Food has been very good for many years! The restaurant is in need of renovation, I think at least unchanged since the nineties! My wife forgot 2 of 3 drinks, constantly asking for drinks, and we were sitting right near the counter! We will not repeat the journey to this restaurant!!

Quite expensive, but also very tasty. For example, the Düsseldorf rump steak (€27) is really very tasty.

A nice, quaint restaurant with hearty food. There are changing weekly specials and a balanced menu. The service is friendly and you can taste that the food is freshly prepared. There will be a sign indicating that the waiting time may be longer, and when I hear the schnitzel I ordered being freshly made in the kitchen, I'm happy to accept that👍. As a starter there is always bread with lard and, depending on the dish, a very tasty salad. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality you get. Unfortunately one of the few good restaurants in the area.

Really nice, traditional German pub/restaurant. Friendly and quick service. Our party of four had steaks, pork medallions and spargel. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Bourgeois cuisine, housewife-style dishes that were popular in the 1970s. Simple and no frills, more of a pub than a restaurant. Very meat-heavy menu, nothing for vegetarians and vegans. Completely outdated food concept. Here we are stuck in the last century. I cannot understand or share the good reviews in any way.

A full 5 star review. The restaurant is winding, quaint. Once you have arrived at your seat and enjoyed your food, the Stöckske unfolds its art. The ambience plus the great taste of good home cooking. Unfortunately Wegberg is further away for me otherwise I would be there more often. I can only advise everyone who is there to risk a visit, as it is very worth it.

Authentic Wegberg-style small restaurant with original Rhenish cuisine. The prices are surprisingly low, and the (not so typical) onion soup is a must! I always like to go there every now and then.

Uriges Restaurant mit gut bürgerlicher Küche. Schauen hier immer wieder gern vorbei!

Obwohl alles reserviert war hat der Wirt es ermöglicht daß ich doch im Restaurant essen konnte. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war perfekt. Ich hatte das Rumpsteak Dijon mit Senf und Röstzwiebeln. Leider hatte ich es falsch interpretiert und es kam mit Soße was ich eigentlich nicht wollte. Der Wirt sagte mir dass es kein Problem wäre und brachte mir ein neues Steak ohne Soße. Das fand ich super und ist ja auch nicht selbstverständlich. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen und werde selber wieder einkehren.

Wir waren heute Mittag zu zweit dort zum Essen. Freundlicher Service sehr leckeres. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Sassariente hat den Charme der 70er Jahre aber gepflegt.

Über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Unglaublich gute Qualität und dazu noch ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die beiden Kellner sind sehr nett und locker. Guter Service. Für Steaks und gutbürgerliche Küche eine absolute Institution!

War gestern Abend da freundliche Bedienung das Essen war Top Qualität war gut

1: Wartezeit bei einem gefühlt leerem Laden mindestens eine Std. 2: Kellner hatte quasi keinen Bock auf seinen Job und ist nicht auf extra wünsche wie ohne Tomaten weil allergisch eingegangen. 3: Majo kostet 1,20 extra?! In welcher Welt bitte? 4: Tische waren so schief das man aufpassen musste das sein Teller nicht runter rutscht. 5: KEINE KARTENZAHLUNG ___ Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Toller Service und sehr gutes Essen

Sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken. Wir haben uns im urigen Ambiente wohlgefühlt und das autentische Essen genossen. Die Qualität des "Düsseldorfer Rumpsteaks" war hervorragend und das Fleisch super saftig und auf den Punkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie immer hervorragend. Das Düsseldorfer Senfsteak ist ein Gedicht. Das Restaurant ist eine Traditionsadresse in Wegberg und hat sich über 30 Jahre nicht verändert. Für die einen wäre das ein Mangel, für uns muss es aber ganz genauso so sein.
