Ein herrlicher Biergarten mit leckerem Essen und einer besonders guten Holunderschorle 👌

Leider maximal schlecht geworden. Früher war das Ziegelhaus echt toll. Bedauerlicherweise hat dich das geändert. Auf dem Foto sieht man das "XL - Schnitzel", welche leider sogar kleiner ist als ein handyfläche. Man sieht/schmeckt auch ganz klar, dass es sich hier um TK-Ware handelt. Kostenpunkt: knapp 20€ !!! Wirklich eine Unverschämtheit. Auch die "Burritos" -die habe ich früher sehr gerne gegessen habe, sind leider winzig klein geworden. Man kriegt im Endeffekt zwei sparsam befüllte fajitas. Im Anschluss war mir ehrlicherweise auch etwas übel. Ich war früher wirklich oft und gerne da, aber dieses mal, war definitiv das letzte mal dass ich dort gegessen hab! Wirklich schade und in meinen augen wirklich eine Unverschämtheit.

Sehr schöner Biergarten, Preise in Ordnung, Essen gut, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Waren spät dran, die Küche hätte eigentlich schon zu gehabt, trotzdem haben wir noch was zu Essen bekommen. Immer wieder gerne!

Einen super tolles Lokal mit guten Cocktails für preislich fair sind und einer super leckeren Küche. Es gibt mexikanische Gerichte und Fingerfood, Salate mit dem besten Dressing das ich kenne und echt leckeren Burgern. Beim Biergarten gibt es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz, also perfekt für Kinder. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich vermisse leider immer noch Chef Paul. 😉

Etwas lieblos wird das Essen gemacht und hergerichtet... Manchmal weicht die Speisekarte von servierten Gericht ab.

Die Portionen sind zwar groß, aber das heißt nicht, dass das Essen gut ist. Lasst bloß die Finger vom mexikanischen Essen! Weder die Köche noch die Besitzer wissen, wie man es richtig zubereitet. Was erwartet man auch, wenn man in ein Restaurant geht, das von Schnitzel bis Burritos alles auf der Karte hat? Seht ihr die Bilder? Das hier sollte eine Quesadilla sein. Als wir ihnen erklärten, wie man eine einfache nur mit Käse zubereitet, schafften sie es nicht. Die Guacamole war okay. Die Nachos waren auch nicht gut. Das Schnitzel war ganz okay, der Burger mittelmäßig.

Das schlechteste Essen, dass ich je hatte. Bedienung unfreundlich und gelangweilt, das Preisleistungsverhältniss unverschämt teuer für das was wir bekommen haben. Die Toiletten unter aller Sau, zudem ist über dem Wickeltisch ein Automatisches Raumspray gestanden das alle paar Sekunden sprüht (mein Kind wurde während es gewickelt wurde angesprüht, verantwortungslos!). Einfach nur eine Abzocke dieser Laden, nicht empfehlenswert!

Eheliche, gute Küche und Auswahl. Angenehmes Ambiente und Biergarten. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ein toller Ort für ein Abendessen oder Mittagessen mit Freunden und Kollegen.

2024: Netter mittelmäßigen TexMex. Spare Rips mit süsser Sauce überzogen. Durchgegart oder vorgekocht ? ... zumindest keinesfalls knusprig, würzig oder cross. Für ca. 19€ eher happig, Handmade Frites mit Schale sehr gut für zusätzliche 4,20€. Enchillada sehr wenig gewürzt. Über alles: OK aber nicht besonders. Schöne Sitzplätze innen und im schattigen Biergarten. Netter verglasten Wintergarten und sonnige Plätze im Freien an der Strasse. Netter Service. Besuch April 26: Ziegelhausteller bestellt: Grosszügiger im Dressing ertränkter, zusammengefallener Salat. Dazu 4 knusprige, sehr spröde/trockene Chicken wings, 2 eher pampig/cremige relativ geschmacklose Burritos und dazu gummiartige Mozarellasticks. Insgesamt gewürzarme fast- food-Strassenqualität. Immer noch guter aufmerksamer Service sowie nettes Ambiente und feine/ sehr gute Pommes. Kann insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen, Tex-Mex geht viel besser.

