Very well located on the Weser cycle path with a great beer garden.

We can't complain. The young women who served us as waitresses were attentive and quick. The salad beforehand was good, really tasty. The side dishes for the Finkenwerder style plaice are so-so.

We were there on Sunday lunchtime. The service was friendly but overwhelmed because the restaurant was very full. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and 70 minutes for food. The food was good and plentiful, but waiting 70 minutes without a small house starter and 20 minutes for mini small glasses is not okay. At the end we also had to wait 15 minutes to pay. We won't come back. Obviously there is a lack of staff.

Food and drink prices are a bit too expensive for the location. The staff is mostly unfriendly except for one person.

Overall it was a nice location. It was easy to sit. However, unfortunately the food wasn't all good. Pike perch fillet still had a lot of bones, unfortunately the pork medallions were dry. I thought my chanterelles were very good and my sea bass was quite good so far, although unfortunately it was relatively dry and not translucent. The service was friendly but you always had to call.

The kibbelinge were a joke for the price, the ambience is ok, we thought it was overpriced. Kibbelinge consisted of 5 elongated noble fish sticks decorated decoratively. Without dip. More appearance than reality

Overall it was nice there. The service was also friendly. My chanterelles were very tasty 😋 and my sea bass was also good so far. However, I was expecting a thicker fillet that would also be glassy. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The fried potatoes were good too. However, the pork medallions with me were dry.

Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere, would be happy to come again. A big plus for families: the collection of games to pass the time for the kids while their parents' starters and preparation time.

I ate a cheeseburger, tasted good but a bit expensive. I actually really liked the beer garden, unfortunately Mallorca/Ballermann/Apres Ski music was playing the whole time. Not very loud but somehow completely inappropriate. Otherwise clear recommendation but not exactly cheap.

Wir haben am Pfingstsonntag mit einer Gruppe von 15 Personen abends dort gegessen. Das war ein wirklich schöner Abend, den wir alle in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten werden. Leckeres Essen, toller Service und total supernette Gastgeber. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und keiner musste lange warten, so dass wir alle zusammen essen konnten. Hut ab; und das bei unterschiedlichen Gerichten 👌🏻. Das wurde nur noch von der absolut sympathischen Bedienung getoppt; mit Witz, Charme und Esprit wurden wir unterhalten. Einfach nur klasse; da können sich einige etwas von abschauen. Nochmals 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A chance hit that was absolutely worth it! For anyone who is passing through and wants to eat off the highway - an absolute insider tip! We really wanted to enjoy a relaxed meal and were happy to go off the standard route. Here we were really rewarded for the little detour. Absolutely fair prices, the chef loves what he puts on the plate, even the starter salad was very lovingly prepared. Sitting outside in the sun, with a real beer garden atmosphere in a quiet environment - simply wonderful, to relieve stress. The service is unsurpassedly friendly, our waitress was so pleasant that you would want to be friends with her - a highlight in Germany. If you're looking for a restaurant that doesn't close at 2:30 p.m. like all the others and you're completely annoyed and hungry for fish as a business traveler - a direct hit! There are also room rentals here, so it's perfect all around. Kind regards to the chef and the staff, we will definitely be back!

Very nice atmosphere and really attentive service. Unfortunately, the pricing there gave us the impression that cyclists from the Weser cycle path were being asked to pay more. PÜLLEKEN VOM 0.2ltr 3€, asparagus plate offer 39€. I had fried potatoes with a fried egg there. The portion size was good and it tasted good too. We traveled towards Verden on the Weser cycle path and there was no restaurant for a long time to the Fischerhaus. That's why we stopped there. As we drove further, we realized that there were numerous gastronomic offers - at certainly different prices.

A pity... well-located beer garden on the Weser with nice service, but when you look at the menu, it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE (currywurst fries €13.50, etc.), Drinks are just as expensive... (e.g. Pülleken v.Fass for 0.2 = €3). It could be as simple as this: Prices down, but more guests who like to come back

The food is ok. But if you compare the prices of the Fischerhaus with the upscale restaurants in Minden, then the prices for the village cuisine are excessive. You don't have a Michelin star and you will never get one. Currywurst with fries €15 with a maximum purchase price of €3.00 is pretty cheeky.

