My favorite restaurant in the area! Always tasty, affordable, always friendly service staff and an absolutely rustic mining atmosphere that couldn't be better in the Erzgebirge.

Interior decor is very nice. There are many places in the shade outside. Food is not expensive and is of high quality and tastes very good. There is also a large selection on the menu, whether meat, fish or completely vegetarian, everything is possible. Service staff are fast, professional, personable and also understand humor.

Von außen betrachtet ist das Gebäude, in dem sich das Restaurant befindet, eigentlich ziemlich unscheinbar, so Richtung DDR-Zweckbau. Betritt man aber das Restaurant, fühlt man sich in einen Bergwerksstollen versetzt. Siehe dazu die vorhandenen Fotos der Lokalität. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die sich gleich von Beginn an um einen kümmert und für Extra-Wünsche ein offenes Ohr hat. Deutsche Küche, regional und deftig. Portionen reichlich. Als Absacker sei ein „Grubenfeuer“ empfohlen, ein 60-%iger Kräuter, der am Tisch entzündet wird. Lecker! Und räumt auf! Preise im normalen Rahmen. Fazit: so gut, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden. Und ein größeres Kompliment kann man ja eigentlich nicht machen.

Unfortunately my food was cold. Of course the waitress asked why I didn't say it until afterward, but I didn't want to cause any trouble. The plate was not preheated. Otherwise it tasted good. Prices are good.

An unforgettable experience in the Ore Mountains: Restaurant “Zum Füllort” Short trip, great luck: My travel group and I spent two days in the beautiful Ore Mountains, more precisely in Schneeberg and Aue-Bad Schlema. We were looking for a cozy restaurant for the evening and quickly came across the “Zum Füllort” in Aue-Bad Schlema. Spontaneity and helpfulness: Although the restaurant was almost fully booked, the committed and customer-oriented staff managed to get us a table through clever rescheduling. Unique ambience: When we entered the restaurant, we were amazed. The facility is modeled on a mining tunnel, which particularly fascinated us as former miners. You can tell how much attention to detail goes into the design - an absolute highlight! Excellent service and delicious food: The staff was friendly, courteous and always attentive. Our meals were rich, appetizingly prepared and tasted excellent. An evening with lasting impressions: After two and a half comfortable hours, we said goodbye with the firm decision to definitely come back if we visit the region again. “Zum Füllort” is a restaurant that I can highly recommend to anyone, regardless of their interest in mining. Conclusion: An all-round successful evening in a unique atmosphere with delicious food and friendly service. Good luck and see you soon!

We didn't have a reservation and were allowed to eat on site despite the full house! Great atmosphere and very good food. The staff is super nice and the food is prepared quickly.

Went to the Füllort for a birthday party. Very friendly service, we had small children with us, they got their food first and were very happy. The food is very tasty, the chef knows his craft. Bismuth atmosphere life, like in the shaft. Built with real wooden bracing. We recommend the foot flaps and the riser plate.

We held our annual thank you event from the club, one scale higher there. The buffet is terrific and always very tasty, unfortunately you can never test everything, but I have never had a complaint. The service for a large event with 150+ people was always carried out quickly and professionally. Waiting times were rarely a problem.

The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The furniture is rustic and the food is very good and based on the area. We have been there several times and will go again.

It takes getting used to, but it's charming, the service is actually good, the food and drinks come quickly as that's the only thing to complain about that there is no guest WiFi but, well, man is also there to eat

A quaint restaurant. Designed as a mining tunnel with devotional items from mining and the GDR. Honest food without a lot of chichi and hard-working and very friendly service. The menu also includes dishes that are already familiar from Eastern times. The restaurant is recommended.

Very nice Erzgebirge ambience where you eat like you're in a stollen. There was plenty of food, but my red cabbage had been in the pot for too long and tasted just like that. Price/performance could be better. Service was very nice.

We (2 people) were in Füllort at the beginning of February. Ambience great, service polite and open-minded, food was great! We had the cheese platter, the tomato and cheese schnitzel and, for dessert, apple strudel (world class!!). We recommend!

Without words, we ate there three times and were always greeted in a very friendly manner and the service was really great. The food is also highly recommended!!!!! There is also a lot of information about the region.

Beautifully rustic, fitting for the region and its history. I had a game goulash with mushrooms and dumplings, with a bock beer. As a starter there was spicy meat. Apple strudel for dessert. Everything was tasty.

