Zum Dortmunder in Zwickau

5 Sterne absolut verdient! Wir hatten als Vorspeise das Würzfleisch und als Hauptgang das Alpen-Cordon-Bleu. Beides war hervorragend zubereitet und geschmacklich einfach ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität der Speisen war top und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem war die Bedienung ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Ein rundum gelungener Restaurantbesuch mit leckerem Essen und tollem Service. Wir können das Restaurant zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben auf unserer Stadttour im Dortmunder gegessen. Wir sind superfreundlich empfangen worden. Wir hatten zwar keine Reservierung, aber an der Theke war noch Platz. Sehr gute Atmosphäre. Bier vom Fass, und ein supergutes reichliches Essen zum normalen Preis. Hierbei einen lieben Gruß an die Mutti in der Küche. Supernettes Familienbetrieb, wo man sich als Gast sehr wohl fühlt. Wir kommen wieder.....

Ich war heute spontan mit meiner Tochter zum Mittagessen hier. Wir haben noch einen Tisch bekommen, ohne vorher zu reservieren. Wir hatten beide Schnitzel mit Spargel. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich. 👍🏻👍🏻

Ambiente und Essen wirklich gut . Schnelle und pfiffige Bedienung. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für die Getränkepreise . Bier für 6,50€ für Zwickauer Verhältnisse eher überzogen.

Rustikale und doch auch moderne Einrichtung. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal bei doch recht gehobenen Preisen. Speisen und Getränkeauswahl übersichtlich und schmackhaft.

Wir waren diese Woche mit ein paar Kollegen essen. Wir sind selten soo freundlich empfangen und betreut worden. Das Essen war absolut perfekt, der Service sowieso. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir planen bereits den nächsten Besuch .

Ich habe eine Lokalität für eine Mädels-Runde gesucht und gefunden. Das Essen und der Service sind super. Wir werden euch öfter besuchen 🤘

Die Bedienung war super freundlich, das Essen war leider nicht so der Knaller, für den Preis. Für diesen Preis erwartet man es etwas hochwertiger. Mein Salat hat alt geschmeckt vorallem das Dressing und die Pommes waren leider labbrig. Außerdem ist mir mein halbes Gericht vom Teller gerutscht, weil dieser viel zu klein für die Portion war. Im Großen und Ganzen ok, würde aber nicht nochmal hin gehen.

Ich war spontan am Montagabend im Restaurant – und was soll ich sagen: Volltreffer 😋 Richtig starkes Gesamtpaket: tolle Atmosphäre, geschmacklich auf den Punkt, perfektes Timing aus der Küche und ein Service, der aufmerksam ist, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Können gearbeitet wird. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten geschmacklichen Besuch! LG Tom Loose

Heute nach 30 Jahren mal wieder zum Essen das Restaurant in Zwickau zum Mittagessen aufgesucht, im Zuge eines Besuchs der alten Heimat. Zum Dortmunder. Was soll ich sagen. Es war absolut überragend. Vom Anruf für eine Reservierung, Empfang, Bedienung und das Essen selbst. Absolute Empfehlung - so wie damals als der Papa des Besitzers noch das Lokal geführt hatte! Einfach Mega. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Macht weiter so....🫶

We were a group of seven at the restaurant today. We spontaneously decided to go at lunchtime on a recommendation and were able to get a table. We received a very friendly welcome and the service was impeccable! The food itself was excellent quality and the atmosphere was very relaxing! Highly recommended! :)

We had our Christmas party yesterday and were thrilled. The food was excellent, the owners clearly love their work, and the atmosphere was first-class. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

It's always great to eat here. In the summer, the outdoor seating is lovely. Inside, it's stylish and cozy. The service is quick and friendly. The food is delicious; we only eat veal schnitzel here, and occasionally they have seasonal dishes like chanterelles. They also offer fantastic catering. We will definitely remain loyal customers. Thank you so much! We even celebrated my birthday here another time. It was superb! They now also have a very nice room available for parties or larger groups. New photos: Filet steak, one medium for my wife and rare for me. Grilled to perfection—what more could you want? The last picture shows a crispy, delicious veal schnitzel. Simply superb, thank you so much! :-)

The chef and waitress were incredibly friendly. We got a seat at the bar without a reservation. The food was incredibly delicious. We had an Alpine Cordon Bleu and a Strindberg. I'd love to come back.

Absolutely clear recommendation! The host was super nice and warm, absolutely professional despite the stress! The atmosphere is very cozy, everything is clean, modern and tidy. Everyone really enjoyed the food!! Top! Great selection of dishes, including vegetarian! The prices are absolutely ok. Bonus: The smaller children were taken care of first so that there was no frustration, and anyone who has children knows what I mean ;) 101% recommendation 😉

Cozy atmosphere, warm and cheerful service and delicious food

We were there today very spontaneously with our two children and were greeted and served very warmly and nicely. The restaurant was completely full, every table was occupied, but we still had our food fresh and hot on the table within about 15 minutes. The food was very good and the prices were absolutely reasonable. All in all, definitely recommended.

If you're in Zwickau, you have to eat there 👍

I arrived at 1:20 knowing that the closing time was 2, and they told me that they could no longer serve me. They clearly didn't feel like working. After having detoured them 10 km to eat at their restaurant. Thanks but next time we will look for another place.

We ate there as a larger group (approx. 20) and admittedly, I was a bit skeptical beforehand. From the name of it I expected good German cuisine but I was disabused of it. I have rarely eaten as well as I did here. The fish was juicy and everything came together perfectly. Requests were addressed and the rest of the service was also top. Gladly again! 🙂

We ate there as a large group. We were greeted very nicely, the staff was courteous and in a good mood and also had fun. Food and drinks were great. The evening was great all around and if I was in Zwickau again, I would go there again at any time.

It was our 10th wedding anniversary today and we spontaneously went to the restaurant and were lucky to get a place for two people. As always, the food was super delicious, the service was super nice and attentive. Simply magnificent. We can only recommend it. Thank you very much for the lovely evening. We'll definitely be back.

It was my first time in Dortmund and I was immediately impressed. Starting with the very loving and warm service, which took care of the guests very regularly, to the excellent food. Today we spontaneously went to the Dortmunder and were given a very friendly welcome and found a place for two despite the full tables. We were thrilled by the ambience, there was something to look at everywhere, everything fit together well and given the time of year, it was very cozy. The waitresses were super nice, you could tell they live and love their job. Our food was incredibly tasty and we had already decided we had to go back and eat our way through the menu 😉 highly recommended

A restaurant with tradition already existed in the GDR era. VERY good food and the service is also very nice. This is still cuisine with a taste for German cuisine. There are hardly any in Zwickau anymore. Great, please keep it up.

Really really good - food, service and ambience - just great. You feel welcome and we are served super quickly and with a quick saying. The food is so good that it's hard to make a decision. It's a shame that the distance is not 5 but 50 km. Highly recommended, many people know that - so pre-order ;-)