The “Old Fisherman’s House” is always worth a visit. The food is great, the team at Fischerhaus is very hospitable and accommodating and the ambience, with a view of the Weser, is very nice. The beautiful beer garden, located directly on the Weser cycle path, simply invites you to stop by. But you can also dine very well and beautifully inside. The selection and quality of the food and drinks is very good. We always enjoy being there and will definitely be back very soon!

Unfortunately we received very unfriendly service. My mother wanted some extra ham on a plate. When I asked again if we could still get it, I was yelled at and told that there would be an hour wait. An hour to quickly put some ham on a plate. I didn't get any explanation about that either. The ham didn't come anymore either. Other things were also a bit chaotic or the steak was medium rare, but that can happen. Just yelling at your guests when you pay several hundred euros for a service is not possible.

Eating is not recommended! The fish tastes like an old shoe, the drinks are overpriced, the service is 0. Unfortunately not recommended

Pure disappointment once again! This restaurant obviously doesn't care about serving customers, because the staff, whether employees or owners, are absolutely unfriendly and inflexible. We wanted to eat there twice, but both times we left before ordering because we were shocked at how we were treated. We definitely won't try again.

What Thomas Ohl has built here with his family and team is really impressive. Great food, always new variations & ideas, great service and the entire Fischerhaus looks well-kept and modern. A significant increase in quality for Petershagen and also absolutely worth a trip for tourists.

Super delicious food for everyone! The veggie burger was terrific. We were there for the first time and will be back. The owners are very nice and you can sit comfortably outside. It was also great that they extended their opening hours especially for the 5 of us. Thank you for that!

A really elegant plastic bag My girlfriend and I took a short break here two days in a row. The food was good, but in retrospect I noticed three negative things. Overall, we had the feeling that every opportunity was used to collect extra money. For example, no ketchup or mayonnaise is included with the fries + kibbelinge, but costs extra. As restaurant guests, we were not allowed to use the WiFi for a short time, only hotel guests. Due to the heavy rain, we asked for a plastic trash bag to protect our backpack from the rain. This was charged to us for an additional fee of €1 ;-).

Meine Eltern haben uns in dieses Lokal eingeladen. Das Essen war einfach nicht gut. Vorgeschnittener Salat aus dem Beutel. Merkwürdiger Soßengeschmack zu Ente und Schweinemedaillons. Diese waren trocken und der Garpunkt medium des Burger war nicht getroffen ( voll durch ). Preise hielten sich im Rahmen, allerdings für die gebotene Leistung zu teuer. Die Bedienung würde ich mit neutral bewerten. Und ich mag überhaupt keine Balsamicocrema.

Wir, das Team des Autohaus Krause und der Classic Tankstelle in Petershagen, haben gestern Abend unser jährliches Weihnachtsessen im alten Fischerhaus genossen. Tolles Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen. Die Bedienungen freundlich und fix. Alles in allem können wir das das alte Fischerhaus absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren gestern mit 14 Personen unserer Gruppe "Restaurant Tester" zum ersten Mal im Fischerhaus in Petershagen. Unsere Gruppe trifft sich ca. alle 6 Wochen irgendwo im Dreieck Nienburg/Bad Nenndorf/Petershagen zum Essen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im Fischerhaus. Der Service war locker drauf und immer aufmerksam. Das Essen kam schnell und war trotzdem frisch zubereitet. Die Küche war sehr gut organisiert, so dass alle Gerichte zeitgleich und zügig kamen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zur Kaffeezeit auf einen kurzen Stopp zu Gast. Alles in Ordnung gerne wieder.

