Our visit was some time ago now. However, I don't want to hold back our experiences here. The restaurant impresses, in my opinion, with cozy furnishings that make you feel good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food was tasteful and in keeping with the price-performance ratio. The innkeeper is always open for a small talk. I particularly liked the verbal recommendation of the daily menu. We'd love to come back.

Great restaurant, came across this restaurant through a recommendation from a friend. We were super satisfied, great value for money. The reservation went smoothly and the waitresses were all very friendly. Great food (everything from starter to dessert was delicious) and great ambience, it was nice and warm there, we can really recommend it, we would love to come back! Until then :)

Super nice restaurant, very courteous staff. The food was very tasty and there was enough choice, there were even two extra dishes that weren't on the menu. Finally, a dessert, you can't decide. This wasn't on the menu either. A little tip on the side, it's better to reserve in advance!!! Many thanks to the whole team, we will definitely be back.

Very good value for money. I can recommend the cherry tree at any time. Is a good address. I only missed one thing, I looked for the cherry tree in front of the house but couldn't find it.

I have to admit I'm a bit biased as I've been eating here since I was a child. But I will evaluate it as objectively as possible. Yes, the furniture may be old, but in my opinion it is neither worn out nor shabby. When it comes to darkness, you can argue or not. Because that's exactly what I find comfortable. It feels like a little piece of vacation in a romantic atmosphere. Maybe it's not for everyone. The staff is friendly and accommodating, sometimes a little stressed. In order to make it as pleasant as possible for everyone, you have to be quick and maybe sometimes a little overzealous, but that's because when it's busy the stress level rises, which anyone who has ever worked in the catering industry knows. I can't understand the arrogant thing at all because anyone who has learned to be a waiter, and I mean learned it properly, has that kind of demeanor. The food is one of the best Balkan restaurants in this area, at least for me and I've tried many. I would like to come more often, unfortunately that is not possible for me at the moment. In all these years the quality has always remained the same, even after it was handed over to his son. Mistakes can happen (that's human) and as a guest I mention it and people always respond immediately. That's why I've enjoyed coming to eat here for all these years. The only thing that I personally don't like is the schnitzel, but I don't go to a Balkan restaurant to eat schnitzel either.

To be honest, I don't understand the many good reviews...the furnishing style is old-fashioned, dark and has hardly been updated since the 80s...I find the service sometimes arrogant and not customer-oriented. The portions are getting smaller and the Djuve rice is bland in my opinion. The salad was bland and the dressing isn't my thing...the meat was tasty, but nothing special.I feel it's gotten worse over the last few years. For me there are much better Balkan restaurants. Of course it's a matter of taste, but all 6 people had the same opinion. You can go, but you don't have to.

Had a delicious meal with 7 people on the occasion of my birthday. It is a cozy restaurant with attractive decor and seating areas. The tomato soup and salads were great. If you like meat then you've come to the right place! Recommended: the Epigram-Platte (2 pers.) The nicest surprise was the homemade desserts, which were absolutely delicious. There is (sufficient) parking next to the restaurant. We will come back again!

Had dinner with three people, the food was good, the portions were mediocre for the price. What spoils your meal/the older service employee causes total unrest is impossible because of his arrogance and the extremely quick rattling off of recommendations. It's a shame because that detracts from the delicious food.

The food is the same as it was in the 70s The main course was terribly bad, very small portion and far too expensive for 4 croquettes and 3 pork medallions about 35 grams each. 22 euros a slice of carrot as decoration I wouldn't dare to serve something like that the steak was very poorly cooked and tough for 30 euros there were at least 2 pieces of broccoli as a vegetable side dish that were bathed in ready-made hollandaise The soup was good The salad also except the dressing Good and attentive service. Drinks prices were also okay, so it was ok for soups and drinks, but I would never eat there again, preferring to go to Wiesengrund or Montanushof for a good meal

Great gastronomy! It reminds me a little of my childhood in 1990, where you could get the greatest food in restaurants like this. Then this type of restaurant disappeared behind Starbucks and Maredo and here we found something that we hadn't missed but were really happy to find again. A warm host who greets all guests with a laugh and a saying. Great food...meat-heavy...but exactly what I like. Good taste. Parking in front of the door, service good, glasses always full. Prices absolutely okay.

Obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben noch einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen kam äußerst schnell, war gut und der Salat sehr frisch. Sogar mit frisch geraspelten Möhren.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Mitten im Außenbereich steht ein Kirschbaum. Leider ist die stark befahrene Strasse sehr nah am Außenbereich - daher relativ laut. Das Essen war OK der grösste Kritikpunk war bei uns das lieblose Anrichten - ein wenig Kräuter auf dem Teller verteilen kostet fast nichts, sieht aber viel schöner aus. Geschmaklich war alles OK aber eben nicht mehr.