Really nice quaint restaurant. As a Ruhrpottler you feel very comfortable here, as it is designed like an old mountain tunnel. The team is very friendly and attentive. The meals were very, very tasty. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Aue. Highly recommended.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen zum Neinerlaa-Essen. Es war sehr lecker und der Service war Spitze trotz vollem Lokal. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

War heute mit einem Kollegen dort zum Mittagessen. Ich hatte das Schweineschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und mein Kollege hatte den Burger gegessen. Die Portionen sind sehr ausgewogen und das Essen und das Ambiente waren sehr lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Gaststätte definitiv weiterempfehlen 😊👍

Wer in der Nähe ist, sollte hier einmal vorbeischauen und den Hutzenburger probieren. Großartiger Geschmack zum kleinen Preis. Aber auch die Vorspeise "Linsen" schmeckt sehr lecker. Dazu noch die freundliche Bedienung, alles in allem ein sehr nettes Ambiente und leckeres Essen zum kleinen Preis.

Es war eine brutale Mahlzeit, die hier verrichtet wurde, anders ist es nicht auszudrücken - der Hutzenburger war wirklich ein ganz neuer Endgegner, lange nicht mehr so eine delikate Geschmacksexplosion erlebt. Das Personal und die anderen Gäste waren zudem eine wirkliche Bereicherung, da kann ich mich an der Stelle nur noch mit einem herzlichen GLÜCK AUF für diesen exzellenten Service bedanken!

Dieses urige Restaurant hat den Charme des Erzgebirges perfekt widergespiegelt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich zu weilen etwas frech aber auf lustige Art, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Essen ist reichlich und sehr lecker.

Wir hatten am 18.11.2023 in der Bergmannshoffnung eine Feierlichkeit. Es war alles perfekt. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Ambiente sowieso. Aber ein riesengroßen Dank an unsere Kellnerin. Sie setzte dem schönen Abend noch die Krone auf. Das war Service den man sich wünscht.

Einfach mal hingehen mit Freunden oder Verwandten und ihr werdet sehen das es gemütlich ist. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Also zieht los und schlagt euch die Bäuche voll. Preislich ist es nicht zu teuer. Also einen guten.

Hier ist es urig gemütlich. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Bedienung war super nett. Extrawünsche wurden auch ohne Probleme entgegen genommen. Es ging auch super fix und das Essen war lecker.

Der nachempfunden Bergbaustollen bietet ein besonderes Ambiente und durch das freundliche Personal wird der Aufenthalt sehr heimelich. Besonders ist, dass man auch nach 14.00 Uhr noch etwas zu essen bekommt. Auf der vielfältigen Speisekarte findet bestimmt jeder etwas.

Das etwas andere Restaurant. Man denkt man sitzt ist einem alten Wismut Schacht und daran erinnert auch die ganze Deko. Das Ambiente und der Service ist top sowie der Preis angemessen für das was auf dem Teller zu finden war. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen es unseren Freunden.

War als Busfahrer mit einer Reisegruppe dort zum Essen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Ambiente im nachgebauten Stollen einfach fantastisch. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Wir haben hier hervorragend gegessen. Preis-Leistung ist spitze. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Uriges Lokal sehr traditionell gehalten. Gefällt uns, empfehlen wir sehr gern weiter.

Ein unglaublich eigenartiges Restaurant, unfreundliche Bedienung und das Essen alles andere als lecker :/ eine herbe Enttäuschung. Der beste Tipp der Kellnerin "Keine Fischstäbchen bestellen oder wollen Sie Ihrem Kind wirklich gepressten Fischabfall anbieten??" Die Liste dieser dummen Sprüche könnte noch ewig weiter geführt werden .... keinesfalls Empfehlenswert!

Netter Kellner, Essen ging so...

Meine Familie und ich sind nun schon das 4. Mal hier essen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und es ist immer sehr lecker. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich, man wird super schnell bedient und wenn Zeit ist, gibt es auch mal ein kurzes Schwätzchen zwischen dem Gast und dem Personal. Wir sind der Meinung, als Gast kannst du dich dort sehr aufgehoben fühlen. Lg Fam. Heller Ps. Ein großes Kompliment an eure selbstgemachte Limonade, die ist immer wieder frisch und lecker!!! ☺️
