Very friendly staff, especially the owner. Everything was very clean. We ate there with friends four times, enjoying pasta and pizza. Everything was very good and reasonably priced! No long wait times. We also ate there several times in the summer with a group of ten. This restaurant is highly recommended.

A pizzeria like you'd remember from the old days. Super delicious dishes for relatively low prices. The mom behind the counter and the chef cooks himself. What more could you want? The bruschetta was the best I've ever eaten.

I would have liked to order something to eat, but after 20 minutes and several calls, I gave up.

The owner is a true Italian nonna. The food, the service, the prices, and the ambiance are just as good. Super delicious, absolutely affordable, and plentiful. We'll be back again and again 👍🏻👌🏻🔝

The pizzeria is finally open again, after several one-star reviewers had already complained about its closure. Apparently, there were staffing issues, as we were greeted by a board saying: there were only two of us => longer wait time, technical problems => limited selection. This had little impact, however: the visibly stressed but friendly Italian was experienced, so we were able to leave full and satisfied after a good hour and a half. The Frutti di Mare pizza was delicious, with very good toppings, including two shrimp and two mussels. The Gorgonzola gnocci were probably due to technical issues, but the penne that was served as a substitute was excellent, except for the spinach. We initially had a problem with the wine – the bottle tasted absolutely terrible! It was returned without any problems, and the glasses of wine we brought were perfect. All in all, a clear recommendation, which is also financially well below the otherwise quite reasonable prices here.

Wanted to order for 4 people for the second time. According to the homepage, Tuesday was open, the statement on the phone "closed today, open again on Wednesday" Called on Wednesdays, statements on the phone open again on Thursday. Called on Thursdays (6 p.m. today !!!) Owner should rethink his opening hours and communicate accordingly if he wants to work.

There were four of us and we wanted to order something to pick up. The location was reachable by phone, but we were rescheduled for the next day (they're closed today, opening again tomorrow...) Okay, we could live with that... we called the next day, got through again, but unfortunately, the same message again... "We're closed today, but we'll be back tomorrow..." Hmm?? I/We think if we call tomorrow, it'll surely be closed and the day after tomorrow it'll be open again... Why don't they just close the location completely?? It doesn't make any sense... It's a real shame, but also extremely annoying... Can't they just state their opening hours correctly?? Never again...neither in-store nor by appointment... Thanks for nothing...

So, our evening actually started off well. There were five of us, and we all ordered pizza, which we had to wait a relatively long time for considering it was just pizza. It was quite good, though we would have liked a bit more sauce, but that's a matter of taste. When we went to pay, we were a bit disappointed: 1. We waited ages for someone to see our hand signals before we finally went directly to the waiters and clearly stated that we wanted to pay. A few minutes later, no one had come, so we told a waitress again, who then finally brought the bill. 2. You CANNOT pay by card. These days, we live in a time where you can expect that. But there wasn't even a sign on the door saying that card payments weren't accepted. When we all had to pool our cash, the waitress said she had to go away and collect payment elsewhere. So, we waited again. So, if you want to eat here, you need to be prepared to wait.

We had antipasti platters and pizza bread. Very varied and tasty. The service was very friendly, and special requests were no problem. It's nice to have a good Italian restaurant in Lam again.

We spontaneously stopped in here to eat pizza. We were greeted somewhat coldly by an older lady, seemingly the owner of the establishment, and sat down in a dining room where the clock seemed to have stopped in the late 1980s. At first, the order seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the older lady, our server, seemed a bit confused. This was confirmed when the wrong pizza arrived. The kitchen then conjured up the requested dish in record time and apologized to us personally, although the fault lay in no way with the kitchen. Culinary-wise, the pizzas were spot on. Just as you would imagine an Italian pizza to taste and look like. Deliciously airy dough, homemade tomato sauce with finely balanced seasonings. Not burnt, but baked to a nice crispy finish. Ultimately, it was super delicious, because the guys in the kitchen are great, but the customer service was a disaster.

The pasta was very good, just like in Italy. (Better than in Italy!) We'd love to come back again.

We were skeptical at first because the building didn't look very inviting. The service was very warm. The food was fresh, prepared with excellent ingredients and we enjoyed it very much. Soooooo…. Others would have freaked out five times, but we tried to look at it in a fun way. The food was super tasty. Everything is fresh and the chef knows what he is doing. Very long waiting times for food. The service from the nice blonde waitress was good, even if she brought a portion of pasta to the wrong table and we therefore had to eat separately… not good. But a very nice and polite lady who should simply work somewhere else. There was a lot of noise in the kitchen because the organization probably wasn't the best, the kitchen help complained loudly about not getting clear work instructions. There was also an entertainment program. The price was okay, even if “various dishes” could not be assigned, later it turned out that parmesan and ciabatta bread were charged extra (little tip from us, just include it in the price then no one asks) All in all: someone who values ​​good service should not visit this restaurant. The food was still really tasty :)

You can tell that the food is freshly prepared from A to Z. The service was disastrous. The waitress was super friendly (please check when giving a tip that she actually gets it) and I don't think she is to blame for the poor organization. We ordered an appetizer that only came after 40 minutes. My friend's main course arrived after about 15 minutes. We're already at almost an hour. I only got my food after half an hour. We're already at 1.5 hours. The food tastes really delicious, but waiting 1.5 hours for it is a lot. Great food for a 1.5 hour wait. There was a constant argument in the kitchen, which you could hear throughout the shop. If you have a lot of time, you can eat there. But shouldn't ask for service. As I said, the only one who made an effort was the blonde waitress.

