Ich habe dort sehr spät zu Abend gegessen, und der Service war ausgezeichnet, obwohl es eine kurze Wartezeit gab. Das Essen war wunderschön angerichtet; man isst, fühlt sich wohl und geht erfrischt wieder an die Arbeit. Mein Rat an Sie: Konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Kundenzufriedenheit. Die Bestellung für drei Personen dauerte über 20 Minuten, und natürlich wurden alle, insbesondere Ausländer, die später kamen, vor den Wartenden bevorzugt behandelt. Der Service ist wirklich schlecht. Ich hoffe, alle werden gleich behandelt. Und natürlich war ich hier zum ersten und letzten Mal.

Heute in Regensburg gewesen und bei Zaytona Imbiss einen Döner gegessen. Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen ordentlich. Dazu noch ein sehr freundlicher Service. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte einen Falafel-Teller, der leider enttäuschend war. Die Pommes waren fettig, der Salat spärlich und geschmacklos. Der Hummus war viel zu flüssig.

Das Zaytona ist ein arabischer Imbiss. Gemütlich ist es nicht, hier läuft viel über ToGo. Ich entscheide mich für den "Arabische Teller (Hühnchenfleisch, Pommes, Salat und Sauce)". Das Shawarma wird in dünnem Brot serviert, mir gefällt das feine Zimtaroma und die Toum. Das Wechselgeld wird mit den gleichen Handschuhen ausgegeben, die auch die Speisen zubereiten - dafür leider einen Stern Abzug. Kategorie: Günstig Ambiente: 3 Sterne Kulinarik: 4 Sterne Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: 5 Sterne Wiederbesuchs-Faktor: 4 Sterne

Habe dort gegessen mit Kollegen, 5 Minuten später kotzen. Muss nächstes mal für Muhammed bestellen dann schmeckts bestimmt besser.

Schlechester Döner laden in Regensburg, Gefühlt keine Saucen im Laden, einzige echte Sauce ist Joghurt, die schmeckt ranzig / klumpig, Pommes schmecken roh.

Personal war letztes Mal sher unfreundlich und nie gefragt, was wir bestelen wollten, obwohl wir mehr als 20 Min gewartet haben und es keine andere Gäste gab!

Ich habe hier schon verschiedene Gerichte probiert: Shawarma Teller, Hähnchen mit Reis und Hähnchen mit Pommes. Das Hähnchen war immer vielversprechend und lecker. Der Reis hingegen war ziemlich fad. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist durchschnittlich. Auch das Shawarma war für mich eher mittelmäßig. Ich empfehle, früh da zu sein, wenn man Hähnchen essen möchte, da es schnell ausverkauft ist.

Super leckeres Essen. Toller Döner und Dürum. Beste Chili Cheese Fries.

I got a kebab during my lunch break, it was really good, the meat was good, the sauce was good, the bread was good, really good.

10/10 on the shawarma scale. These guys simply deliver consistently delicious food, and the outdoor area, with its plastic monstera plants and busy street, is more reminiscent of a big city than a provincial town. It's a dream to have such a cool place in the middle of Regensburg. 🫶

Nothing is more wonderful than a delicious meal. The guys are all nice. The most luxurious and delicious meal in Brigsburg.

The employees here are just phonies. They always say things like, "Sure, I'll make it right away," and then immediately forget your order. I've been there a few times and always had to remind them to order. This time, I just left after 25 minutes. Unacceptable for a kebab on your lunch break.

Great falafel plate! Absolutely delicious!

