Zum Hirschen in Kemnath

Room was clean and tidy. Room had a balcony which was very nice. Breakfast was ok. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the WiFi is absolutely bad and the TV is also outdated. All in all the hotel was ok and recommended.

Unfortunately that was nothing. Everything is out of date. The room in the last... key with which about 10 more doors can be opened. Not clean, the worst thing was the pile that was still in the toilet😖 At least the bed was good. At the reception.. No idea who it was but no information, didn't even know where our room was, no information where what was when. Breakfast was catastrophic, for the price, nothing there, nothing to eat, no dishes, just nothing, not even a free place. Stood around for 15 minutes... No one was interested. Most of them very rude and unprofessional. Just sad. Not recommended 😔🙄

Friendly staff, breakfast good... Rooms cozy and tidy, which is great, all rooms with balconies. Otherwise there's not much going on in the town, there's only a bakery and a restaurant

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gepflegter Einrichtung und Umgebung. Freundliches Personal und echt tolles Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind groß und wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist normal, das Bett komfortabel. Wir haben uns in den Hollerhöfen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, denn da gab es nichts. Hatten reserviert, nur wusste davon bei Ankunft keiner mehr was. Es gab aber noch Zimmer. Hotelzimmer sind i.O. nur leider kein Internet und Duschkopfhalterung im Bad gebrochen. Scheint schon länger so zu sein und auch niemanden zu interessieren. Nächstes mal lieber woanders hin....
