Das Essen war superlecker! 😃 Wir hatten einen Teller für zwei Personen, aber wir hätten ihn locker zu viert teilen können. 😄

Nettes Lokal, nur an besonderen Feiertagen, leidet die Qualität des Essens.

Die Rahmsauce zum Schnitzel schmeckte leider wie aus der Tüte, und das Fleisch am Spieß war recht zäh. Der Service war in Ordung, das Ambiente recht einfach.

Wir waren mit 15 Personen im Restaurant, wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super Freundlich. Das Restaurant war super voll Besucht und trotzdem waren die Getränke und das Essen schnell serviert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen ist lecker, Service war stets freundlich, aber schon fast etwas aufdringlich am Anfang. Wir waren mit mehreren Leuten verabredet und immer wenn eine Person dazu kam, wurde gefragt ob man schon bestellen möchte, obwohl klar war das wir warten wollen. Und kaum war der eine Kellner raus, kam kurz darauf der nächste und fragte. Für größere Gruppen eher mittelmäßig. Ein Essen wurde vergessen, das kam dann als alle anderen gerade fertig waren. Insgesamt kam es schubweise und andere Gäste sitzen meiner Meinung nach etwas zu dicht am Salatbuffet, sodass das umrunden von diesem etwas umständlich war. Es ist nicht schlecht, würde auch wieder hin gehen, aber ist jetzt auch keine 5 Sterne wert nach meinem empfinden. Daher jeweils ein Punkt Abzug

Aus familiären Gründen hatten wir in letzter Zeit die Nahrung zum Heimverzehr abgeholt. Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden mit den Leistungen der Gaststätte. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen trübt jedoch die Aktion: Trotz der Senkung der Mehrwertsteuer auf 7 % hat sich das Angebot um über 20 % nach der letzten Preisliste verteuert.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und aufmerksamer Service. Trotz voll besetztem Haus kam unser Essen erstaunlich schnell. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Meine Schweinemedaillons unter dem Spiegelei waren etwas zu trocken. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr angenehmer Besuch!

Also nun ich hab mich heute sehr gefreut dahin zu gehen. Ich war mit nen Kumpel da und kann da sehr herzlich den Grillteller mit den Bratkartoffeln entfehlen. Mich hat es als beikoch sehr gefallen dar zu essen und es hat mich sehr gefreut. Der Koch hat mich mit den Essen aus dem Stuhl geschossen essen war sehr sehr lecker. Plus punkte gibt es auch für den Ladenbesitzer der Hamburger SV Fan ist das hat mich als Hannover 96 Fan sehr gefreut. Nästes mal lasse ich den auch nen Hannover 96 sticker da oder nen Schall dann können die den auch aufhängen an der Getränke Theke. Kleiner Tipp wen ihr mit dem Bus fährt dann bidde die Linie 12 bis Hamm Rottenkamp, zurück Richtung Hamm Hbf sind es 12-16 min laufweg zum Bahnhof nach Hamm Heesen. Also alles in einen ne 10 von 10 Punkten. Ich war da im Restaurant am4.10.25 von 19:00 -20:30uhr 👍👍👍👍👍

Ganz spontan waren wir heute in einer kleinen Gruppe zum Essen im "Zum Stefan". Sehr freundlicher Empfang und zügiger Service. Da wir einige Vegetarier in der Gruppe haben, war es eine erfreuliche Überraschung, dass es neben der kleinen vegetarischen Auswahl auch alle Schnitzelgerichte als vegetarische Variante gibt. Die Portionen waren so groß, dass wir sie nicht schaffen konnten, die Reste wurde uns aber sofort eingepackt. Unsere Gerichte waren durchweg sehr lecker und gerade auch die Fleischgerichte auf den Punkt gegrillt. Zum Abschluss gab es den obligatorischen Julischka. Die Toiletten sind über zwei Stufen zu erreichen und für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität unter Umständen schwierig zu bewältigen. Insgesamt hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden.

