I parked here with my van. I was told over the phone that reservation/payment is recommended online. The selection of pitches is excellent. Dinner is 15 meters from the van – I wanted to treat myself to that luxury. The cheese spaetzle was anything but disappointing.

This picture says it all... a pitch under the apple trees with a super nice family and great food. Despite the wedding and private gathering, preparing food was no problem at all for all the campers on site. And some took advantage of this offer. There was schnitzel and fries, medium-rare onion roast beef, spaetzle, and a fresh salad. The meat was of excellent quality. Afterwards, they even opened the farm shop for us, and we were treated to some delicious schnapps. It was a super nice, quiet pitch with delicious food and truly wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much for that; we would have loved to stay longer.

We spent two nights at the Brennerwirt with our 7m motorhome. You can choose your own pitch. While there's only one power pole, with plenty of plug-in spaces, free cable reels are provided for the more distant pitches. The location is lovely and quiet. There's very little traffic on the road in front of the campsite. The food is very good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Grey water can be drained on-site. Black water, if available, can only be disposed of organically (no chemicals). Guests have access to the restaurant's restrooms 24 hours a day. There's one men's restroom and two women's restrooms. We'd be happy to come back.

We stopped for a break after our walk along the Argen River. We were able to sit in the beer garden. The sausage salad was delicious. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for two days and used the RV parking space. We parked at the edge of the meadow, which had access to electricity. There's a restaurant with a good and delicious selection and a small farm shop with items from the Brennerwirt. We really enjoyed it there.

The "shop" is a real stunner! Delicious, affordable food and a young server who, despite the quickly filling place, remained calm and organized, and managed everything on her own thanks to her truly nimble feet. There are still young, hardworking girls in Germany after all. BRAVO!

The food was super tasty. We all loved the taste and the portion size. The staff was very friendly and quick. The meat comes from their own farm and they make everything themselves such as the salad dressing, liqueurs... and are also offered to take away. Very bad shop, the prices are too high for the quality of the food, the toilets are far too dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. There were crumbs from other guests all over the table and my plate was also dirty. Under no circumstances should I eat there. I had diarrhea after eating

Had lunch here for the 2nd time, but very disappointing this time. Grill plate not as described on the menu, the meat only lightly fried and bland, the pork belly more boiled than grilled, inedible. And the herb butter according to the menu was missing. It's a shame because otherwise the service was top notch. Salads are highly recommended.

A new discovery for me. There were three of us, each one had a different one Eat and were satisfied. The only thing I would have liked was roasted and not melted onions for the onion roast. But maybe that can be clarified on the next visit. Great ambience and nice service. We'll be back.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the New Year's Eve special at the "Brennerwirt" - and it was simply perfect! With our 1-year-old daughter we were limited until 7 p.m., but everything worked out wonderfully. The meal was an absolute delight: the onion roast and the pork medallions were excellent - the quality of the ingredients is really noticeable. The dishes were served quickly, which was great for us as a family with small children. We were particularly impressed by the warm atmosphere and the child-friendliness of the team. There were high chairs and we felt completely welcome. The “Brennerwirt” is really a place where the love for regionality and quality is reflected. We would definitely like to come back – a clear recommendation!

After a snowy day on the Skywalk in Scheidegg, we were looking for a cozy restaurant to finish off and we found it here! We were served very quickly, the menu is extensive and there is something for everyone! The food was served very quickly and tasted very good! Service and ambience are very nice. Gladly again. The highlight was a tabby fur nose who didn't let us bother him and was super trusting. Class!!!!

The two of us were there on a Friday evening without an appointment, but we got 2 places straight away. Everyone was friendly, including the guests. The food was top. Goose leg and beef fillet medallions. It was a bit difficult to find, at first we thought the restaurant was closed but it is in the second building at the back.

We were there quite spontaneously on the way back from our holiday in Sardinia. The restaurant is a bit hidden in the back yard. At first we thought it was already closed because we couldn't see any light from the street. There were 2 adults and 2 children. Small menu but the dishes we had were great. The children's schnitzel was crispy but still juicy. My wife had the cheese spaetzle, which also tasted excellent, and I had the Allgäu “Büble” grill plate. The turkey steak from the grill was cooked to perfection and not a bit dry.