After a stressful day at university, I headed straight to Zaytona in the evening to enjoy the holy trifle: an Arabic plate, ayran, and a cigarette 🧎‍♂️💆‍♂️ The guys inside are always super friendly; one even called me back to the drinks fridge to give me a cold ayran from the back. But the food is also amazing: the shawarma is incredibly delicious with a hint of cinnamon, the falafel plate is also delicious with homemade falafel, but the secret star for me is the half chicken with rice. When you sit outside at the intersection on the terrace and enjoy your meal, Zaytona is very reminiscent of a Berlin neighborhood snack bar, and you almost forget that you're only in the Upper Palatinate... The prices are also more than fair, given the quality you get. They also offer vegetarian options, with falafel, halloumi, and even cig kofte—better than most other kebab shops/snack bars in Regensburg. I have nothing but positive things to say about the place: great guys, great food, great prices! 10/10 would recommend

My experience at Zaytona Restaurant was one of the most wonderful experiences! The food was delicious and clean, and the service was excellent in every sense of the word. What I liked most was the service of the waiter, he was respectful, polite, and helped me a lot. He prepared my order very precisely and with an open heart. The atmosphere in the place is comfortable and nice, and cleanliness is evident in every corner. I will definitely come back again and I advise everyone to try it.

I ordered from you for the first time this evening using the Wolt app, and I'm very happy with my order. The food was so hot and delicious. The portion was large and more than enough ❤️ The order arrived complete and very well packaged. The wait was about an hour, but that was to be expected given the large order. My experience yesterday was frustrating! I am a frequenter to this restaurant, and I was always greeted friendly and respectful, by most of the staff members. Yesterday, a new person (or at least non-known to me) prepared my sandwich. He was at first preparing something in the kitchen, wearing gloves, and then moved to the food preparation, with wetted hands, to prepare the food. I had some concerns related to hygiene, so I politely asked him to change his gloves. He refused and started arguing! I did not want to escalate, so I refrained from insisting and he prepared the sandwich with the same gloves! I paid and left, but was concerned and did not eat the food! This incident left me a bit frustrated about the hygiene and the unusual confrontational customer service at this place!

I was hoping for a very good meal based on the good reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. The hygiene was poor. We also had to wait 20 minutes even though the restaurant was almost completely empty because the employee was on the phone. Unfortunately not recommended :(

Best shawarma in Regensburg so far, falafel also absolutely gigantic. Both combined are actually optimal. Shawarma is classic, chicken skewer, pickled cucumber, garlic cream, pomegranate. The composition is balanced and well thought out: In contrast to kebab, the meat feels leaner and is not grilled to death, but cut juicier. To do this, after wrapping it in several layers, the warp is dipped again in some kind of fat and finished in the contact grill. The result is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, has all the flavors, absolute perfection - just no vegetables. The Falafel Dürüm is not fried quite so greasy, but is also grilled again - comes with pickled stuff, salad and a kind of hummus? with a lot of tahini, is absolutely impressively balanced and the falafel deliver crunch, creaminess and taste, tastes very fresh overall. Weak falafel live from the sauces, while good falafel season the wrap from the inside - and these are clearly top performers, very good seasoning. 6.50 shawarma and 5.50 falafel is so fair that you should afford a drink - Ayran is more sour than you know from Turkish snacks, which goes incredibly well. Sitting inside is fine, but you smell like a deep fryer. Delivery works great, the contact grill and juicy filling hold up well. But the best thing is to sit outside and eat fresh food when it's warm again. Today we received a wooden board with an extra dip for the wraps, very nice hosts. In addition, the processes and procedures are very easy to work with. Even if complex delivery orders come in and there are 12 people in the store, don't panic, just process them efficiently and deliver good food. Recommendation: Share one shawarma and one falafel for two - feast, umami bomb and fresh. One of the best snacks in Regensburg, hidden champion.

We ate a cheese burger and a shawarma roll. The food was ready quickly and tasted really good! The burger was extremely juicy and perfectly topped. The roll had a very special taste due to the pomegranate sauce. Great offer in general too. The atmosphere is that of a typical snack bar. Highly recommended!

I have to say I have never eaten anything so good in Germany. I ordered a Dürüm, it was simply heavenly. Completely different from what we knew before. Indescribably good!!! The guys were really nice too! TOP!

