Yes, I've been there twice and I'm always surprised by the friendliness and the service and the taste of the food. There were 33 of us and we had pre-ordered food, it worked really well, we were able to eat together and the food was hot. The service was friendly, prompt and considerate. I was very disappointed with my meal. The price-performance ratio is not right there. I was looking forward to cured beef tongue with peas and potatoes. The plate was full of peas that were very al dente, with 5 thin slices of tongue and 3 mini potatoes on top for 19.80 euros. I find that very bold. The restaurant is very quaint and the staff is very nice, but the quality of the food needs to be worked on.

We were there on December 16th. back here for dinner. Despite Christmas parties and full restaurants, we managed to get a reservation for three people at short notice. Very nice, friendly and helpful service. Great food again, the place hasn't lost any of its coziness. A very nice, cozy place. Very nice service, rustic atmosphere and really great food. When we are back in the Erzgebirge, we will definitely come back.

Went to the mountain parade in Schneeberg! As a native of Schlema, I naturally wanted to show the family the restaurant “zum Füllort”. It was closed both days 😳 Because of wealth or lack of staff?? Probably the latter. It's all going downhill!! Hopefully this house can be kept.

There was a notice outside in the opening times that you have to pay a service fee of €75 for every hour of extension outside opening hours. Not only that 😧. The service person told us that we had to find out more about the website or read the notice beforehand. I am not obliged to do that, even though we called. This information should have come from the restaurant. Do you have so few guests that you are doing such a rip-off? And is this amount even legal? It's a shame!!! I'm not coming back.

We have been guests in Bad Schlema for many years and therefore always stop at the “Fülort”. Good Saxon home cooking, lovingly prepared on the plates and served quickly and friendly by nice waitresses. The price/performance ratio is perfectly fine, the offering is extensive, there is something for everyone. The dishes are very tasty across the board. The “girls” usually make it possible to find one or two seats even when there is a lack of space. We always enjoy coming here and remain loyal to the restaurant.

My favorite restaurant in the area! Always tasty, affordable, always friendly service staff and an absolutely rustic mining atmosphere that couldn't be better in the Erzgebirge.

Interior decor is very nice. There are many places in the shade outside. Food is not expensive and is of high quality and tastes very good. There is also a large selection on the menu, whether meat, fish or completely vegetarian, everything is possible. Service staff are fast, professional, personable and also understand humor.

Von außen betrachtet ist das Gebäude, in dem sich das Restaurant befindet, eigentlich ziemlich unscheinbar, so Richtung DDR-Zweckbau. Betritt man aber das Restaurant, fühlt man sich in einen Bergwerksstollen versetzt. Siehe dazu die vorhandenen Fotos der Lokalität. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die sich gleich von Beginn an um einen kümmert und für Extra-Wünsche ein offenes Ohr hat. Deutsche Küche, regional und deftig. Portionen reichlich. Als Absacker sei ein „Grubenfeuer“ empfohlen, ein 60-%iger Kräuter, der am Tisch entzündet wird. Lecker! Und räumt auf! Preise im normalen Rahmen. Fazit: so gut, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden. Und ein größeres Kompliment kann man ja eigentlich nicht machen.

We were looking for a cozy restaurant for the evening and quickly came across the “Zum Füllort” in Aue-Bad Schlema. Spontaneity and helpfulness: Although the restaurant was almost fully booked, the committed and customer-oriented staff managed to get us a table through clever rescheduling. Unique ambience: When we entered the restaurant, we were amazed. The facility is modeled on a mining tunnel, which particularly fascinated us as former miners. You can tell how much attention to detail goes into the design - an absolute highlight! Excellent service and delicious food: The staff was friendly, courteous and always attentive. Our meals were rich, appetizingly prepared and tasted excellent. An evening with lasting impressions: After two and a half comfortable hours, we said goodbye with the firm decision to definitely come back if we visit the region again. “Zum Füllort” is a restaurant that I can highly recommend to anyone, regardless of their interest in mining. Went to the Füllort for a birthday party. Very friendly service, we had small children with us, they got their food first and were very happy. The food is very tasty, the chef knows his craft. Bismuth atmosphere life, like in the shaft. Built with real wooden bracing. We recommend the foot flaps and the riser plate.