We spontaneously stayed here for one night in the motorhome and would love to come back. Let's start from the beginning. It's a purely family business and everyone pitches in. When we arrived, one of the sons immediately showed us where we could park and explained everything to us. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant and everything from the service to the food was great. There is no frozen food here... the quality of the products was fresh and not discounter goods. The younger daughter handled the service completely on her own and mastered it with flying colors. Many service staff can learn a lesson from that. Chapeau. Afterwards we bought one or two home-made products from the eldest son's own shop and went to sleep. We had a quiet night and would come back at any time. I do have one small comment... if you come to your place as a campervan and buy food and leave €100 for two people, I think it would be nice not to charge extra for the park/parking space.

Very long waiting time on Sunday evening, then "Kässpätzle" without cheese, quite a small amount overall, was served with limp onions. Other food (cold trilogy sausage salad, beef strips and sour cheese) was completely ok. - After complaints, however, drinks were on the house without any problems. Anyway.

I had a very nice, relaxing week and would come back at any time... Here you can spend a very nice time with the camper, in a wonderful ambience, lots of nature, animals on the farm, beautiful hikes, good bike paths. The space is generous. Electricity connection is available in the front seats. There is an option to empty the chemical toilet and gray water. Water and drinking water to refill is there. Toilets are accessible 24/7 (very clean), no shower facilities. Shops in town, about 700 m walking distance, as well as bus stops to visit the nearby towns (Wangen, Ravensburg, Lindau...). You can eat wonderfully in the in-house restaurant. Host/owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. A place where you are welcome and happy to come back.

The portions are very large and filling. At first the service was really quick even though everything outside was full... later I waited a long time for my dessert, about 20 minutes. We then went to the restaurant to pay (there we saw that it was also very full inside).

We ate very tasty food. Everything was freshly prepared and you could tell that the chef knows his craft and cooks with passion. Ambience was also great.

We booked a parking space for our motorhome because of the good reviews and the nice descriptions on the homepage. When we arrived, the first thing we were told was that there were no longer any parking spaces available in the orchard (booked online). At least on the map on the homepage it appears that you book nicely under the trees away from the road. We were then accommodated on the street. All I got was the unfriendly answer from the owner, which is what you actually want, all the places are nice, etc…. It's funny that 3 people already had the same problem that day, so you should look for the error here. There's a lot of traffic on the street during the day, right next to the parking space, it's not idyllic, quiet at night, although a few young people ran past shouting loudly. Okay, then the food. A breakfast buffet was booked and you got normal rolls, a plate with sausage, jam and fruit. There was coffee and orange juice to drink. Butter and milk only upon request. No comparison with what is written on the homepage, the quiet parking spaces in the orchard by the pond are also advertised here. Overall disappointing. The staff is very young and usually overwhelmed with questions.

I rate the camping option with 5 stars. Nice pitches, mostly quite flat, electricity connection, water and toilet are available. Very friendly host. The portions in the inn are very generous. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time until a waitress appeared at the table. It was probably a bit stressful at the time. As the stress subsided, the service became friendlier and more approachable.

Hier kann man eine sehr schöne Zeit mit dem Camper verbringen, in einem wunderschönen Ambiente, viel Natur, Tiere auf dem Hof, schöne Wanderungen, gute Fahrradwege. Der Platz ist großzügig bemessen. Stromanschluss ist vorhanden. Möglichkeit, die Chemietoilette und Grauwasser zu entleeren, ist gegeben. Wasser zum auffüllen ist da, jedoch kein Trinkwasser. Toiletten sind vorhanden ( sehr sauber ), keine Duschmöglichkeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, ca. 700 m Laufzeit, genauso Bushaltestellen, um die naheliegenden Ortschaften ( Wangen, Ravensburg, Lindau...) zu besuchen. In dem hauseigenen Restaurant kann man wunderbar essen. Gastgeber/Inhaber und Angestellte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Delicious food, loveless guest garden😢 The dogs at the next table were super sweet and well-behaved. Children ride bikes and scooters between the tables, that's not possible. I have 3 children myself, that's not appropriate. Consideration would be appropriate and demanded by the host if the parents can't get it together. So our meal was anything but relaxing.

