We were there in the afternoon and, considering it was a full-service convenience store, we had a surprisingly long wait even though it wasn't really busy. The food was good, but we've eaten at other places many times before.

Overall, everything is fine. Only the prices are too high!

We always enjoy driving 30 km to enjoy the food at this snack bar. The food is very tasty, and the value is excellent. The staff is always very polite, helpful, and courteous. There are no long waits, which I attribute to the excellent preparation. All in all, this is a "completely worry-free package."

We like to come here every now and then, but today I was disappointed. The gyro was unfortunately 80% too black. And as a result, it tasted very burnt and hard. I complained and ended up getting a currywurst instead. I just think it's a shame that the meat even comes out so black.

Was disappointed today. Expensive and smaller portions. Even the hamburgers at McDonald's or Burger King are bigger, and topped with more cucumber and tomato. Not just remulade and fried onions.

It's a shame that you fry everything in seed oils.

Best German snack bar in the wider area with a huge selection and friendly staff. The boss himself knows that I regularly comment and write here if I don't like something 🙂 They even accommodate my requests, etc. Pricing, okay. I've always commented on the fact that there are regular price increases, recognizable by the consecutive numbers on the menus. The pricing, as I've just mentioned regularly, should slowly stop being constantly increased, but should also be adjusted downwards occasionally. The quality is always good. However, the benchmark for a snack bar, outstanding quality or not, has long been reached or even exceeded. My salary, for example, has increased by just under €1.50 in 20 years, or rather less. Prices for food, restaurants, etc., however, have usually increased by 50 percent or more. Energy costs and supplier prices, quality or not - you have to be able to afford it. Of course, I also look for private, affordable providers, buy things at lower prices, etc., in order to be able to offset drastic price increases everywhere. Unfortunately, that doesn't really work. We still go to your place regularly because we hate kebab shops everywhere and value bratwurst, meatballs, gyros, etc. As a business owner, you should focus more on customer growth, consider offers, special days for discounted dishes, and even permanent price reductions, rather than constantly raising prices on every new menu! Something else definitely needs to change. For drinks from the refrigerator, even for meals served in-house, deposits are regularly explicitly displayed and charged! Why?! Accordingly, and based on experience, guests eat and drink their drinks on-site. Afterwards, EVERYTHING, including the empties, is placed on the serving carts. Do you seriously think that guests who dine at your place take their empties home with them? On the other hand, there are unlikely to be any guests who will cash in the €0.08 deposit per bottle upon return, or who will even be advised of this by your staff! So, deposits for food on site should not be charged at all – purely for reasons of fairness and principle. The fact that I haven't downgraded the rating by a single star certainly speaks for itself, despite all this. Many thanks

I would only partially recommend this place. The fries and schnitzel were okay. But if you order gyros, you'll hardly go hungry. More cabbage than meat, a bit of tzatziki, and a small wedge of fries on your plate. In Minden, you can get twice as much for almost the same price, even cheaper for a large portion of €13. I was never really a fan of the place anyway; I'm actually just a customer because friends often buy me food there. But we decided to try another place.

Grilli Willi is simply the best little chip shop with indoor and outdoor seating that I know. The food is super delicious. The kids are happy whenever we go there. The atmosphere is great, the service is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, and, as I said, the food is also great—you can't complain. Just don't expect a 5-star restaurant. But otherwise, really, really? Great.

Normally, I'd give them 5 stars for years of top quality. Two stars deducted because the portions have been lacking for me for a while now. If I get a meatball from a snack bar in Minden, I'm full. Here, I ordered two and I'm not full, sorry, but that's real.

Still a regular, still very satisfied! It was, is, and always will be my regular snack bar when I'm nearby – I'm from East Frisia now. I remember it from the early 80s. I can't understand the bad reviews, and some of them are demonstrably untrue!

Poor value for money. Really, a gyro plate with fries for €14? That's quite a statement, especially when the food is a child's portion. The food tasted very good, but I find it cheeky to charge such prices. And the excuse "yes, our purchase prices are also rising" is nonsense. Others manage to offer food at a lower price. Overall, unfortunately, we were very disappointed, as we had to wait over half an hour for our food even though it was quiet.

A quick, delicious snack with plenty of options. Something for everyone, especially if you're on a hurry. Vegetarians are also catered for. Ideal. Always super friendly staff.

A few years ago the portions were reasonable for the price and the quality was good to very good. Meanwhile, e.g. the schnitzels are only half as big and more expensive, the curry sauce seems to me to be diluted with water. If you express your wishes about sauces when ordering, it rarely works out. Grilli Willi like he did 10 years ago, but definitely not like he did today.

We like to go to Grilli Willi for dinner. Actually. Today, however, I got a bit of a shock. On the one hand, the waitress didn't know the time of day and there was no please or thank you. I don't even want to talk about a smile. We had ordered currywurst fries and I wanted some tzatziki and coleslaw on my plate. Ok, everything came individually, so far so good...but the coleslaw seems to have been refined with gold. I paid €3.00 for it. Seems a bit violent to me then!!

Despite the restaurant being super full and lots of people ordering takeaway, the staff was still super friendly. A satisfied customer for years!

We always like going there because the food is delicious, especially the fries and mayo. And there's a vegetarian menu that's also bomb. The waitresses are also very nice.

If you are looking for a normal snack, you are well served here. Of course, gyros or a hot dog shouldn't be missing from the menu, but the shish kebab or bratwurst etc. are good. I also find that I can get half a portion of fries and don't always have to take a normal-sized portion. The ambience isn't that great, but it's also a snack bar. It is well maintained and in summer you can also sit outside. After you have placed the order, you can see your number on a screen and as soon as it turns green the order is ready for pickup. Very practical, then you don't have to stand in front of the counter all the time and wait...

Order from the friendly employee at the counter. Then the number is displayed on a board and you get your food. You can sit inside and outside. Parking in front of the door or in the parking lot across the street.

Excellent high end fast food. Crispy fries. Big pepper sauce steak and Currywurst.
