Brunnenbistro in Wegberg

We had a truly wonderful evening here. Even the appetizers were a highlight – the beef carpaccio was as tender as butter, and the beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese was a truly ingenious combination. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection – beautifully seared on the outside, wonderfully tender on the inside. Served with crispy fries and a fresh, colorful salad – it couldn't be better! The service was super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. We just felt completely at home. In summary: great food, excellent service, cozy atmosphere – we'll definitely be back!

We visited the Brunnenbistro for the first time at the beginning of August. It was very, very good in every respect! The ambiance by the fountain in Wegberg can be truly enjoyed in comfortable wicker chairs. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and hardworking, not even fazed by a cheeky wasp. And the food... truly top-notch. The prices seem a bit expensive at first glance, but considering the high quality and excellent taste, they are quite reasonable. We had one "fountain sandwich," one pasta with strips of beef fillet in cream with plenty of truffle, and one buttery tender veal fillet steak with perfectly cooked grilled vegetables, plus six drinks, all for just €100. We can recommend the Brunnenbistro to anyone who appreciates delicious food. Here, you can taste the passion and dedication that goes into the preparation. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Visiting Beeck to catch up with friends we decided to try the Brunnenbistro, we were pleasantly surprised. Warm welcome, some interesting good offers and we really enjoyed the experience. I had the club sandwich and my other half the shrimp linguine, both dishes were excellent, mine was washed down with of my fav beers, Bitburger. Will go again if we get the chance but our holiday in Germany finishes on Friday.

We were in Wegberg on Friday and lingered at the Brunnenbistro in the evening. The Brunnenbistro is a lovely little restaurant right in the heart of Wegberg. That evening, it was busy, with about 15 other guests. We received a friendly welcome and were escorted to our table. There were four of us, and for starters, we had antipasti, beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese, and beef carpaccio, which was top-notch; we've rarely eaten such good carpaccio. For main courses, we had a variety of dishes, including a truly delicious sole and a perfectly medium-roasted beef fillet. Side dishes included cucumber salad with the sole and creamed spinach, which was so delicious that we ordered more. We also had linguine with prawns and a dish that's only available on Saturday evenings (house-style prawns). For dessert, we had homemade tiramisu. It was a wonderful evening with great food. We'd love to come back.

A very nice, small restaurant with a great atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch service. The food here is finely seasoned and, above all, served hot. Highly recommended.

A delight all around! I was completely thrilled with this restaurant! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. Every request was fulfilled with a smile, and the waitress' recommendations were spot on. The food was simply outstanding – a true explosion of flavors from appetizer to dessert. I was particularly impressed by the fresh ingredients, the creative preparation, and the loving presentation of the dishes. A place I can wholeheartedly recommend. Perfect for a special occasion or simply to indulge yourself. I'd love to come back!

We visited last night for the first time in a long time based on a recommendation and were very pleasantly surprised. Lovely ambiance, there's something for everyone on the menu, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The food is extremely tasty and definitely worth the money, even if it's on the high side. Definitely a good place for Wegberg and the surrounding area!

We were very disappointed with the "service". They try to present a chic restaurant and appear elegant, but they make guests wait over 20 minutes for a bill even though there were only 4 other tables occupied. We also had the feeling that the waiter wasn't happy that we didn't order something to eat straight away, which is why we were ignored throughout the evening. This is really pathetic. Better go to the Greek opposite. Here you will be warmly welcomed and served straight away!!!!! By the way: 2 cokes for a cheap 10 euros in Wegberg, not in Munich!

I've been watching the "Brunnenbistro" since it opened, which was a disaster to say the least, we waited more than 2 hours for our food. But well, that can happen with a new team. We then ate there twice more and were not convinced by the quality. Nevertheless, I was there again last year and was surprised at how much the quality of the food has improved. Last night I was there with my wife to celebrate my birthday and, without exaggeration, I was able to enjoy the best food I've had in a long time and also had a wonderful evening thanks to the great service. Thanks for that!!! Conclusion: The "Fountain Bistro" has developed into a highlight, even if the prices are on the high side, it was worth every cent to me!!! Please keep it up and see you next time 😊 Small addendum: If you want a fillet steak fried to the desired point, you've come to the right place 😋

I think it's the best location in Wegberg for good food. Very stylishly furnished, extremely dedicated staff and excellent dishes! Absolute recommendation!

Nice little restaurant in the middle of Wegberg. In summer the outside area is beautiful. We have been here several times now and have never been disappointed. There is a small menu, there should be something for everyone. The food is of good quality and nicely presented. We have one for the fountain bistro👍

Sehr schöner Terrassenbereich, stilvoll eingerichtet drinnen. Die Karte ist klein, aber abwechslungsreich und eher etwas für diejenigen, denen der Sinn nach etwas Anderem als Schnitzel und Pizza steht...Fish & Chips waren perfekt, die Linguine hätten etwas mutiger gewürzt sein können, ein paar frische Kräuter hätten den letzten Pfiff gegeben, aber ansonsten alles prima. Gute Weinempfehlung. Wirklich netter Service durch einen sehr freundlichen jungen Mann. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Das Essen war gut, allerdings 17,90 Euro für ein Schnitzel, das man mit der Lupe suchen musste, finde ich schon heftig! Die Bedienung war leider auch überfordert, Teller wurden gar nicht bzw. erst nach Aufforderung abgeräumt. Hier ist in beiden Fällen dringend Nachbesserung von Nöten!

Wir haben am Kaufsonntag das Restaurant besucht. Ein tolles lockeres Personal. Das Essen war köstlich. Da alles frisch zubereitet wird wartet man eine Weile bis es fertig ist. Das war nicht der letzte Besuch.

Schönes Weihnachts Dorf hier aufgebaut. Es gibt bolten alt, Bitburger, kakao, Glühwein, auch mit Schuss, sowie Essen in Form von Bratwurst und Crêpes und Hähnchen schnitzel. Zur Not auch vegan 👍gerne wieder daumen hoch 👍👍👌

Wir hatten gestern einen sehr schönen Abend im Bistro. Das Essen war lecker und heiß, die Portionen groß. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und nett wie immer. Die Karte ist so wie eine Bistrokarte sein sollte. Hier findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Der Preis für einen Salatteller Brunnenbistro ist mit 12,50€ plus 3,00€ für Hähnchenbruststreifen schon überwältigend hoch. Kann mich nicht daran erinnern, jemals in einem Restaurant so teures Grün gegessen zu haben. Update Nun war ich nochmals dort und habe diesmal das "Pfannengemüse" mit Hähnchenbrust genommen. Sehr zu empfehlen und das zu einem fairen Preis. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Tolles kleines Lokal, schönes Ambiente. Nette, aufmerksame Kellner, und ein toller Chef. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, mit frischen Zutaten und mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