We reserved a table for 4 people, which didn't work out. The tables in the garden/terrace are carelessly set and placed so close together that you end up sitting with strangers where you don't want to. There would be enough space that you could put the tables apart so you could have your privacy. The food was very disappointing... the chicken schnitzel was of very poor quality and the spaetzle too. (Go to Adler in Roggenzell, then you will taste what a good chicken schnitzel should be like and there will be homemade spaetzle to go with it) The sauce couldn't save the meal either. The whole meal only tasted like finished products. What's going on in your kitchen? Isn't cooking with love anymore? The sausage salad with beef salad was oversalted and the beef salad was still raw and bloody... when we complained about it, the waitress said... that's just the way it is now... we have a new chef who does it that way .. Oh dear, then that's just how it is...keep it up...there are many good restaurants that focus on quality and are even better priced than you...then you'll lose good customers, we don't have to eat at your place. ..then that's just how it is!!! There is one star for the free parking space.

Everything was very good except for the suckling pig. I expected a suckling pig fresh from the oven when it was offered as a suckling pig meal. The meat was cold, not crispy and warmed up. Everything else tasted good

For a restaurant with a 4.7 star rating, I have to admit that I was hoping for a little more. The first thing I noticed was that the online menu wasn't up to date. Once there was the cheese spaetzle, there was nothing to complain about. The second dish, the chicken schnitzel with fries, is even more so! The fries were too salty and the chicken schnitzel was not a fresh schnitzel, but a finished frozen product. Tk stands for frozen product. When you first cut it, you could immediately tell from the structure of the meat what kind of piece of meat it was. Unfortunately, that's what it tasted like. For the price, I definitely expect more.

Very friendly staff. An enthusiastic cook who adds great sauces to the perfectly prepared dishes. The portions are just right for athletes after a day of hiking. Brennerwirt's culinary delights were also very tasty. Tiramisu is highly recommended for dessert. We were there twice and were thrilled both times. There is an outdoor and indoor area. In the farm shop you can buy homemade distilled wine, delicious salad dressing and various types of vinegar (e.g. beer vinegar). Conclusion: highly recommended.

Located just outside of Neuravensburg, in the Schwarzenbach district (700 meters from the main street). Very cozy restaurant with large parking lot. Very friendly staff, fast service, very good food. Large portions, reasonable prices. In the pictures you can see a grill plate and chicken schnitzel. We would always eat there again if we stay overnight in Neuravensburg/Schwarzenbach.

Catering on a farm with a campsite, food is good, prices ok

A wonderful place for motorhome enthusiasts who are looking for peace and quiet and don't like full parking spaces where everyone just wants to show off their great vehicle. Great for bike tours. A beautiful beer garden and organic dishes for cyclists! Nice location. Shopping opportunities for schnapps, organic vinegar, organic eggs and organic beef from animals from our own farm. For once I'm eating meat again. I felt very comfortable here and would love to come back! Update June 2024: we came by bike and ate in the beer garden. About the menu: MENU changes cost plus 2.50 euros and if you can't manage everything, you pay 1 euros for packing up leftovers. When it comes to sausage salad you are asked: with bread or with fried potatoes. But they don't say that the fried potatoes cost plus 4.90 euros. I later discovered it on the menu. The portion of sausage salad with fried potatoes was really so big that I could barely finish it. When it came to the fried potatoes, I had the impression that they weren't fresh, as they were just soft and limp and there wasn't anything bad about them anymore... But what really bothered me this time was the completely dried-out oleander in the middle: so if it really looks that terrible (there was nothing green left on it and the poor plant really couldn't be saved) then it's better to leave the place empty! Otherwise, sitting in the beer garden is really nice and quiet. The waitress rarely asked questions. My companion was very satisfied. We looked around the farm shop and admired the large selection of liqueurs and schnapps.

Today, after we finally arrived at the Landhotel Mohren, we rushed straight to the Brennerwirt because we were hungry and the landlady recommended it to us. What can I say - great. Service bomb. We had our drinks and food within less than 15 minutes. The girls were super friendly and accommodating. We'll be back - vacation has just started 😉

Recommended by the owner of the local hotel we are staying. Drove to a farm like area and on the back of it all encountered a charming southern German restaurant with A-M-A-Z-I-N-G food! Really recommended. P.S.: perfect place if you are really hungry: huge portion!!!

May 2024. The restaurant is no longer recommended. My chicken schnitzel was undercooked, soggy and, in my opinion, consisted of anything but NOT chicken breast/meat. The fries were too dark and too hard, poor quality. Currant spritzer in a dirty glass and not very carbonated, the exchange of the second drink was just as bad and the glass was also dirty. I complained about the food and drinks, but nothing more than a “sorry” was said. The full price was charged even though I had the food and drink returned! It used to be good there, but not anymore.

Inn with RV parking space is highly recommended.
