We've ordered sushi platters in various sizes from here four times now for pickup. We've even assembled some of the sushi platters ourselves. We're completely satisfied with the quality of the sushi and the service! The food was always ready for pickup on time, the staff are friendly, and the taste is excellent! I can definitely recommend this place, especially if you want to enjoy a nice sushi evening at home instead of driving to a restaurant.

We're very satisfied, including with the store in Glehn. Suggestion for improvement: Since we often order with several people, it's not ideal to combine different orders into one package. Otherwise, absolutely top-notch.

You can only order, have it delivered, or pick it up. But it's very tasty.

Even though we've lived in the neighboring town for three years, we've never eaten at ZAZALU. A huge mistake! The food is excellent, and we'll definitely become regular customers. Keep it up! We would be happy if there were a more environmentally friendly solution for takeaway than the plastic containers we've been using. However, there are probably few alternatives that meet the strict hygiene requirements.

We had it delivered and were skeptical at first because we've had some strange "sushi delivery experiences" before. But GREAT!!! Incredibly delicious food, very prompt delivery, faster than expected, and a friendly delivery person. The chicken gyosa was a dream, the sushi was also absolutely delicious and nothing to complain about. And the burger was still really warm, too. (And my husband is very picky about burgers!) Oh, and not to forget the delicious cheesecake and tiramisu. We're bursting at the seams. Thank you 😂

Very delicious sushi at Zazalu! Freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. The selection is varied, and I was impressed by the quality. The delivery service was also friendly and attentive.

Ambience is secondary, as most people prefer to pick up or have their food delivered. The food itself is very good, and—if you do pick up yourself—the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended, and the value for money is also good.

I never thought I'd give a delivery service five stars again, but they absolutely deserve it! Thanks for the delicious food, I'll be back.

Great shit........;) Unfortunately, I find the selection of sushi for allergy sufferers (I have a raw fish protein allergy) very small. Sushi with crispy chicken would be awesome. Because I would still order again at any time. And yes, they deliver to Kleinenbroich.

Ordered the food online and picked it up ourselves. Everything was completed super quickly and on time after just 30 minutes. The food and the entire selection is simply brilliant. The sushi is simply a 10/10 and worth a clear recommendation. We will definitely order again. We also ordered the lamb burger, which also impressed us very much.

We order here almost weekly. Although there are so many different dishes on offer, all of the ones we have ordered so far are really great. The sushi is surprisingly good and of high quality. Only the delivery times are often between 1-2 hours

We ordered from you for the first time today, and I really have to admit, even as a long-trained chef and successful caterer who is always very critical... ABSOLUTELY loved your food!!! Big compliments, you're great. The truffle burger was a dream, the fries were homemade, fresh, crunchy and, above all, well seasoned, not as boring and soggy as in most snack bars... Truffles tasted great, onions were pickled by yourself, meat was good quality, the cheddar was super creamy and you can't do anything better in my opinion. The quality is generally really top and even 10 minutes before closing time, not many people can replicate that. You've definitely won us over as new regular customers, thank you 🙏🏼

Unbelievable! We've ordered several times and loved it the first time; we even "had to" order it twice this weekend. Because the “Fried Sushi Burger” is absolutely awesome! I would almost say that I have never had such delicious food, especially not from a delivery service. The "burger" comes differently than shown on the menu, but it makes eating much easier. I am so grateful that this sushi shop can exist in a small cow village and will continue to do my part. Keep it up 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the food is not recommended. The tofu from the Bao Bun was too dry and firm. The bun was also too firm and broke. The Vietnamese rice noodle salad is definitely fresh, it just has no flavor.

Excellent food. The Lamb burger is a must try if you like Lamb meat. The price to portion ratio is pretty good, and the food tasted delicious!

Great quality and for the price you can't complain. Ordered yesterday and the sushi plate was beautiful! The delivery took a little longer than usual, but it was also Valentine's Day, so you have to expect something like that if you order for delivery!

We ordered yesterday and, as always, we were completely satisfied. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the quality can definitely be compared to restaurant standards. Even though delivery took a little longer due to Valentine's Day, we were thrilled. Gladly again!

Waited 2 hours for the food and ended up canceling and that during the week!!! Impossible service!!! When asked at 9:20 p.m. they said they didn't know when they were coming because they still had 60 orders left! A little tip: maybe you shouldn't accept so many orders and cancel some and don't tell the customers that it will take an hour if it ends up being more than two! Thanks for nothing.

Cool. No delivery after 2 hours. We call and are told that the preparation hasn't even started yet(!). With all understanding that things sometimes don't go as they should, but: A quick call to me and the information that we can't deliver would have been nice (and probably appropriate for an order of €100). Then had to cancel because it couldn't be said when it would be delivered. A pity.

Very good quality. The prices are a bit high. However, absolutely recommended. The only complaint is that you can't eat on site.

Ordering via Lieferando took a mere 2 hours, and only lame excuses were given. The food was bland, the duck was wobbly and dry, the falafel was rock hard and dry, the salad had no seasoning or dressing. But it was quite expensive. Thanks no, not for me anymore.