Früher hab ichs hier geliebt, werde aber nach meinem letzten Besuch nicht mehr kommen Wir waren an meinem Geburtstag zum Mittagessen hier und das Essen war wirklich schlecht. Zuerst haben wir die falsche Vorspeise bekommen, obwohl wir in der Karte extra auch hingezeigt haben. Die haben wir dann trotzdem genommen und voll bezahlt. Unser Hauptgang war aber wirklich nicht gut. Es hat einfach nicht frisch - sondern nur leicht erwärmt und älter - geschmeckt. Der Salat ist welk gewesen. Wir beide konnten den Ziegelhausteller nicht aufssen. Nix auf dem Teller war gut. Ich habe den Kellner darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht gut und auch nicht frisch schmeckt (und auf die falsche Vorspeise). Die Reaktion war unfassbar: er hat die Augen verdreht, geschnaubt und eine abwertende Bewegung mit den Händen gemacht. Wir haben etliche Minuten diskutiert, was uns warum nicht geschmeckt hat. Es gab keine Anmerkung von ihm, dass es frisch sei...Er ging auch nie auf meine Frage/Anmerkung ein, dass ich glaube, dass es nicht frisch ist und nur leicht erwärmt wurde. Es gab keine Entschuldigung und keinen Rabatt. Trotz falscher Vorspeise! Diese Reaktion war unfassbar und nicht akzeptabel und das Essen war wirklich nicht mehr gut!

Sehr Nettes Lokal mit Ambiente netter und zuvorkommender Service großzügige Speisekarte da für jedermann was dabei ist und humane Preise da gute Qualität.Der Aussenbereich ist bestimmt im Sommer toll. Ich kann das Lokal jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Bin seit gut 30 Jahren regelmäßig im Ziegelhaus und gehe immer wieder sehr gerne hin 😊

Burger gut, Montagsschnitzelangebot ok, Service freundlich. Spare Ribs so la la.

Waren am 07.02 spontan im Ziegelhaus. Hatten den Ziegelhausteller und Ofenkartoffel mit Chilli con carne. Gettänke Colla und Spezi. Die Burittos mit verschiedener Füllung sehr batzig. Die Mozzarelasticks sehr Gummihaft. Die Käsenuggets ok, die Wings auch ok. Der Salat ok das Dressing grausam. Die Ofrenkartoffel sah vom Vortag aus, nur aufgewärmt aber gut. Das Essen kam bin in 10min. Die Getränke in Ordnung. Das Ambiente ok und die Bedienung sehr nett. Ich zahlte mit Tringeld 50€ war ok. Fazit, zu unseren Gerichten und dem Ziegelhaus nicht unbedingt zu emphelen.

netter kleiner Biergarten mit schönen Garten. Die Speisenvielfalt ist für meinen Geschmack etwas sehr einfach gehalten, trotzdem kann man hier meistens etwas für sich finden. Das Bier (Spaten) ist bei mir nicht wirklich hoch im Kurs, kann man aber trinken. An dieser Stelle würde ich 3 solide Sterne geben. Die Preise für Essen und Trinke empfinde ich dort mittlerweile 10-15 % überzogen (Spatenbier 0,5l - 5,10€). Beim Bezahlen fragt die Kellnerin ob wir eine Rechnung bräuchten. Man fragt nicht danach, sondern man bringt sie einfach. = 1,5 Sterne

Ich habe dieses Restaurant zufällig ausgewählt und bin total begeistert! Der Service war hervorragend, die Atmosphäre angenehm und das Essen fantastisch. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend gegenüber ausländischen Gästen.

I've known the Ziegelhaus for about 24 years now, and I'm truly thrilled to see how it continues to evolve year after year. A lot has changed, but one thing has remained the same: the quality of the food and the truly delicious taste. Kudos to the kitchen team—you're amazing. It's incredibly delicious. Yes, the prices have gone up—unfortunately. But it is and remains a safe place to go if you don't want to be disappointed. Thank you so much, and keep up the good work!

Visited a beer garden with a group. All the food looked very good, generous portions. Quiet courtyard, nice beer garden with plenty of space between the tables (not too crowded). Prices... Munich, you know. 😁 No, they were okay, just €20 for a salad with strips of meat is a bit over the top. I then had a Obatztn (traditional German sausage) with a small pretzel for €15. That was really good. Service was very good and attentive.

A great place, even if the large beer garden is sometimes deserted due to the weather. It's always nice to enjoy a beer there under the large trees on warm days. The place lacks a bit of soundproofing, but the smooth walls have beautiful murals and contribute to its unique atmosphere. Part of it is a closed conservatory. Tables for two to ten people, good food, with a bit of a Mexican influence, and a good selection, including burgers. I can't comment on the nice selection of cocktails because I always drive there, four or five times a year, but I've been going there for 20 years. A definite recommendation for northern Munich!