I ordered salad...wow there was really everything in there...fresh peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, carrots, leaf lettuce, everything was super crunchy...pizza 1A keep it up...the boss was super nice and the pizza maker too...simply great ...see you next time

We ordered from the pizzaria. After an hour we still have nothing. After almost 3 hours still nothing. Other people don't dare to say anything either. I paid for my drinks and left, not recommended.

Unfortunately zero stars are not possible!!! We ordered to be picked up and were told that the food would be ready for pick up at 7:15 p.m. Ultimately we received our food at 8:30 p.m. which, however, was unacceptable. The pasta we ordered was burned at the bottom of the packaging, the two pizzas were cold, small and oily, the salad had no taste and had far too much oil. While we waited, we talked to other guests who had also been waiting for their food for at least an hour and were willing to pay for their drinks and go without eating. This restaurant is not recommended and working in the kitchen should be reconsidered.

Went there at 6:30 p.m., ordered our food, after two hours there was still no food on the table, then the waitress came and said after two hours the number doesn't exist and then the announcement that people would pick it up first. There were 3 pickups during this time. Then I saw other people's pizza was charred. So never again in this store. There are better pizzas in Lam.

We ordered food there for the first and last time today! Pizza Margarita with extra toppings - the toppings were charged for but were not available. Salad for a whopping €10 without dressing and the gratinated pasta with whole slices of ham. Everything is simply underground!

Food and service is very good. The pizza maker was very friendly and I had probably the nicest calzone I've ever eaten. Just like the calzone, the prosciutto and the mixed salad also tasted very good. The salad was plentiful and varied. The ambience is okay, still in the nice style of the 90s... 😉 It is clean and tidy.

We were looking for refreshment after a hike in Osser and got very good pizzas here. The nice Italian lady took good care of us and the price was right too. We can recommend the restaurant *****

Quaint little pizzaria. Yes, it's not modern or anything like that, but the waitresses are nice and the food is delicious 😊. The waitress also explained to us that the owner charges less for food and drinks for the sake of the ambience. We have a bill of less than €31 for 2 beers, 1 wine spritzer and 2 pizzas. I think that's more than fair, almost a bit too cheap to be honest! Gladly again and just a recommendation if you don't mind 70s charm 🫶!

We ordered take away. After the 20 minutes we were told it wasn't ready and the lady was a bit overwhelmed. The pizzas were okay, unfortunately the salad wasn't dressed with vinegar and oil. It's a shame, we can't recommend this pizzeria.

Positive, our 2 dogs were allowed. The food, pizza fruti del mare, rigatoni al forno - came quickly and was excellent and made for the very hungry. Everything eaten up. Prices very reasonable. We waited almost 1 hour 45 minutes for our pizzas. The only service has a cheerful nature ;-) It may be that there is a shortage of staff. Guests should be made aware of this beforehand. Then I can adjust or leave. The pizzas weren't bad. Unfortunately, two were very burned and that's bitter after such a long wait.

The food wasn't bad, but after waiting for over an hour with four small children, we almost lost our appetite. The drinks alone were only served after almost half an hour. We also found out that staff were unavailable. We could have been informed of this problem beforehand.

People still cook with love here and it shows. We were very satisfied.

The ambience is pleasant, the furniture was left sometime in the 80s, but it is clean and tidy. The attention to detail can be seen in the fresh cut flowers on every table. Gladly again.

Overwhelmed staff, food for 8 people (4x pizza/pasta each) came after over an hour and spread over 30 minutes, there was pasta instead of pizza, lukewarm, overcooked spaghetti and carbonara in starter format. Pizza and the rest were good. Bad service, 2 rounds of drinks only after asking twice and after we answered the question of whether everything was good with "that's fine", the senior manager started a loud discussion. As compensation there was Maoam for the children... a shame as we were looking forward to the evening on holiday

The tagiatelle had delicious and fresh ingredients. A good sauce, a touch too few spices. The rigatoni was very tasty. Creamy, delicious sauce and lots of cheese! The carbonara was tasty, but a bit dry. But without cream, as it should be. Great bacon! The Aglio Olio were really very oily. However, a good sharpness.

Just came back from the Italian restaurant, had a very good meal, the service was great.

I would like to say in advance that I'm not a particular pizza fan. Here it's like in Italy. Small but very good menu. Pizza, pasta and salads. That's about it. The dishes are brought to the table personally by the chef and the tiramisu was The crowning glory of the whole thing. The staff was super friendly and very familiar. We felt very comfortable and when the bill came, we were surprised at how cheap it was. Conclusion: If you want to have a good meal in Lam and the surrounding area, you should stop here. We will definitely be back.