Wenn es um authentisches und qualitativ hochwertiges Sushi geht, ist ZAZALU ohne Zweifel meine erste Anlaufstelle. Das Sushi hier ist schlichtweg grandios. Zugegeben, die Preise sind etwas höher, aber angesichts der außergewöhnlichen Qualität finde ich dies völlig gerechtfertigt und es handelt sich um Sushi, was sowieso immer teurer ist. Bei den Burgern hingegen bin ich persönlich nicht ganz überzeugt. Das bedeutet nicht, dass sie nicht gut sind, sie treffen einfach nicht meinen Geschmack. Aber ehrlich gesagt, lasse ich mir von einem japanischen Restaurant auch eher das Sushi liefern als die Burger. Das echte Highlight bei ZAZALU ist und bleibt das Sushi. Selbst Freunde von mir aus Mönchengladbach bestellen hier, weil sie ebenso von der Qualität beeindruckt sind. Ein besonderer Tipp von mir: Die Crispy Rolls sind ein absolutes Muss! Die Bowls und Nudelgerichte habe ich noch nicht probiert. Aber das steht definitiv auf meiner Liste für zukünftige Bestellungen. Wer also einmal wirklich hervorragendes Sushi erleben möchte, sollte bei ZAZALU bestellen oder vorbeischauen.

Super leckeres Essen mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir bestellen oft Bowl, Sushi oder NewFusion hier. Man kann blind bestellen und bekommt echt Leckeres geliefert.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und abgeholt: CURRY GA - VIETNAMESISCHES HÄHNCHENCURRY (PIKANT) und ENTEN-MANGO CURRY Beides wirklich super lecker, v.a. die krosse Ente und die sehr gut abgeschmeckt pikante Sauce zum HÄHNCHENCURRY. Vom Hähnchenfleisch hatte gerne etwas mehr dabei sein können. Der Kontakt am Telefon bei der Bestellung war auch sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben die Sushi Platte für 6 Personen bestellt und jedes Teil hat super geschmeckt. Der Reis war genau richtig gewürzt und war ganz frisch. Auch die anderen Produkte waren von sehr guter Qualität. Die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als im Bestellvorgang und der Fahrer war sehr nett! Die Möglichkeit mit Karte zu zahlen, ist ein weiteres +

Haben gerade das erste Mal bestellt. Erstmal muss ich sagen, dass die Lieferzeit mit 65 Minuten veranschlagt war, der Mitarbeiter war bereits nach 30 Minuten da und überaus freundlich 😍 Wir haben uns durchprobiert, Gyoza, Curry, CrunchySushi und SushiBurrito. Alles war von hervorragender Qualität und super lecker! Beim nächsten Mal würden wir zum Curry noch eine Extraportion Reis bestellen, damit das Verhältnis Curry/Reis stimmt. Wir sind froh, euch entdeckt zu haben ❣️

Das Essen war leider nur okay aber auch nicht mehr. Schade ist auch das man nicht bei der Zubereitung des Sushi zusehen kann, alles hinter Scheiben die nicht durchsichtig waren. Trotz evtl. Platzmangel nicht wirklich toll.

Das Sushi bei zazalu ist so unbeschreiblich gut. Besser als jede okiniikette und sogar tokyolounge. Wir bestellen hier super gerne und die Fahrer fragen immer lieb nach, ob das Essen schmeckt und ob man zufrieden ist. Die Bestellseite ist ebenfalls total einfach zu bedienen. Super unkompliziert und immer wieder gerne!

Immer frisch und lecker, preislich im oberen Bereich, aber völlig gerechtfertigt. Lieferung sowie Abholung haben immer einwandfrei geklappt. Die Fahrer sind immer nett, Kartenzahlung bei Lieferung möglich. Wir sind immer zufrieden.

Super Sushi und problemlose Lieferung

Wir hatten Sushi, die Israelische Vorspeisenplatte, Agedashi Tofu und den Fischburger. Es hat uns alles sehr gut geschmeckt und es war megafrisch. Als kleiner Abzug war für mich, dass das Dressing auf dem Salat und auf dem Burger etwas mehr hätte sein dürfen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Webseite und die dargestellten Gerichte sehen auf dem Teller genau so aus. Weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von nur 20 Minuten und das Essen war echt klasse!

Phantastisch kann ich nur sagen! Wir haben das erste mal bestellt und sind wirklich begeistert. Online bestellt und liefern lassen. Das hat alles super funktioniert. Ich hatte die israelische Vorspeisenplatte und Gyoza, dazu noch die Poke Boule mit Lachs. Einfach mega!! Besonders die Vorspeisen!! Der Salat ist unfassbar lecker, der Humus, einfach alles. Ausprobieren, unbedingt!

Das Restaurant sucht seines gleichen. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut und die Servicekräfte sind schnell und aufmerksam allerdings servieren sie teilweise aneinander vorbei.
