My first visit here today and definitely not my last! Great service, always on point. Large selection in the menu with many interesting dishes. Food very, very tasty and beautifully prepared. The eyes definitely took part. To top it off, there is a wide selection of desserts for those with a sweet tooth, including locally produced ice cream from around the corner. Top address. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

The quality of the food is simply perfect, you can taste that the people in the kitchen are passionate about their job. However, if you just want to put something in quickly, you're in the wrong place. Good food takes time. Only the replenishment of drinks was a little slow.

The food was nicely prepared, unfortunately I was missing some salt and you could definitely have ordered additional pepper for the salad, but I didn't want to put too much strain on the service. Despite the preheated plates, the fries were already cold even though they were almost black. Then I had the feeling that there was a shortage of dishes in the kitchen. Why do you have to clear up when you're still eating? The children's plate with 4 fish fingers and fries, the ratio to the salad that was on the plate was not right, far too much. The selection of salads, chicory and radicchio, coleslaw and beetroot are also not the highlights for children. Despite the complaints, the food here is fresh and of high quality. I would be happy about salt and pepper on the table.

We celebrated our wedding there and both we and our guests were thrilled! Uncomplicated planning and advice in advance and everything was beautifully prepared on the day itself. The staff was attentive and friendly. Everyone was really excited about the food. Regardless of whether it's for a celebration or just to eat, we always enjoy coming here and can only recommend it.

Extremely friendly staff! Nice ambience due to the low ceilings, a bit noisy when fully occupied (but that's due to the low half-timbered house - not a problem). Unfortunately, the cozy winter garden could not be covered due to the rain forecast - next time. Roast beef burger on potato pancakes and chanterelles - perfect roast beef, chanterelles with a bite and nice and big. There could have been a little more dressing on the salad. Turkey steak Africa with goat cheese and sweet potatoes French fries - all very good. We will definitely come back!

Highly priced, but absolutely justified! Delicious Bergisch cuisine, great ambience and nice staff. You should be hungry if you want to eat here. We are long-term campers at the campsite of the same name. We can definitely recommend this great restaurant. A table reservation wouldn't be a bad idea.

We ate there for the second time today with four people. Every time it was great, the plates were beautifully prepared and everything was great. We celebrated our wedding at the Landgasthof Wiesengrund. We decided on an independent wedding and were very happy that we were able to celebrate it in the restaurant's beautiful beer garden. Even in bad weather there is a great “Plan B”. Jörg and his team were a great help in planning the celebration in advance and were always there to give us advice. Let's get to the celebration itself: Above the restaurant there is an air-conditioned party room in a very beautiful, modern country house style, which was decorated by Jörg's team with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire celebration, we were able to experience excellent service, even at very late hours, with employees who were always smiling and smiling. Anyone who has eaten in the restaurant beforehand knows that the food is of high quality. And at our wedding this was simply DELICIOUS! In addition to the classic dishes, Jörg provides other great ideas for designing the menu. Let's come to the price: Sure, a wedding costs money. Unfortunately, one often has the feeling that the word “wedding” alone causes prices to almost explode. However, we cannot confirm this here. The prices are absolutely FAIR and REASONABLE! In addition to the outstanding service and the excellent food, you get a great meal at the Landgasthof Wiesengrund wonderful ambience offered. Jörg was always willing to help and compromise. Above all, no money is asked for “unnecessary things”. We can recommend everyone to celebrate their party here. For us it was an all-round successful day that couldn't have been better for us. !!!THANKS!!!

Very good restaurant with extremely friendly staff and good service. We have eaten there many times and it always tasted great. Reservations are recommended on weekends. There is also a terrace for sitting outside in the summer. Free parking spaces are available opposite the house.

We were there for the first time with the family at the weekend. The fact that you have to reserve early is absolutely justified. Great ambience, cozy atmosphere and warm staff. From the beginning we felt very comfortable. The selection of food and drinks is large and there is certainly something for everyone. Whether you're a vegetarian or someone who likes meat, the selection is great. Everything very fresh. The steak was very very good. Tasteful, as if fried to perfection. The portions are large. Price/performance is right. It is, I would say, more upscale cuisine. As a starter there was a greeting from the kitchen with bread, dip and homemade liver sausage. Everyone was very happy with their choice of dish and we all said we would go here more often. Absolutely recommended!

We were here for lunch today, had made a reservation a week ago and got a good seat, even though the house was very busy (White Sunday!); the service was quick and friendly, and the food, we both ordered menu 3, consisting of soup, the main course pink fried steak with piri-piri sauce (simply great and plentiful) and the dessert variety for €27.90 per person; conclusion : everything was fresh and tasty, and the plates were served hot! Certainly one of the best guesthouses in the region. Highly recommended

Went there spontaneously because we were passing through. I can only give 5 stars. Very friendly service and accommodating - also to our two kids. Greetings from the kitchen was amazing with homemade liver sausage and wild garlic pesto! Special requests for the main course are possible without any problems. The taste is really really good!!! Simply great.