Wir haben gestern mit 24 Personen unsere Silberhochzeit im Restaurant gefeiert und sind sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Qualität als auch der Service waren erstklassig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr herzlichen Empfang, man wird hier begrüßt als wäre man bei Freunden eigeladen. Wir waren schon öfter hier zu Gast und werden auch gerne wieder kommen. We'd previously attended a performance at the Waldbühne and ended up here thanks to the positive reviews. We'll definitely be back. Spontaneous on a well-attended evening – still warmly welcomed and well placed. Ambience & Atmosphere: The restaurant “Zum Stefan” impresses with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. You feel welcome as soon as you enter - the welcome is warm and personal, which is particularly positive. We were recognized even after a long absence, which gave us a nice feeling of familiarity. Dog friendliness: A real plus: We were there with two dogs and, despite many guests, we were offered a place where the four-legged friends could lie down without any problems - very attentive and uncomplicated. Service: The staff is extremely friendly, approachable and strives to make your stay pleasant. A small point of improvement would be to actively ask for drinks requests perhaps once or twice more during the course of the evening - but that's "complaining at a high level". Food & Drinks: The menu offers a wide selection, especially for meat lovers - but vegetarians will also find suitable options. Absolutely convincing in terms of taste! I would particularly like to highlight the fries: so well seasoned that I didn't even miss ketchup or mayo (which rarely happens for me!). The small salad bar is simple, but everything was delicious. Price-performance: The prices are reasonable and are in good proportion to the quality of the food and the service. Not a bargain, but absolutely fair. Location & accessibility: The restaurant is easy to find. There are parking spaces right in front of the door or in the surrounding streets - no problem even in the evening thanks to street lighting. Conclusion: “Zu Stefan” is a place to which you like to return – and we will definitely do so more often in the future. The combination of delicious food, warm atmosphere, animal-friendly service and fair price-performance ratio convinced us again. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere - with or without a dog.

A busy restaurant. Finding a parking space is the first big problem. The restaurant is relatively noisy. Drinks, food, and prices are good. Service was attentive, but the wait times were quite long due to the number of customers.

The food was simply amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and was incredibly tender. I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. One minor criticism is the lack of tuna and cheese at the salad bar, but the dressing was excellent. Even the chef was super relaxed and always had a witty saying. The whole thing rounded off perfectly. Many thanks to the Gasthaus zum Stefan. I'll be sure to spread the word and will definitely be back again.

Top! Very nice hosts, the food is delicious, rich and there is a large selection. Everything is fresh and arrives hot at the table (important for us). You can also put together your own starter salad. This means you only get what you want on your plate. For us, the “Gasthaus Zum Stefan” is a clear recommendation. Wow! This food is absolutely amazing! We were amazed. There was a lot of food, the plate was really full. But we almost completely finished it! Even the kids were really excited and loved it. It's a 3 hours drive from our hometown, but so worth it! I hope we will get back here soon, because when i think about it, my mouth starts watering!

We ordered two large plates to pick up for a small family celebration. There was also a vegan plate. When we picked it up we were greeted in a very friendly manner and asked to wait a moment as the food had only just been wrapped up warm. When we got home everyone was thrilled with the quality and good taste of the food, the steaks and grilled food were on point, the vegan food was great. We are very satisfied and will definitely repeat again. PS the platters are offered for 2 people and there were 7 of us at home and we were super full.

For fans of particularly meat-heavy cuisine. “Classics” from the Balkans and schnitzel in many variations. There is also a very clear number of vegetarian dishes. We were there with 11 people on a Saturday evening. Of course with reservation, which I would recommend to everyone. The restaurant was very full, which on the one hand speaks for the quality, but on the other hand of course leads to a somewhat louder atmosphere. The bottom line is that it was bearable, but I would have the romantic dinner for two somewhere else😁. You feel comfortable in the restaurant. Everything was nicely prepared and clean. Even when the restaurant is at full capacity, the waiters are always there when a drink is coming to an end. We had contact with several people at the table and everyone was very friendly and not stressed. The kitchen also coped excellently with the large crowds. We didn't have to wait longer than average and our company got their food at the same time. Everyone was absolutely satisfied with their order and enjoyed themselves. For the hungry among you: Here you can fill up even if you're hungry... at absolutely reasonable prices. You can put together a small side salad yourself. If you're looking for something to complain about: I didn't like the mayonnaise. There is clearly room for improvement... but that is of course very subjective. The parking situation isn't the best either, but sometimes a few minutes' walk after dinner isn't bad at all 🤪. We'll definitely go there again.

The good recessions are really justified. There were six of us there and we all had different dishes plus starters, there were no complaints whatsoever. The staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy 👍. The price-performance ratio is more than justified. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a point for the ambience; due to the busy restaurant, the noise level was correspondingly high. Reservation is probably required. We look forward to the next visit.