I ordered a chicken burger and my friend ordered a set meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. We did our laundry in front of this cafe and were terribly hungry. The old town is far away because the washing machine didn't have long to finish and the closer restaurant "Sorano" was closed. At first I went to this place with suspicion, but I did never regretted it it was very very very tasty and the man who made and brought it was incredibly friendly understanding helpful. Very happy with the service and the taste of the food

Maybe we are too spoiled in Switzerland... but THAT has nothing to do with a kebab... is that supposed to be a yogurt sauce? I think it's more like quark. The meat (dry) tastes like it was thawed (or wasn't fried properly at all) the bread is rubbery... we wanted to give the shop a chance... but when I walked in it was pretty clear to me what we were in for just let in there. BUT you never know... We also read the reviews beforehand. The fact that the owner is incapable of criticism... should be taken very seriously...and his good comments probably come from the semi-gangsters who smoke shisha outside the shop. Sry, but you can't just leave it like that... it's a rip-off for me and it just makes you angry. Happy holidays ☺️

I was doing my laundry across the street snd this was the perfect place to eat while i waited. Doner box and doner burger were incredible. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Customer service was amazing. I didn't know they were cash only and I only had half of the total in cash. They let me walk to an ATM to get the rest without being rude or any hassle. They were also very polite even though I only knew English, they were very patient with my order and me using Google translate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Zaytona Imbiss is a real gem in Regensburg! From the outside it looks like a simple kebab shop, and the furnishings are also rather simple and budget-friendly - which is absolutely fine. But what you get here is simply sensational: Instead of kebab or dürüm, there are authentic shawarma dishes here, and they really can't be beat. My personal favorite is the Arabic plate. This is basically a giant shawarma cut into pieces, served with fries, garlic sauce and pickled vegetables. The portion is gigantic and the price of €9.99 is absolutely legendary! I go out every time full of food - and I weigh 110 kilos, which is saying something. Alternatively, there is also half a chicken with rice for €9.99. This offer is simply brilliant. It's super filling and the price-performance ratio is second to none - I've never found better Arabic fast food in Regensburg. Of course, don't expect luxury: it's more of a take-out shop, and if you want to eat inside, it can seem a bit cold and plain. But that's exactly the point: here you really only pay for the food - no unnecessary extras or inflated prices for a chic ambience. The focus here is clearly on the food, and it shows. In short: If you like really good food at an unbeatable price and don't need any frills, you have to come here. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for authentic and inexpensive Arabic fast food!

Ordered a kebab box to take away. First we waited 10 minutes because some phone orders had to be processed, which I didn't think was a big deal, but it's still important. An employee wanted to make fries for our box, but was told off by another employee because he probably still had fries in a bowl. I had been standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes and knew that no fries had been made since then. So put the fries in the box and the meat on top. After I got the box to take away, I immediately opened it and took out a chip. This was cold and disgusting. I told the employee that he should try his fries. He probably knew immediately what I meant and took the box back and made fresh fries. These then took another 7-8 minutes. When the fries were ready, they went into the bottom of the box and on top the cold meat from my first box. A few fresh pieces were added at the top so I could have tried again. If my child hadn't been hungry and I hadn't already waited 30 minutes in the store, I would have returned this box too. I definitely won't get anything there again. If this is how work is done here when the customer is there... The taste of the meat was okay.

This is the best kebab shop in the entire Regensburg area! Everything is done with 💯% accuracy! Meat tastes like meat, sauce is very tasty, fries are crispy and the kebab bread is made at the end with fat from the kebab meat on the grill 🤤... I've eaten everywhere (Regensburg, Neutraubling, Obertraubling, Kallmünz, Straubing etc. ..), but here it's just different.

Bad service and completely chaotic. Regular customers were preferred the whole time after us for 20 minutes. Our order was given to the wrong customer. Absolutely frustrating. Other customers have also complained. The only plus point is that we got a discount. But the food wasn't good and I would never pay full price for this run-of-the-mill stuff.

Really good food. The halloumi is particularly impressive. The fries (whether sweet potato, chilli cheese, or regular) are always fried just right and the employees are super friendly!

The food was delicious even though I had the wrong sauce in the Dürüm. I would maybe come back, but I didn't find the "cleanliness" in the guest room and especially in the toilet that attractive.
