I was a little hungry. I ordered goulash soup, grilled pepperoni with garlic, and fried potatoes. The goulash was from a can. The pepperoni was sour and not fresh, even from the can. The fried potatoes were boiled potatoes that had been briefly heated in a pan; they were dry and flavorless (no salt). I couldn't eat it and would have to throw it away. What a shame. But the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Highly recommended! We were spontaneously in Kelkheim and discovered this fantastic Greek restaurant. Despite not having a reservation, we got a lovely seat on the heated terrace. The service was super friendly, the ambiance very cozy, and the menu offers a wide selection of delicious Greek specialties. I especially recommend the grilled octopus, the sardines as a starter, and the Athenian platter as a main course – everything was fantastic! You can tell right away that the chef and his team work with real passion. We felt completely at home. Definitely a reason for us to come back to Kelkheim – and we will do so with my team and family! We had a wonderful evening. We were seated with 12 people, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. The food was both exquisitely prepared and served. The grilled octopus and grilled halal lamb chops were excellent. The appetizers and salads were also all fresh and flavorful. The staff was patient, friendly, and service-oriented. There were five of us, we all ordered something different, and each of the five dishes was a solid 10 out of 10. 👌 The hosts are super welcoming, family-run, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, making for a wonderful conversation. We ate there in the evening – the restaurant was busy but not overcrowded. The atmosphere is very pleasant: warm, familiar, and typically Greek in style. The outdoor area also looks inviting and well-maintained. The service was friendly and attentive. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table. While it took a while for the food to arrive, the wait was worth it: the dishes were very well-seasoned, freshly prepared, and visually appealing. The grilled dishes are particularly noteworthy – the meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The side dishes, such as fries, fried potatoes, and tzatziki, were also impressive. The portions are generous, as you would expect from a good Greek restaurant. The value for money is also good: the prices are mid-range and fully justified given the quality and quantity. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable evening with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're looking for traditional Greek cuisine in a relaxed setting, this is the place to go.

This was our first and last time here. Despite the reviews, the food was unfortunately mediocre. The worst part was the service – unfortunately, it was so bad that I can't think of a time when I've ever had such a bad experience. - Staff overwhelmed - Service manager doesn't understand the concept of service (we waited over 2 hours for our food without a proper apology, to the point where a meal was forgotten) - The atmosphere in the restaurant was tense and unpleasant.

Generally speaking, you can get good Greek food here. I got the Athenian platter I ordered quickly. The drinks also arrived quickly. The gyro was very dry, but flavorful. The tzatziki was excellent.

We had dinner here for the first time last night, as our aunt had invited us. We were absolutely thrilled!!! The lovely waitresses radiate charm and wit, creating a homely atmosphere. With their heart and attention to the guests' wishes, you feel truly at home here. The food was delicious for us (7 people). A huge compliment to the kitchen!!! Unfortunately, we live about 250 km from Kelkheim, otherwise we would be regular guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening!

The best tzatziki I've ever eaten. The meat skewers at other Greek restaurants are usually dry, but not here. Excellent service and very comfortable chairs. It's busy, so reserving a table is a good idea.

I can only recommend this Greek. The prices are upper middle class, but they are off. In my opinion, justified and deserved. I had a gyro plate with fries, salad and tzatziki. He only has a small yard for parking, there. 5 to 6 cars fit in and it's all really tight. However, there is the possibility of parking around the restaurant. Find one that isn't too far away. This is the only drawback, otherwise from my point of view everything is great

We hadn't reserved a table in advance and were still treated nicely and courteously. The food was freshly prepared and was super tasty! The service was sensational and exemplary accommodating! We would love to come back and recommend this restaurant 100%!

We recently ordered something to eat. When we got home and opened the packaging, we discovered that all of the fries were missing from one menu and the biftekis were not included in the Athens platter. This was the second time that paid for meals were not complete. The first time, the entire tzatziki was missing. At that time we were promised that we would replace this price with the next order. Unfortunately, the boss wasn't there on the day of the new order, so we didn't receive the promised discount. After discovering that the food was missing, we called and were told that nothing could be done because there was too much going on. We should write an email. It's actually outrageous not to be there for the customer when there's a complaint. We wrote the email and after two days the boss contacted us and said he would refund us the money for the missing food. Unfortunately we didn't get the promised amount refunded but only €16.20 (however he arrived at the price). We then wrote another email asking us to refund the promised amount that was still outstanding. Unfortunately no response has been received to date. Our conclusion: we won't be ordering anything there again and we won't be making any further recommendations. It's a shame how customers are treated.

We ordered dishes to be picked up here a few days ago. My family enjoyed their selected dishes, but I didn't think my cream schnitzel was that great. The cream sauce was much too liquid (like milk) and when there was little left, it suddenly became extremely bitter. The schnitzel itself had a good breading, but the meat was too dry and should have been a little juicier. In general, the fries of all dishes were very lightly seasoned. You can park for a short time in the yard next door, but I definitely wouldn't order schnitzel here again.

If you want to ignore your carbon footprint for a moment and eat delicious meat, you've come to the right place. Various grill plates, delicious gyros and tzatziki are recommended. The service is top, you feel welcome from the first moment. The outdoor tent with patio heaters is a clever idea, but takes some getting used to.

We went to the restaurant for lunch today. I ordered the grilled salmon with mustard sauce, potatoes and vegetables from the daily menu. But I wanted pasta instead of potatoes. I got the salmon with a light sauce and noodles. When I asked, the waitress explained to me that I had run out of vegetables and that I was given a salad (which my wife had received in advance). After I tried the sauce and realized that it wasn't a mustard sauce, the waitress explained to me that the chef thought that since I wanted the pasta instead of the potatoes, I would also like the light sauce instead of the mustard sauce. All of this without asking. But the highlight was that the full price was charged on the bill, even though I didn't receive any vegetables, salad or mustard sauce. When asked again, the waitress said that this was a communication problem between her and the kitchen. She didn't offer any accommodation. The food was tasty but it wasn't what I ordered.

Our food was ok, service too. However, if at the end a Greek schnapps is distributed to the house at the next table and you then have to pay for it yourself, on the grounds that it is only intended for regular customers, this is insulting when you consume almost €130. For us, that was it with this restaurant.

Despite a spontaneous visit without a reservation, everything was done to get a place. The food was also very tasty and high quality. Together with the very courteous service, it deserves 5 stars. Keep it up!

The Greek restaurant has some fish dishes on its menu. We had 2 dishes and were very disappointed. The first fish dish {swordfish} was still half raw. We let it go back. Some canned vegetables with the fish...cauliflower...carrots...not very suitable and tasty.... The swordfish didn't taste like much and was very dry.....It's better to eat fish at an Italian restaurant.

Maybe the clientele in Kelkheim isn't as demanding, but for me this was the worst prepared food I've ever tasted from Greeks. I'm even more surprised by high Google ratings. The meat was burnt and the salad and main course were served carelessly. The dishes alone, in hessian green with dark brown spots, spoil your appetite. However, the staff is very friendly. Not recommendable.

Seit Jahren auf qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr gutem Niveau, in die Inneneinrichtung wurde auch investiert. Draußen kann man auch schön sitzen, in der kalten Jahreszeit im beheizten Zelt. Zu fünf Sternen fehlen Tischdecken, etwas entspannterer Service und nicht so extrem hohe Preise: Martini 6,80 Euro. Parkplätze sind rar.

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr aufmerksames nettes Personal. Wie freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
