The chef and waitress were incredibly friendly. We got a seat at the bar without a reservation. The food was incredibly delicious. We had an Alpine Cordon Bleu and a Strindberg. I'd love to come back.

We decided to stop there for lunch today. The service was super friendly. Absolutely delicious, and I have to say I highly recommend the food. And the prices are reasonable compared to other places. We'd happily go back and highly recommend it!

The food is very good and reasonably priced, too. The meat was truly delicious, and the dishes had a great flavor. If we ever return to Zwickau, we'll definitely return to the restaurant.

It's always great to eat here. In the summer, you can sit outside. The interior is chic and cozy. The service is fast and friendly. The food is delicious; we only eat veal schnitzel here, and occasionally there are seasonal dishes like chanterelles. They also offer excellent catering. We will definitely be returning. Thank you very much! We celebrated my birthday here another day. Great! There's now also a very nice room for parties or larger groups.

Today was our first visit to this beautiful and stylishly decorated restaurant. The ambiance, the breathtaking atmosphere, the super friendly and welcoming staff, and the outstanding food more than won us over. The menu has something for everyone. I highly recommend eating there. You rarely find something as all-around amazing these days. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work ♥️

Absolutely clear recommendation! The host was super nice and warm, absolutely professional despite the stress! The atmosphere is very cozy, everything is clean, modern and tidy. Everyone really enjoyed the food!! Top! Great selection of dishes, including vegetarian! The prices are absolutely ok. Bonus: The smaller children were taken care of first so that there was no frustration, and anyone who has children knows what I mean ;) 101% recommendation 😉

Down-to-earth inn with delicious food and very friendly service.

We were there today very spontaneously with our two children and were greeted and served very warmly and nicely. The restaurant was completely full, every table was occupied, but we still had our food fresh and hot on the table within about 15 minutes. The food was very good and the prices were absolutely reasonable. All in all, definitely recommended.

If you're in Zwickau, you have to eat there 👍

I arrived at 1:20 knowing that the closing time was 2, and they told me that they could no longer serve me. They clearly didn't feel like working. After having detoured them 10 km to eat at their restaurant. Thanks but next time we will look for another place.

We ate there as a larger group (approx. 20) and admittedly, I was a bit skeptical beforehand. From the name of it I expected good German cuisine but I was disabused of it. I have rarely eaten as well as I did here. The fish was juicy and everything came together perfectly. Requests were addressed and the rest of the service was also top. Gladly again! 🙂

We ate there as a large group. We were greeted very nicely, the staff was courteous and in a good mood and also had fun. Food and drinks were great. The evening was great all around and if I was in Zwickau again, I would go there again at any time.

It was our 10th wedding anniversary today and we spontaneously went to the restaurant and were lucky to get a place for two people. As always, the food was super delicious, the service was super nice and attentive. Simply magnificent. We can only recommend it. Thank you very much for the lovely evening. We'll definitely be back.

It was my first time in Dortmund and I was immediately impressed. Starting with the very loving and warm service, which took care of the guests very regularly, to the excellent food. Today we spontaneously went to the Dortmunder and were given a very friendly welcome and found a place for two despite the full tables. We were thrilled by the ambience, there was something to look at everywhere, everything fit together well and given the time of year, it was very cozy. The waitresses were super nice, you could tell they live and love their job. Our food was incredibly tasty and we had already decided we had to go back and eat our way through the menu 😉 highly recommended

A restaurant with tradition already existed in the GDR era. VERY good food and the service is also very nice. This is still cuisine with a taste for German cuisine. There are hardly any in Zwickau anymore. Great, please keep it up.

Really really good - food, service and ambience - just great. You feel welcome and we are served super quickly and with a quick saying. The food is so good that it's hard to make a decision. It's a shame that the distance is not 5 but 50 km. Highly recommended, many people know that - so pre-order ;-)

Long-established, rustic restaurant with a hospitable landlord who always has a kind word for his guests. The food is very good 👍 German, Saxon, down-to-earth. This restaurant has been around for many years and was simply great for the current landlord's dad. Keep it up.

This restaurant is cozy with a nostalgic atmosphere. It's not a typical beer bar, the menu is sufficient but not as "home-style" as I expected. Like everywhere else, prices here have risen significantly. The friendly service was above average.