War heute zum ersten Mal dort, und muss sagen das ich sehr zufrieden bin. Der Service und das Ambiente war sehr schön. Das Essen war richtig lecker, und auch schön angerichtet. Komme gerne wieder. :)

Zum alten Fischerhaus in Petershagen. Große Terrasse, auf der wir nicht saßen. Überdachte Veranda, auf der wir saßen. Wie der Name schon sagt, es gibt Fisch. Es gibt auch Curry-Wurst in den diversen Varianten. Und andere Fleischgerichte. Der Koch? erklärte, dass es nur Filet gäbe, weil die Leute sich beschwerten, dass der Fisch auch Gräten habe. Tja. Eine weitere Besonderheit: Es gibt ein Filet, zwei oder gar drei Filets. Warum? Weil einige Menschen gerne mehr Fischfilets essen, war die Antwort. Nun ja. Also aßen wir jeweils ein Filet von der Dorade und eins vom Kabeljau. 19,50 der Teller. War ganz ok. Service war gerade neu, auch nett.

Das Personal war auf zack, das Essen super

Leider sind die Preise weit über dem Durchschnitt, die Burger Menüs sehen klasse aus, schmecken aber nicht sehr gut. Chicken-Patty habe ich vom Burger weggenommen und es so gegessen, für 15€ hätte ich echt gute Qualität vom Patty erwartet und hausgemachte Saucen, aber leider war es nicht so. Bedienung war sehr nett 4 Sterne dafür, aber Küchenservice reißt es runter auf 2 Sterne.

Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich, bessere Bratkartoffeln macht nur Oma!

zu den Zimmern können wir eigentlich nix sagen, weil wir haben nur dort gegessen. trotzdem mal 5 Sterne gegeben, damit am Ende keine 4,5 raus kommt. Ich war nur zum Essen dort, daher kann ich das Hotel nicht bewerten. Ich erlebte eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Ich hatte Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln. Und auf Empfehlung des Chefs noch ein Mousse Eis als Nachtisch. Alles sehr gut und schön angerichtet.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen hier und fanden es toll,wir hatten Zanderfilet mit Rosmarin Kartoffeln, Cheeseburger mit Pommes und zum Nachtisch gab es Waffel mit Puderzucker. Der Fisch und die Kartoffeln waren sehr lecker,mein Freund war sehr vom Cheeseburger begeistert,die Pommes waren super knusprig. Als Vorspeise gab es einen tollen bunten knackigen Salat, alles war auch sehr ansprechend serviert, das Ambiente ist auch ansprechend,wir saßen im Wintergarten, draußen sind große Tische auch für größere Gruppen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und alles ging schnell und reibungslos von statten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Volle Punkte an das Alte Fischerhaus in Petershagen!!!

Toll gelegen, nettes aufmerksames Team, leckere Waffel gegessen. Zimmer hatte ich nicht somit kann ich es auch nicht bewerten. Für Radfahrer zu empfehlen!!

Wunderschön gelegen und leckeres Essen

Da wir unseren kleinen Hund dabei hatten, wurden wir schon an der Tür sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Der Biergarten wurde uns gar nicht erst empfohlen. An der Tür kam uns aber auch eine “umwerfende“ Zigaretten-Rauchwolke entgegen. Sehr, sehr schade. Wir hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut.

Ganz leckeres Essen, ganz toller Service, kann ich nur empfehlen

Schönes Gasthaus, in der Nähe zum Weserradweg, sehr ruhig und nah zur Weser gelegen. Mit schönem Biergarten, tollem Essen (Preis, Leistung passt) einer guten Getränkekarte und vorallem sehr nettem Personal. Wir waren schon oft dort und selbst zu Radelhochzeiten bei gutem Wetter, bekommt man als Gast davon nichts mit. Aber jeder empfindet es ja anders.. für uns ist es eine feste Adresse geworden.

Sehr schönes Ambiente ob im Gastraum oder der wettergeschützten Terasse. Der Biergarten lädt mit seinem direkten Blick auf die Weserauen zum Verweilen ein. Die Gerichte sind, regional, saisonal und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Für jeden ist etwas dabei, auf Kundenwünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist äußerst angemessen. Die Pensionszimmer sind modern, sauber und gemütlich. Ein rundum gelungenes Komplettangebot, vor allem auch für Radwanderer. Chef & Chefin heißen einen stets herzlich willkommen.

Netter Service, umfassendes Angebot an Speisen. Tolle Fischgerichte. Sehr einladener Biergarten. Finde ich unbedingt empfehlenswert.
