I have enjoyed eating and meeting friends here for decades. The dishes are the same as usual and still taste good! Service can be a bit grumpy at times, especially the "old" cast, but "the new ones" are great! Reservations sometimes yes sometimes no?! I still like to come back again and again.

Now about the restaurant visit we experienced: On August 23rd, we visited the restaurant “Zum SERIOUS PEDESTRIAN” hoping for a cozy outdoor dinner based on the positive reviews I had read. Well then – we ordered our food and drinks and they came within a timely manner. When it became stormy outside and the rain arrived – we took our “still filled glasses” and went indoors. When we wanted to sit down at a table inside, the boss loudly stopped or forbade us from doing so - with the words: “What do you want here - you can stay outside - and if you don't like that, you can pay and leave. “ Unfortunately, not only was the treatment of the guests disappointing, but also the quality of the food. Training the staff and the chef (especially the boss) in customer service and stricter quality control of the dishes could help improve the experience of future guests. After my experience with the restaurant, I seriously ask myself - how does this place get so many positive reviews? Bought?

A great atmosphere, we got a table without a reservation, the food (casserole no. 22 and lemon chicken) was delicious and affordable, we were very satisfied with the service and were happy to give a tip😊

We would have liked to eat there today, but only with 2 people. All tables were reserved, although according to the website this is only possible for groups of 10 or more. We were told that tables would only be occupied by 4 people. I'm now wondering how I should redeem my voucher? Very serious!

Authentic German local bier garten. Well worth the walk from the main town, or the short walk from one of the closer hotels. Seek out the best places where local people wish to eat and spend a relaxing evening making new friends. Excellent simple yet delicious food and ice cream. What's not to like?! We ate here for the first time today and can only highly recommend it. Super nice and great service staff who always come to the table with a smile and are super friendly. The food is very tasty and plentiful and the prices are unbeatably cheap by today's standards. The only negative point are the tables and chairs in the beer garden, which could use a coat of paint. Therefore one star less.

There are delicious, colorful salads with interesting variations here. We had the perfect summer evening in this cozy garden restaurant. Everything was perfect! Service, value for money and ambience!

We love this place. In summer you definitely have to enjoy the special atmosphere outside and eat a salad. They're fantastic there. The waitresses are always very friendly and open-minded and the prices are very good for the quality.

Very bad service!!! I had pre-booked a table for a larger group and agreed that if it was a little later because we had previously planned to go on a shaft lock trip, I would call so that the table wasn't given away. When the incident actually occurred, I was dealt with very rudely and told that either we would be there at the agreed time or the table would just be gone. Definitely not recommended!!!

The restaurant 'Zum Seriösen pedestrian' tempts with delicious food that pampers the taste buds. Unfortunately, reservation is often difficult as only 50% of the places can be reserved in advance. This may be attractive for spontaneous visitors, but it can provide planning security. What is particularly disappointing is the fact that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there are no accessible toilets on the ground floor as they are in the basement. This significantly limits accessibility for people with mobility impairments and is unfortunate. Nevertheless, the restaurant remains worth a visit for its excellent food and charming ambience, albeit with some limitations."

Honestly? If we hadn't been invited, I would never have entered the store. Looks like the facility was collected from bulky waste. Everything old and mixed up. Reminds me of a school cafeteria. But: the food is amazing. Large portion for a small price! Therefore, definitely worth a visit!

The pedestrian is a Minden institution and is always well attended; reservations are definitely recommended. The classics are the many very tasty casseroles, but salads or the Zurich Bank Secret (Zürcher Geschnetzeltes) are also highly recommended. The day menu is definitely worth paying attention to. The service is very nice and attentive, and in summer you can also sit outside. It's great that there is still something so good!

das essen war grandios durch frische zutaten. das personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam nach einem 1,5 stündigen besuch bin ich sehr überzeugt. ich werde sie weiterempfehlen für die sehr leckeren aufläufe.

Bei sehr sehr leckerem Essen haben meine Freundin und ich 6 Stunden im seriösen Fußgänger verbracht. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sanke für dieesen schönen Abend, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Lokalität vom "alten Schlag", urgemütlich, drinnen und draußen. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen immer lecker. Stets gut besucht, deswegen lieber einen Tisch reservieren!

Der Fußgänger ist ein definitiv zu empfehlender Anlaufpunkt für Auflaufliebhaber, außerdem ist die Atmosphäre/Ambiente sehr gemütlich, drinnen wie draußen.

Ich bin hier seit 32 Jahren Gast und Heute zu Besuch in meiner Heimat. Es schmeckt lecker wie eh und je 🥰 und der Service ist genial. Was geht über ein frisch gezapftes Barre ? nix. Da kommt auch kein Kölsch mit. Is halt meine Heimat 😉

Viele Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Außensitzplätze mit ausreichend Abstand zum Nachbartisch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker ( Aufläufe). Alles in allem war es ein schöner Abend . Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Eigentlich alles super, Essen total lecker, Preise und Service gut, aber ein Stern weniger, weil profilaktisch auf jedem Tisch ein "Reserviert"-Schild steht, so dass jeder Gast nachfragen muss und er platziert wird...

Wir mussten leider draußen sitzen, aber wir hatten eh keine Reservierung. Also soll man hier besser einen Tisch reservieren, falls man drinnen sitzen möchtet. Leider waren einige Stühle draußen kaputt, aber wir haben einfach die kaputten mit anderen ausgetauscht. Service war eigentlich super, jedoch dauerte es schon ein wenig lange, bis das Essen fertig wurde. Essen ist aber immer prima - bin hier schon mehrmals gewesen (also habt Geduld nach der Bestellung, denn das Essen ist die Wartezeit auch wert - besonders die Aufläufe!)
