Ich hatte die Gelegenheit in den letzten 3 Wochen bei Zum alten Kuhstall(5🌟), Oerather Mühle (5🌟) sowie Restaurant Hellena (1🌟) in Erkelenz zu essen, mit guten Gewissen kann ich auf jeden Fall Zum alten Kuhstahl sowie Oerather Mühle empfehlen. Ich bin mit Bewertungen vorsichtig aber ich liebe es zu kochen und essen. Wir waren zu 6 Personen dort. Hier habe ich Grill Teller bestellt. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert, die Portion war groß, das Essen war sehr lecker, Fleisch zart und Leber war der Hammer, Kellner sehr freundlich. Zum Schluss haben wir noch eine Überraschung (Kuchen mit Obst) bekommen. Wer hier schlechte Bewertung hinterlässt kann selbst nicht kochen und muss zu Hause alleine essen.. aber dann ist derjenige auch nicht zufrieden. Macht weiter so. Grosser Lob an den Koch👍

Wir waren heute mit 6 Personen hier essen. Es war sehr köstlich! Der Grillteller ist zu empfehlen, die Leber war zart und sehr sehr köstlich, ebenso die Metaxa Soße. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in einem kann man sagen, dass wir gerne wieder dort Speisen werden.

Hervorragende Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen, tolles Ambiente

Leider reicht es nach mehreren Besuchen nur noch für 2 Sterne. Habe Mineralwasser bestellt; und es kam eine schon geöffnete Glaskaraffe mit deutlichem Schimmel in der Innenseite des Verschlussdeckels, welcher auch starke Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigte - meiner Meinung nach kommt hier der Wassermaxe zum Einsatz!

Essen und Ambiente, sowie Service waren 1+ Habe meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und kann es jedem empfehlen

Schönes Lokal, sehr gemütlich. Essen ist super, habe nichts zu beanstanden und gehe gerne wieder dorthin!

Service sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, Essen top, hatte ein Rumpsteak, das war auf den Punkt! Ungefragt gab es einen kleinen Nachtisch, ein Kuchenstück und frisches Obst. Preis/Leistung richtig gut, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir fanden es nicht gut Wenig Auswahl vor allem was Rind betrifft. Keine Grammzahl Angabe beim Rumpsteak. Preis Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch Alle 3 Steaks waren teilweise zu salzig und viel zu zäh. Unsere Tochter hat zwischen Zeitlich es in der Serviette ausgespuckt und sie liebt Rumpsteak. Salat auf dem Hauptgericht war Geschmacklich absolut nicht appetitlich, ebenso hat es auf dem Teller meiner Meinung nichts zu suchen . Wir werden es nicht weiter empfehlen. Da kennen wir durchaus viel bessere Restaurants . Ambiente ist auch nicht gemütlich, wirkt sehr kühl.

Despite the restaurant being almost full on Friday evening, we managed to get a table for two without a reservation. We started with a small appetizer as a complimentary amuse-bouche. The main course was superb, better than expected. The portions were generous. As a surprise, we were even treated to a delicious dessert. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening. The service was very attentive and friendly. This was our first time here, but certainly not our last. On the contrary, we'll gladly come back often, perhaps with friends.

I've lived just a few doors down for almost six years, but I'd never been there. I went there recently with my best friend for her birthday dinner. What can I say... The food was really delicious, the portions were very reasonable for the price, the staff were attentive but not intrusive, and genuinely friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We visited this restaurant last Saturday with a group of 10 people for a friend's birthday. Although the entire restaurant, including the conservatory and even the front, was packed with over 70 guests, and almost everyone arrived at the same time, the team managed to serve everyone in a friendly and prompt manner. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional – we felt completely at home. What was particularly impressive was that all of our food arrived at the same time, so everyone could eat together. The food was fresh, authentic, and simply delicious. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the waiting staff – we had a perfect evening and would love to come back!

The restaurant is definitely recommended. The biftekki comes from the grill and is excellently seasoned. The only downside is that it's very loud, but unfortunately, that's often the case these days.

We met up with friends here and can only say that the food was great, the atmosphere in the winter garden was also nice, the staff were friendly and polite, go and see for yourself.

My husband's steak with onions was absolutely divine. The meat was tender as butter and cooked to perfection. My mixed grill was also incredibly delicious. The "Greetings from the Kitchen" also deserve a special mention. All in all, a very delicious evening. The very attentive service also deserves a special mention. When my daughter dropped her knife, I was about to clean it on my napkin. But the waiter immediately came with a new one for her. The price-performance ratio is 100% right here in every respect.

Very, very tasty food, very friendly staff, good service, and we had a lovely outdoor seating area. There's a large conservatory that can be covered. A definite recommendation!

Very delicious food and attentive service. To finish off the meal, there was a platter of fruit and small pieces of dessert. I had made an online reservation, noting that the occasion was my birthday. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a "Happy Birthday" greeting. I found that disappointing.

Gemütlich im Wintergarten untergebracht, wurden uns frisch zubereitete griechische Speisen serviert, die uns allesamt geschmeckt haben. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Überrascht wurden wir mit einem Nachtisch auf Kosten des Hauses. Wir waren an diesem Abend einer der letzten Gäste, die das Lokal verlassen haben.

Delicious food with good portions.

We were there on the 2nd Christmas Day. Even though we were the 2nd round for the restaurant, everything was to our complete satisfaction. Everything was great. My daughter ate goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings. She was very satisfied. The service was very friendly and... straight away. Nothing was too much. I visited this restaurant for the 1st time. The food was delicious and appetizingly prepared. I didn't like that the sauces weren't made fresh. The menus are placed on the seats as placemats, which I think is a good idea. We sat at the front, in the winter garden, and unfortunately the noise level there was quite high. The waiters were friendly, but I didn't ask if everything was OK and if I wanted any more drinks. It all seemed a bit impersonal. Conclusion: I can certainly recommend this restaurant, but I know several restaurants in my area that offer similar dishes and I like them better overall.

There were three of us and all the dishes were plentiful and of high quality. Service is friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Let's start with the staff: extremely friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered in detail, although there was good work to be done. Special orders were gladly accepted even though these were not on the menu (e.g. mixed fish platter). Appetizer platter was delivered quickly and was very delicious. The lamb fillet was served in a tasty sauce and with perfect mashed potatoes. The fish platter left nothing to be desired. Afterwards there was a greeting from the kitchen, which was served to us free of charge. We would be happy to come back because the food at the neighboring tables also looked very good. All you could see were happy faces.

This really good Greek (or Mediterranean) restaurant is in the middle of Tenholt. A spacious outdoor area in the form of a winter garden that can be fully opened. In front of it there is a small outdoor area that is ideal for a cold beer on a bike ride. Old but clean inside. Friendly staff. Good, clear map. Changing weekly offers. The meat was tender, the vegetables crunchy and the fries crispy. The baby calamary in combination with the appetizer platter are perfect. The grill plate is also recommended. Special requests are fulfilled. Four people with many different drinks, full and satisfied for just under 200 euros. Beforehand, a good bread and afterwards a greeting from the kitchen round off the good impression. By the way, the bread was dark and very crispy.