We went to the Edelgraf menu yesterday and are still raving about this culinary experience today. It's simply indescribable what chefs and trainees can conjure up exquisite dishes from star-rated cuisine when they are freed from the "chains of the a la carte menu (which is already very good)". Served by an attentive and very friendly waitress, accompanied by professional comments from the boss. Unforgettable!!!!!

Nice / Cozy restaurant. The food wasn't bad. I had a piece of cucumber and a piece of carrot in my soup (it was supposed to be spicy). A little surprised, I later realized that this was the set that was really everywhere. On meat, in soup, on baked things 🙈 Oh well. We didn't have a permanent waiter/waitress. So we got to know four or five 🤷🏻‍♂️. Everything was there, from very cocky to very friendly. It's definitely worth a visit - nice inn.

Leider: Ich liebe dieses Restaurant, wir sind schon sehr sehr lange Stammkunden, nicht ständig , aber mindestens fünf mal im Jahr. Zu Silvester sollten wir eine Kaution bezahlen , um einen Tisch zu reservieren , zwei Wochen vorher wollte die Familie nicht mehr so weit fahren und es wurde alles gecancelt, der Inhaber kam uns nicht entgegen wegen der Kaution , aber unser Tisch war Silvester besetzt. Das fand ich super mies und ihr habt uns erst einmal verloren.

Nice, but very expensive - and that in the diaspora. Example: Dessert: 3 scoops of ice cream with cream €9. I find that very excessive. A wheat beer €4.90 - also a proud price.

We were here at short notice for my mother's 60th birthday! It was really great, also suitable for vegetarians and was super tasty and beautifully presented. The staff was super nice and helpful and our dog also got water! We kept checking to see if everything was OK and we were extremely happy with the service!

Sehr guter Service🥳🥳 obwohl es voll war fühlte man sich gut bedient. ( das junge Personal hat das Profimäßig gewuppt 👌) Das Essen war super alles perfekt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend und werden es auf jeden Fall wieder holen.

Wir waren zum Haxenessen dort und das Essen war sehr lecker, ebenso die freundliche Bedienung. Auch das Ambiente im Landgasthof ist sehr geschmackvoll. Aber die Wartezeit auf unser Essen von 70 min. geht garnicht, dass war eindeutig zu lang, auch wurde und das Warten mit einem Cappuccino oder ähnlichem nicht verkürzt! Das ist auf jeden Fall nicht Gut gewesen, trotzdem würde wir wieder kommen!

Super lecker, spitzenklasse ,selten so gut und reichhaltig gegessen, ansprechendes Ambiente, sauber, gemütlich, der Biergarten ist so wunderschön romantisch und das Personal ist wirklich aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen freundlich, jeder hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, um die Gäste zu verwöhnen. Wir waren abends dort, unvergesslich, kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Alle 5 Sterne in allen Kategorien sind durchaus berechtigt. Danke, liebes Team

Sehr gutes Essen in einem nettem Ambiente. Das ist dann auch schon einmal einen etwas weiteren Weg wert.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut!! Sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Bedienungen sind auch freundlich. Ein riesen Problem ist allerdings, dass man wirklich Ewigkeiten auf sein Essen warten muss, vor allem wenn man mit 6 oder mehr Personen kommt. Ich war bereits vor ein paar Jahren dort und wollte eigentlich nicht nochmal hin, weil es damals schon so lange gedauert hat. Jetzt war ich doch wieder da und hab leider dieselbe Erfahrung gemacht. Man sollte also nicht super hungrig kommen und etwas Zeit mitbringen, dann lohnt es sich.

Top. Werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Wir waren hierhin zum Essen eingeladen. Tolles Restaurant - mein Eindruck war, dass hier auf gute Küche, hervorragenden Service und Ambiente gelegt wird. Ich empfehle das Restaurant.

Super schönes Ambiente und das Essen wahnsinnig gut 👍. Personal super freundlich und der Koch kommt aus der Küche und fragt selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung war. Bestes Lokal seit langem.

Sehr gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich, sogar der Chef persönlich erkundigt sich bei den Gästen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Nur zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Gasthaus. Die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr nett, alle sind hier sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Biergarten gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz. Und wenn es abends etwas kühler wird gibt es auch Wärmestrahler über den Tischen sowie Decken. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen, große Portionen und mit Liebe angerichtet.

Ein tolles Restaurant - fantastisches Essen und supernettes Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein paar mehr vegetarische Gerichte wären schön.