A long-standing Tex-Mex bar with a beer garden (unfortunately, there's a beer type error with Spaten/Franziskaner 🤷🏼‍♂️). During the week, many BMW employees frequent this place due to its proximity to the FIZ (development) and DCM (IT). The service is friendly, and the Mexican/Bavarian food is good and plentiful. In my opinion, Ziegelhaus serves the best Mai Tai in Munich. I ordered so many and watched the keeper mix until I was able to recreate the recipe myself 🤪.

I was invited to a business lunch at the Ziegelhaus today. I was actually looking forward to something Bavarian, but the menu was a bit confusing, but oh well. The weekly menu, however, listed pork loin with napkin dumplings, which I opted for. What I was served was, with absolute cheek, not adequately described. A collection of pieces of meat that were obviously left over from the last barbecue, ranging in condition from overcooked to pure animal charcoal. The napkin dumplings had seen better days, and the whole thing was accompanied by something unidentifiable, probably potatoes, which had obviously been reheated in the pan for several days. Nothing, absolutely nothing, on the plate was even remotely fresh. Any kebab shop would be shut down by the health department if it served such rubbish. If it hadn't been a business lunch, I would have sent everything back. At least I don't seem to have suffered any health damage, which is very surprising given the condition of the, well, what exactly, because you can't really call it food.

A beautiful and lively restaurant. Good portion sizes and friendly staff. When the restaurant is full, it can get quite noisy. During our visit, it was fully booked except for one table, so it's best to make a reservation. The beer garden is fully booked when the weather is nice, so without a reservation, you'll have to wait to get in. There's a vegetarian option in every category, but the overall menu could be a bit more. Edit: Three years later, it's still worth a visit. However, the photos and personal impression confirm that the burritos have gotten smaller. The portion size is still decent and worth the price, especially since they now also offer finger food, which is ultimately a better option.

Nice Tex-Mex restaurant with a small but cozy beer garden in the north of Munich. The dishes are relatively simple but they taste good, and that's what ultimately matters. The service is always great, you immediately feel comfortable and welcome.

Mein Burger-Brötchen war total durchgematscht (insbesondere das untere Teil). Der Salat auch sehr matschig auf dem Burger. Als wenn der Birger schon länger fertig gestanden hätte. Das Essen war jedoch ca 6-7 Minuten bereits am Tisch. Das.Chili meines Mannes war lauwarm. Es liegen große Glasscherben auf dem Boden. Die Ecken sind voll Spinnweben und Schmutz. Wir saßen im Wintergarten (hintere Ecke). Auf die Frage, ob es geschmeckt hat, hat der Kellner lediglich meinen Mann wahrgenommen, mich nicht. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

So we were more than disappointed…!! Tacos with chilli-con-carne and gratinated with cheese were totally dry. You had to look for the chili con carne and the “too much” cheese didn’t make it any better. The veggie burger had two slices of halloumi cheese. The cheese was over-seasoned. The zucchini was almost raw and the wild garlic pesto wasn't enough. The whole thing was too dry. The schnitzel (small) was good, but the potato salad with cucumber was terrible. (Too salty, too much oil and vinegar) In my opinion, this was ready-made potato salad with a fresh cucumber mixed into it. The price is not appropriate for the mini schnitzel, far too expensive… At these prices, if you point out to the waitress, I expect at least 1 out of 3 dishes not to have to be paid for. We only harvested one sorry. It's a weak performance and we've drawn our conclusion from it. It's actually a shame...!

I had dinner here with my colleagues and I have to say I really enjoyed the atmosphere. 👍 The waitress who served us was also in a great mood and very personable. 🤩 We didn't have to wait long for our food either. The quality of the cheeseburger was simply phenomenal. The meat was especially delicious. The fries were crispy and not greasy. My colleague let me try the cheese spaetzle, which was also very good. The dessert (lukewarm chocolate brownie with walnuts) was a dream!! Delicious 😋 You have to try it... It was a very successful evening! I'd love to come back 🤩

Food is good, but like, man they done scammed me on the "burritos". Man they so small fr 😭 "burrito" yeah that's cap, those are like school lunch size with a huge salad. Not worth like 16 euros

After a long time we were back in the brick house. Actually the first time again after the renovation. The service is top. Price/performance ratio is okay. We also had a place in the beer garden straight away, unlike before the renovation. The dishes have also become better and richer again. There are numerous BMW employees. In short, service and dishes have been improved.

We were in the beer garden this lunchtime. There were around 15 people. Reservation worked great. Food was plentiful and very good. Our waiter Jonathan (Jonny) was so nice and friendly and also very quick to serve. So I have to say, I would like to go there again. Well, you have to overlook the fact that the seats are getting old.