Hier gibt‘s noch eine richtig gute italienische Pizza! Im Urlaub bin ich zufällig auf die Pizzeria „Zum Italiener“ gestoßen und war begeistert von der Pizza. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin!

Kulinarische Highlights durch italienische Handwerkskunst Wir haben bereits zwei Mal in diesem Lokal zu Abend gegessen und sind begeistert. Der Salat war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und großzügig mit guten Zutaten bestückt. Die Pizza meines Partners war ebenfalls sehr lecker und ansehnlich angerichtet. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch haben wir Pizzabrot, Calzone, Pizza Parma, Himbeertraum und Espresso bestellt. Die Pizzaprodukte waren mit gutem italienischen Olivenöl beträufelt. Da in meiner Küche ein gutes Olivenöl nie fehlen darf, habe ich hier eine gute Vergleichsbasis. Der Nachtisch aus Himbeeren, Gries, Pudding und Sahne war im wahrsten Sinne ein "Träumchen". Zudem wurde mir noch kostenlos ein zweiter Espresso von der freundlichen Dame gebracht, da die Schaumbildung beim ersten aus Ihrer Sicht nicht perfekt war. In einem auf Profit ausgerichtetemTouristenlokal wäre dies niemals passiert. Die Tasse war angewärmt, was ebenfalls ein Qualitätsmerkmal darstellt. Wir wurden bei beiden Besuchen persönlich vom Koch gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Ich war hier um Pizza mitzunehmen. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fiel mir auf, dass es die besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Die Speisekarte außen muss nicht aussehen als würde sie da seit 20 Jahren hängen und das Interieur braucht dringend mal ein Update. Der Steinbackofen sah benutzt aus, blieb aber kalt solang ich da war. Eine ältere Dame, die Inhaberin und Witwe des Gründers war sehr freundlich und nahm meine Bestellung auf. Das ging fix denn viel Betrieb war da nicht. Trotz der vielen Jahre in Deutschland sprach sie noch immer mit deutlichem Akzent, was allerdings auch irgendwie charmant ist, wenn man schon zum Italiener geht. In der Küche steht ihr Sohn. Und nachdem sie mir mehrfach versicherte wie wichtig ihr gute Zutaten seien, was angesichts der niedrigen Preise allerdings von vornherein fraglich war, brachte der Sohnemann dann drei Pizzen aus der Küche. Zuhause kam dann die Ernüchterung. Ich esse öfter mal bei echten Italienern (Sizilianern) Pizza und weiß wie die schmecken kann bzw. sollte. Diese hier hat damit nicht viel gemein. Sie ist okay aber mehr auch nicht. Es mag sein, dass der Papa das mal alles gut konnte, Sohnemann lieferte aber keine Glanzleistung ab. Die Pizza darf am Rand ruhig etwas verkohlt sein, der Boden aber nicht. Der Belag war okay. Vielleicht hatte der Mann nur mal einen schlechten Tag, keine Ahnung, aber ich werde wohl, sollte ich nochmal in der Gegend sein, auch mal den anderen Pizzabäckern eine Chance einräumen.

Waren letztes Wochenende zwei Mal hintereinander da. Die Besitzerin ist eine richtig nette und liebe Frau, die auch gerne mal einen Plausch mit einem hält. Wir hatten an beiden Abenden 2x Pasta und 2x Pizza sowie die Pizzabrote rot und weiß. Das Essen ist der Hammer! Die Carbonara ist extrem lecker, genau wie das weiße Pizzabrot (war uns lieber als das Rote). Die Preise sind ebenfalls komplett in Ordnung (2x Softdrink + Pizzabrot + Pizza + Carbonara knapp 40 Euro). Ich kann es nur komplett empfehlen!

Ich war beim Essen " Zum Italiener "der kurz neu geöffnet hatte in der Stadt und war sehr überrascht wie alles frisch und mit Liebe schmackhaft angerichtet war ich habe mir Pizza Tonno und gemischte Salat bestellt leider habe mein Telefon nicht dabei hatte konnte keine Bilder machen es hatte auch sehr gut geschmeckt und der Salat war wie frisch von Feld gerade gepflückt also so etwas habe schon lange nicht gesehen !!!!!

Meine "Pizza Gleißenberg" war sehr lecker, gut belegt, der Boden dünn, der Rand höher und knusprig. Allerdings war die Wartezeit, bis das Essen kam, viel zu lange! Wir waren sieben Personen. Zwischenzeitlich ist uns aufgefallen, dass andere Gäste, die deutlich später gekommen sind, sogar zwei bestellte Gänge vor uns bekommen haben. Das Lokal war gut gefüllt, dennoch ist die Wartezeit von 1:50 Std. schlichtweg viel zu lange! Wir hoffen für die Betreiber, dass sich dies deutlich positiv ändert!

Das Essen ist exzellent - wir hatten Spargel, Pizza und Pasta. Das Team sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ja, es dauert etwas länger aber wir warten lieber als anderswo mit Convenience-Food oder lieblos und schnell zubereiteten Speisen abgespeist zu werden. Die Preise sind zudem sehr moderat. Wir kommen gern wieder. Wichtig: aktuell nach Neueröffnung nur Barzahlung möglich.
