshly shot in there. The broth didn't have an eye of fat and was unfortunately made from powder. Then 2 tiny marrow dumplings from the package, which tasted good, but overall I think it's an absolute disgrace for a price of €7! Then onto the main course. A salad was specifically ordered without carrots. Unfortunately this one came with carrots. The meat was far too dry for almost all of them, but it was edible. Unfortunately, the quantity of chanterelles in a chanterelle dish also left a lot to be desired. However, the taste was OK too. I also asked whether the duchess potatoes were fried, to which the answer was clearly yes. To my surprise, they weren't. They were very tasty, even if it was also very likely a finished product, which confirms the deep-frying statement. When it came to dessert, there was exactly one thing that I wanted to eat. Of course, that wasn't exactly the case. The only thing they could offer us was ice cream. Sorry, I'm out of there. The restaurant ice cream usually doesn't taste good either way. However, the others took ice cream because there was simply nothing else. Here too, a cup was ordered without it due to an intolerance to fresh whipped cream. Unfortunately, this cup also came with cream and also had to be returned. Nevertheless, the evening was OK. When asked if it was tasty, we couldn't answer "no" because it simply wasn't the case. But I don't need finished products. I have consumed more ready-made products here than I do at home in a month because I am very particular about home-made food. By that I mean almost everything! Overall, however, I would no longer visit this restaurant without an invitation, which was the case in this case.

As always, we were more than satisfied... Always a pleasure experience... Looking forward to next time!

As before with the “Hüttenhaus” restaurant, the tenant places his own very good mark on the service, ambience and food quality. This is how you imagine a family business and a great evening. Keep it up!!

Nice atmosphere, very tastefully decorated. The table setting is also well coordinated with the ambience. The food is very plentiful. However, the chef seemed to have a cold, because my pepper sauce had really pepper and the sauerbraten sauce was just sour. The side salad was very good and we can rave about the red cabbage.

Very tasty food. We had rump steak and pork fillet wrapped in bacon with chanterelle cream sauce. Perfect. Very nice service.

Service very good, ambience nice - but the food. Unfortunately, the schnitzel was from the freezer, the sauce from the package, the salad was ready, the dressing was from the bottle. Absolutely not the standard I expect for the price. I also don't expect a lot of frozen products when I go out to eat.

A pretty restaurant, very lovingly decorated. Unfortunately not very many vegetarian dishes. The food was ok, but not great. Bread salad consisted of crumbled whole wheat bread, green salad with dressing and salmon, stacked one after the other in a glass. Yes - it was ok. But not sophisticated (toasted white bread, perhaps with a delicate hint of garlic, would be a real plus). The penne with pesto, walnuts and cherry tomatoes didn't convince me at all because the pesto was definitely NOT homemade and the composition was far too oily for my taste. This can also be done much better with little effort. (Making pesto yourself doesn't really take much effort - and please leave out the walnuts. Walnuts and tomatoes give the dish twice the acidity. Fresh parmesan on top would have been great.) The restaurant is really nicely decorated and scores with absolutely friendly, courteous service. Unfortunately I won't be coming back anyway. I miss the kick when I eat.

Went there after a recommendation. Unfortunately there was only one special menu on Easter Sunday, which was very manageable, which is usually not a bad thing, but in this case it was. On the one hand, there was only one vegetarian dish on the menu for €27 and the cheapest meat dish cost €33. The prices include starter and dessert, which is problematic for two reasons. The starter contained meat, which was annoying for the vegetarians, who were only offered the combo prices. In addition, the dessert was automatically brought to the table with eggnog, which puts those who don't drink alcohol or don't like eggnog in the situation of having to return the dessert or only being able to enjoy it to a limited extent. In addition, there was no drinks menu so you didn't know how much the drinks you ordered cost. The food was actually good to sometimes very good, but not at a level that would justify these prices. The limited selection combined with the strange pricing mix just didn't make for a good overall experience.

It's a very nice restaurant. I ordered a schnitzel with wild mushroom sauce and got two large schnitzels with croquettes and a large salad. It also tasted very good. The staff was very friendly. You should reserve in advance as it is very busy there

The food was great. I had a salad with chicken breast and I have to say that although the price is higher than elsewhere, the proportion of chicken in the salad was above average. The quality of the meat was very good and the sauce was excellent. Rarely have I had such a good salad :-) The waiting time is okay. Good food just takes time. The only point of criticism is the acoustics and volume when there are many guests.

As soon as Mr. Shabanaj and his team are back, things are as good as in the "old days": the atmosphere is romantic and rustic, like in a Pilcher film. Great and friendly service, good food. Everything is alright!

We just had dinner here and are very satisfied. It was a great evening. The ambience was great, but it's certainly not for everyone. But it definitely meets general taste. The service was really awesome. We reserved a table two hours in advance and still managed to get a seat, even though the restaurant was very cool. From greeting us to taking our order and leaving, we were always greeted with a smile. Food, yes, what can I say... Brilliant! I haven't eaten very well in a long time. It must also be made clear that you will not leave this restaurant hungry as the portions are very large. An important point is cleanliness. That was more than just a given. Even tables that are left clean are meticulously cleaned again. The toilets were also very, very clean. Unfortunately I can't find any negative points. We will definitely eat there more often. It's great when you have two very good restaurants in Wehbach. Finally, I would like to thank you for the very nice evening. The principle “The customer is king” is still very important here. PS The prices are very good for what you get.

Ambient very nice and cozy. Service also very good. But the food...and the waiting time were unfortunately very disappointing. Very little choice and the menu was designed very strangely. Despite a reservation and quick order delivery, we waited over an hour for the food.
