We came across the pizzeria by chance as we were passing through. We were very impressed by the friendly and nice reception. We ate Pizza Funghi and Pikanto, it tasted really good, was super thin and we were served quickly. Best pizza ever. The wine with it was very good. An absolute insider tip for all pizza and pasta lovers! The dishes are really perfectly balanced in terms of taste - you can feel the high-quality ingredients and the attention to detail here. The location is super cute, the service is warm and the atmosphere is just great. My personal highlight is by far the homemade pistachio tiramisu. Absolute recommendation and really a MUST to try!

Wow, what a delicious pizzeria. Extremely friendly staff. A really tight-knit GANG (in a positive sense). Super thin and crispy pizza. Unfortunately there are only a few seats inside, but there is a large outside area. Be sure to try the dessert, pizza with nougat cream, delicious to sit on.

The best pizza around. Please keep the quality consistent and never give in. I've now tried almost all of the vegetarian and vegan pizzas, the favorite is and remains Cinque Formagie. Incredibly cool thing with pumpkin seed oil, you live and taste the passion of Zampano. It's true that the products are regional and seasonal. You can feel that the owner is a man of expertise, especially that he uses wild broccoli in his ingredients. I also have to add that the service is well coordinated and harmonizes with the cuisine and pampers the guests with good recommendations such as the pistachio tiramisu, the best dessert I have ever tasted without caffeine and alcohol. I'll keep coming back now.

We sat outside and unfortunately were forgotten several times. Only with the drinks, after waiting 50 minutes for the food, was the question asked whether we wanted to eat. Yes, that's what we were there for. Unfortunately, the focus is on delivery services and not on service in the restaurant. The pizza and pasta were good, I wouldn't recommend the starters.

Top Top Meeeeegaaa... The staff is more than just friendly. We came in and were picked up straight away by a nice young man (Paul) who is only there twice a week and you would have thought that he was a daily professional with a heart... And then the food came. No matter what we tried, everything tasted sooooooo good. 2 different pastas and 2 pizzas... A taste explosion that goes through your mind and heart. We were all thrilled and unanimously said “this is the best pizza and pasta far and wide!!!” If you read through the website you will understand why. I would normally rate the pizza really high, as it tastes really good. However, in the last delivery, I found thin metal wires stucked to the dough and small pieces all around the pizza. This lack of quality control is unacceptable and poses a huge health risk. Sadly, I will not be buying from here anymore.

The female waitress with glasses and brown hair is so unfriendly that we would never come here again for that reason alone. It's a shame😓 NeoKey no longer works either. So one more reason not to go there anymore. She definitely wasn't friendly and complained to us because we changed seats. You can say something like that in a friendly way and in general the tone and the charisma were very unfriendly.

It’s always very tasty, but prices are rising (the only negative is most likely), otherwise it’s very cozy and tasty. Children can watch how pizza is made; it is entertainment for them. And in winter they clean tables and sell Christmas trees (we bought them two years in a row, they are very cool. And there is mulled wine in winter, you don’t have to go anywhere, you can easily try it in the area;)

Super tasty pizza. Mega tasty dough, a decent amount of toppings and quite an unusual combination. I've never had pumpkin seed oil on pizza before... But it was so delicious. It was definitely not the last time I was there. We were lucky to get a seat. The owner is a total organizer and has a really good view and control of the store. You can only take your hat off to the guys in the preparation… awesome performance!

Highly recommended! Small shop = big taste. The starter was great: roast beef with pumpkin seed oil and a nice salad mix!! The spaghetti was wonderfully alldente, the sauce was excellent. Then you have the option of adding garlic oil or chili oil. And to top it all off: pistachio tiramisu!!! I was more than satisfied!! I'll definitely come back there again!!!

A small restaurant in the city of Frankfurt that unexpectedly really surprised us! There were 8 of us for dinner and we were welcomed very well. Quality Italian food, coming from Italians, done really well. The guys who work here are very kind. Everything perfect!

Great experience with their Neapolitan pizza, which I really liked, and it is hands down one of the best in Frankfurt! Service is also great, very attentive, friendly and very customer-oriented. What I didn’t like much is some choices the make for other dishes, like pasta (served with salad around it. This is not Italian, just very weird and confusing - at least for me as an Italian) and tiramisù (the savoiardi/biscuits were not dipped in the coffee and the cream was not mascarpone but rather panna/whipped cream. It’s basically another dessert). All in all I highly recommend it, but I would stick to the pizza, which is really great and you can tell they use good quality ingredients.

According to “Frankfurt goes out”, best pizza in Frankfurt… that’s why we visited and weren’t disappointed!!! (It's still tight with Pizza Montana...😉) Delicious pizza, and wonderful pistachio tiramisu 😋 would definitely recommend ☺️ One downside, it's quite far from the city center so not ideal, but worth the trip!

Went spontaneously to Zampano Pizza on Friday evening and were thrilled with the food and service. The recommendation “Pistachio Tiramisu” is super delicious!

We ordered five pizzas and arrived on time for pickup. Unfortunately we had to wait on the street for over half an hour. Because of the high demand and because the dough was probably empty. When the pizza was finally ready, the chef said: “I hope it tastes good!” The pizza was limp, cold and too expensive for the quality, anything but particularly tasty… During the long wait we were offered a drink. Unfortunately we had to pay for it later. Hospitality and generosity is something different for me. What a shame!!

We came across this rather inconspicuous pizzeria by chance and were even more surprised. The food is super tasty, fresh ingredients and very attentive and friendly service. The prices are absolutely right for the quality. Please be sure to try the pistachio tiramisu, I have never tasted anything better.

We were there last night - at Looking at the map you think: guys, seriously? A pizza (“L’arrostina”) for 22 euros??? Out of curiosity we tried it and we had to say...it was probably the tastiest pizza we've ever eaten, amazing. Plus really nice service - we'll be back and recommend everyone to stop by Zampano and try THE pizza...you won't regret it!

Pizza and pasta that are addictive! The Zampano looks so inconspicuous, but the quality is really top class! Fresh, regional (Hessian or Italian) and really innovative in the selection. Plus really nice and polyglot service. Absolutely recommended!

There's no need for many words, 1A pizza, for us the best pizza in Frankfurt and beyond. Both when consumed on site and also when delivered. For deliveries, it's best to "order" the pizza uncut :) Service is always nice with a matching touch of humor 👌😎

Small but nice, it gets to the point. At first glance it looks like a snack bar, but the cuisine could be a top restaurant. We were very surprised by the great quality of the pizzas. It started with the selection... Not the usual 0815 that is usually available. Top ingredients perfectly balanced and prepared. Simply delicious and not overloaded with cheese. Small but good wine selection. In addition, the extremely friendly and attentive service who was also able to give an appropriate wine recommendation. The entire team exudes a joyful atmosphere and enjoys being hosts. Tip: The card should be replaced because it was a bit worn out. Conclusion: Great value for money, definitely worth a visit.

Pizzas were burnt...never again. There can't be such a restaurant of good quality, serving such pizzas...

Absolutely shocked by the quality of the pizzas that we ordered to pick up! 4 out of 6 pizzas were so badly burnt that they were almost inedible. The black, charred dough was a real pain in the ass. It's unbelievable that a restaurant that otherwise has a good reputation would serve pizzas like this. Such a faux pas is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, we will no longer visit this restaurant and cannot recommend it

Nice restaurant, what I like is that there are different pizzas than the ones we are used to, there are different dough versions that you can choose from, as well as the pasta. Very tasty, I can only recommend it. Unfortunately no table reservations possible, you have to be lucky to get a table.

First of all: the service is super friendly and charming, we haven't seen anything like that in a long time. The food was absolutely great and we can recommend everything: The dips at the front were delicious, as was the pizza bread. La Proteina was perhaps the best pasta in the world! And the pizza was to die for! Just like the GREAT pistachio tiramisu!!! You should definitely leave space for this. Aperol Spritz were also great and you can sit outside. A real highlight of our Frankfurt trip!

The very good Napoleonic pizza completely convinced me. Arrived directly from Switzerland and already found the perfect pizza. The service is also incredibly friendly.

Let's get this out of the way first: the food at Zampano Pizza & Pasta was quite good. Or, at least, my colleagues said so. My food never arrived, and the food two of my colleagues received was not what they ordered. But after an hour, they took whatever the waitstaff left at the table. Despite not being what they wanted, these guys said it was very good. The problem with Zampano Pizza & Pasta was the service. Yes, it was a busy mid-week evening and the restaurant inside and outside was quite full. From what I could tell, there were three waitstaff - two men and one woman. They kitchen had at least four or five people making food. But it was complete chaos. Service was beyond slow and the staff kept getting the orders wrong. Our party of six had three meals arrive after about 30 minutes. Two others in our party had the wrong meal delivered after an hour, as mentioned before. And mine never arrived. After several diplomatic requests, the waiter and waitress literally dropped off whatever meal was ready at the time. The staff was visibly very frustrated on one hand, but also completely void of any sympathy for guests. Diners were getting up and leaving, staff was yelling at each other and patrons. At one point, we saw a woman grab two plates from the waitress outside, taking them inside and putting the plates in front of her starving children. I am sure it was not what her family ordered, but you can't keep toddlers from eating, and the mother did what she had to do. After not getting my food, I asked the staff to take one round of drinks off our order to make up for our troubles. They agreed. Of course when the check came, instead of one round being taken off, another round was ADDED. I literally had UberEats queued up to deliver a pizza to my table, but I didn't have the heart to do it. But I should have since my meal for the evening wound up being a falafel wrap and can of beer from the grocery store a few blocks away - on my way back to the hotel. It's a pity that Zampano Pizza & Pasta has THE worst service I've had in decades, a complete lack of basic customer service best practices, incompetent staff, zero organization, or any clue of how to run a restaurant. The covid-era labor crisis is over. There's no excuse. Recommendation: Avoid this place, no matter how good the food looks.

Dangerous 🚨 Dangerous 🚨 Dangerous 🚨last weak  our family had eaten Zampano. We ordered five pasta, two pizza and coke, but there was two pasta gluten free. I explained everything how to make  because of my wife. She has food allergies and is pregnant in three months. Now she is In the hospital because of stomach allergies. I would like to mention that a young waiter took this order. He has a small beard and glass on his face. I'm waiting to cure my wife. That's why I recommend it to everyone who doesn't speak German Don't go to Pizzeria Zampano....

Definitely one of the best pizzas I ever had. Despite the Fridays night overload, the team found a seat for me, tired and hungry traveler and advised me to have Salcicca pizza which was absolutely astonishing. Sometimes our troubles (cancellation of flights) lead us to the new wonderful discoveries. Thanks, Zampano, you’re the best!
